Just Superb! My Masseuse Shy was the best! I'll be going back every 2 weeks!

Mellow Massage is fantastic. Had a great massage from Shykela - she knows how to use the right amount of force. I'm not big on the the new age music and essential oils, but everything else about this place is perfect.

Elvin and Thomas were great. The place was nice and relaxing. The massage pressure and quality was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I've been a monthly member for almost 5 years. Absolutely love mellow. The customer service is fantastic and their masseuses are incredible. My favorites are Jasmine, Shaynea and Shykela. I look forward to my monthly massage and I always leave SO relaxed. I've even brought my husband a few times for couple massages. He is not a big "massage" person, but always enjoys his therapy at Mellow. They do a great job making you feel comfortable and asking if the pressure is fit for you. Highly recommend Mellow Massage to anyone!

I have received massages all over the world, and I'm so happy to call this place my local "go-to" for a massage. The front desk staff are always warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The therapists are top-notch -- everyone I have had so far has listened to my concerns and worked out my tensions. With covid, I'm comforted by the additional sanitizing and safety measures they have put into place - it's clear they care about their customers and staff. I also love that they run email specials from time to time because it gives me a chance to try new therapists. Can't wait to go back!

Mellow Massage is a clean, professional, well-staffed yoga practice and massage wellness center. I have had consistently excellent service, and look forward to my regular monthly 1 hour Swedish Massage every month!

I appreciated Shuna's (office manager) attention to detail and accommodations when it came to helping me schedule a couples massage. Her suggestion to add on lavender oil is something I'll ask for moving forward. And Yoan (masseuse) and Adam were stellar at making us feel comfortable. I asked Yoan for a relaxing massage and for him to be gentle. I nearly fell asleep; it was what I needed to relax. My partner asked Adam for a massage that focused on their backaches-- Adam provided a wonderful deep tissue massage that helped ease their pain.

My partner had an amazing experience here. Booked him a 90-minute deep tissue massage for his birthday with Elvin T., and he came out looking like a new person. He immediately booked another appointment for himself for a few weeks from now. Loved the atmosphere, the communicative staff, the clean environment. Everything was great!

We've been coming here for years without any complainants but they surpassed my expectations this time. I booked with any available staff for my husband and I. Little did I know it would be 2 males. Shauna the office manager was so pleasant and considerate. She called me to verify that my hubby would be ok with a male and wanted him to be comfortable. She was able to reschedule us within the same day to a later time. He loved the hot stones and my foot scrub was to die for.

I feel so much lighter. Thank you for helping me release bodily tension.

I had an absolutely incredible massage from Vinesha! In addition to being amazing at her craft, she was warm, professional, and thoughtful. As for the establishment as a whole, I appreciated that they took covid precautions seriously, it was clean, the room was well ventilated, and they had contactless and social distancing practices in place. I have been patronizing Mellow since AT LEAST 2014 (and maybe back in 2011/the Scotts Lane location) so I think a review is long overdue. Maliam has been my massage therapist for most of the time I have been coming. So, I can only speak to my therapy experience with her. I appreciate the relationship built not only with her but the rest of the staff.

Everyone is friendly, attentive, and professional. The space is beautiful. And on top of it, Mellow is Black-owned! I've been a massage member for a few years so I go at least once per month. Maliam is an excellent therapist. She is attentive and skilled, both of which I appreciate very much. When I have problem areas she works them out and asks about and addresses any accommodations needed.

I highly recommend her! I've met with Tasha once and heard good things from others about her. I think I had one other therapist there who was a bit too light with the pressure but it was cool. Also, I have attended yoga at Mellow and loved the prenatal classes. Since COVID, attending is different but the warm, clean atmosphere is the same!

One of my best massages ever! I went to Terica, I will now be a monthly member.

This place is very professional and very clean. I would highly recommend this place. The person that did my massage her name is crystal and she's amazing! I fell asleep that's how relaxed I was lol. This was part of my Valentine's Day gift and out of everything this was definitely the best! I'm going to start to treat myself from here on out!

Keep going back to this back, really great care, great atmosphere. Always made we feel welcome and comfortable. And the hours are perfect for me (salary so I end up working long hours.)

Mellow Massage is amazing! The appointment booking process is easy and follow up communication on point. Parking lot acceas is a plus and the space is beautiful. COVID protocols were nice greatly appreciated I definitely felt comfortable. My Swedish massage with Glo was great, you need to book with her!

I love this place! Rebecca is awesome I try to get her whenever I can. I came here about 3 years ago as a birthday treat now I am a repeat customer. The atmosphere is great! I love how the receptionist texts you before your appointment handling any questions so make check in much easier. I keep reminding my self to get a membership because I absolutely love it here! You won't be disappointed!

Terica was amazing during my massage tonight. After working from home since the beginning of coronavirus, my body needed some care & Terica made sure to make me feel safe with precautions in place, such as wearing masks the entire time. The entire studio is pretty locked down with only clients for their specific time slot entering the building and using one door to enter and a separate door to exit. Overall great experience!

I absolutely love Mellow Massage! The staff and therapists are all so friendly and professional. Stephanie is a truly exceptional therapist. Her massage technique is incredibly effective for addressing serious muscle tension. She's amazing. One more thing to love about this wonderful place: Mellow Massage is owned by a talented female entrepreneur from Philadelphia. Love it!

I took my wife there for a couple's massage on Valentine's day. She got a prenatal massage and I got their house special (I forget what it was called). Danielle and Shea were fantastic. I think my wife dozed off a few times. Meanwhile, Shea worked the knots in my back over like they owed her money, but I came out all the better for it in the end. I would definitely go back.

I've been telling myself I would treat myself to a massage for such a long time now. As a student it's sometimes challenging when it's between saving money or spending a bit on self-care. Well, my only regret is how long I waited to come here. This place is "no frills" but clean, calm, and simple. This was the first massage I've ever had and I have to admit I was nervous for no reason.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and relaxed. Jaleel was my masseuse and he was wonderful. I had the 60 minute integrated deep tissue/swedish massage. They ask if you have specific areas you want worked on and mine was my back. I signed up for a wellness membership which makes the massage pretty affordable. $65 a month for a 60 minute massage + a yoga class really isn't too bad!

I did tip $20 but still I'm glad to make a monthly massage part of my routine. As someone who gets tension headaches and constant back aches from my field of work, I think its absolutely worth it. The last great thing is Mellow Massage is a local business, and I LOVE supporting our local businesses!

Absolutely amazing! Found this place over a year ago when moved to East Falls, super happy with it! Did few yoga classes & massage sessions! Already got few favorite masseuses. Everyone is super nice & welcoming. *Update. An amazing experience one more time! **Update. My first ever prenatal massage. Meghan D. was such a sweetheart! She answered all my questions with patience before the massage. She was understanding & carrying about all my needs. Can not wait to do it again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful couples massage with Jasmine and Crystal. They both provided exactly what we were looking for- a more problem driven massage for him and an incredibly relaxing massage for me. I first discovered this place when I was living in manayunk and it's still worth the drive from my new place in the city!

I broke my foot this week, and due to hobbling around on one flip flop and one orthopedic boot for five days, my hips were more sore than usual. I decided to give this place a try due to all the great reviews and I'm glad I did. They were able to fit me in on a few hours' notice on a Friday afternoon, and Adam gave me a really top notch deep tissue massage.

I ride horses and have a very stressful job, so my body is a mess of tense muscles, and he really got in and targeted everything. He also gave a nice head massage at the beginning, which I've noticed far too many places overlook. He was both proactive and responsive as far as my comfort level with the pressure - I like it VERY deep and he was able to deliver (I even had to tell him he'd hit my limit at one point, which is unusual for me!

Most masseurs don't come close). I chose the integrated Swedish/deep tissue option as that was what was recommended for new clients, and it was perfect for me bc he could tell where I needed the deeper pressure (pretty much everywhere) and when I needed some effleurage or something lighter in between. I was very happy overall and will definitely be going back.

Hands down, this was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! Laurel is a gifted, intuitive and healing massage therapist. I was so knotted and in pain (emotionally and physically) upon arrival and left there a new woman! The staff are warm and attentive. The massage room is lovely and they will ask what oil you want diffused, preference for sounds/music, etc. I got the membership so I can have discounted monthly massages and yoga class. Am going back in 2 weeks! Thrilled.

Update: I returned for another massage as a treat for my birthday and I was please with get the 60- Minute Deep Tissue Massage with Jaz. Jaz was about the business of making sure that all my tense spots were worked on and I appreciated that. I was totally relaxed and impressed by the pressure she was able to use and took her time - I didn't feel rushed.

I was glad to to return and see the staff have maintained their friendly dispositions and the quality of service is stellar - especially for the prices! Great experience - I recommend to others!

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage and loved it. First we did the pay as you wish yoga class with Robina, which was wonderful. It was only my boyfriend and I in the class so we were able to get individualized attention. Afterward we were told since it was our first time coming we could get aromatherapy oil in our massage for free, which was a great bonus.

My masseuse's name was Holly and she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The massages were great and we are already talking about returning. $140 for an hour couples massage, who can beat that?!

The atmosphere was great and relaxing. I got a deep tissue massage and I won't lie, I felt like a worn out punching bag when it was over. I really needed it and my masseuse told me I had some serious tense areas in my shoulders. A few days later, I feel great. Best massages I've ever had at competitive prices! I always have the best noodley relaxed feeling after leaving mellow. When you arrive the waiting room is calming and relaxing. Really setting the mood. They let you pick a scent for the room while you're getting rubbed down. I recommend Karen. I haven't gone to many others but she's my favorite.
