Front desk staff and doctor were all very friendly. No waiting time, and place was clean. Doctor was knowledgeable and explained the procedure and expected outcome in detail without rushing and brushing off my questions and concerns. I'm satisfied with the service I received. (Bustleton Location) Room could've been cleaned better & wipes or something should've been offered after wax. I had wax stuck to my pants that left me feeling very uncomfortable. Brazilian wax came out nice. Just messy. After leaving this review I was contacted by staff from Enigma asking me to specify the location in which I received service. Told me that the updated location is in Center City. Said if I wanted to come in for a "FREE WAX" I was welcome. Nice of them but I seriously doubt ever returning.

I've had a very up and down relationship with optometrists and glasses centers. My entire experience at this location was by far the best I've ever had. The appointment was on time (which is always a concern nomatter which kind of doctors office you sit in), the optometrist was very knowledgeable, the store itself was bright and welcoming. If you are looking for a change or trying to find the best optometrist office in Abington, LOOK NO FURTHER.

I have been going to Enigma since 2019. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Before I started laser treatment Dorena did a consultation and she explained the procedures, and what results to expect. I am so happy with the results. Service: Laser hair removal

Exceptional Experience. I always look forward to my visit to Enigma. On my first visit, I met George, who talked to me about laser history, my skin type and the laser that was best for me. All the staff is always very welcoming and knowledgeable; Dorina takes great care. Helena went above and beyond to schedule my appointment when I was going out of town and she is always welcoming me with a smile no matter how busy the front desk is. If you're looking for a way to treat yourself, make an appointment at Enigma.
