Ellie offers specialized services like sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal and oncology massage. These are advanced treatments that go beyond basic relaxation - confronting your pain head-on, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day living! HSA and FSA cards are accepted and receipts provided.

have been practicing massage since 2007 and I am enjoying it every moment! I studied at Lincoln Technical Institute with a special focus on the Art of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I obtained my licenses through the Department of State Board of Massage Therapy of Pennsylvania along the way. My practice is also insured through the Associated Body Work & Massage Professionals, and is CPR certified. I have continued my education every step of the way and study under Dr. Ben Benjamin, PHDD, who specializes in common injuries. All of this has prepared me for the type of massage that helps with injuries or that helps to release built up tension and stress from the body. I have had the privilege to work at three well known spas in the area before I started working on my own.

I've been getting massages for thirty years and Trinity Massage is the best ever. Professional, relaxing, clean, welcoming and friendly. Communication during treatment was excellent and the atmosphere was comfortable. If you have a chronic trouble spot, or just therapeutic massage for wellness I highly recommend Trinity Massage Haven.

After becoming pregnant, I researched massage therapists that specialized in prenatal massages and discovered Trinity Massage Haven. Ellie is AMAZING. After one session I was home booking a package to make prenatal massages with Ellie a part of my prenatal self-care. My only regret was that I didn't book an appointment sooner! Ellie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so much better every time I was in for my visits. If you are a mamma to be looking to treat yourself I highly recommend Ellie. Came in for a prenatal massage, and it was great! I really liked the different positioning and pillows used to support my body. She also used the perfect amount of pressure, and I felt much more nimble later that day than I've felt since the start of my 3rd trimester. Ellie also took special notes of what was ailing me, and specifically worked on those areas. I would highly recommend Ellie and am looking forward to coming back.

This is the "BEST" place ever! Ellie has given her service to almost everyone in my family and and friends circle, and we all confirm that she is amazing. It all started with me looking for the best place in PA to get my lady relaxed and massaged, while she was pregnant with my son. I was looking for a massage therapist in the Chestnut Hill area and I am so thankful to have found Ellie (thank you Google reviews!). I had a little bit of trouble finding the location initially, but she kindly reached out and walked me through how to find my way to her practice. FYI, it is right near the parking lot behind Chestnut Hill Coffee. It was my first massage post-quarantine, so I was initially nervous about the close contact but Ellie made me feel very at ease by walking me through her process.
I get chronic migraines and my neck and shoulder muscles tend to be incredibly tense. She was attentive to what I needed and provided a relaxing but thorough treatment. I made sure to book my next appointment afterwards. Thank you so much, Ellie!

Trinity Massage Haven is my sanctuary! I go to see Ellie every time I need to be replenished. She does amazing work and makes you feel at home as soon as you're in her presence. I started getting massages by Ellie over 5 years ago when I was pregnant and have been going to her ever since. The atmosphere of her room is always calm, relaxing and peaceful. Exactly what I need. Ellie is awesome, her massages are incredible and I would recommend her to anyone!

It's been a painful journey since breaking my fibula over a year ago. I went to Trinity for the first time in an effort to relieve some of the pain and get some feeling back. As a trauma survivor, though, I was NOT looking forward to it, as I'm highly sensitive to touch and it produces a lot of anxiety. Needless to say, I've never been to a massage therapist before.
Ellie was FANTASTIC!
She walked me through the whole process, is obviously extremely knowledgeable, and gave very thorough instructions about the process going forward. (And today, my leg feels great!)
I'll be returning!

Ellie is amazing. She's so in tune with her clients. I've had 2 sessions with her so far and I'm a client for life. My first was a sport massage. It was deep, clam, and soothing. She used both oil and cream and boyfriend complimented me on how soft my skin was. SCORE. I'm in heaven and so was he. Professional, Passionate and Powerful.
