My plane was delayed and I went here to get a massage. It wasn't your typical chair massage. She put me in one of the chairs that is a massage chair and she really worked on my shoulders neck and head. Her name was Phoung and I highly recommend her. None of that fluff stuff but she did appropriate deep tissue massage that helped work out the stress. The business was clean, professional, and efficient

Went to concourse A. Was given an appointment of 545pm for 2 pedicures. Came back at 535pm and was told that I missed my appointment because I was late. I told her she said I needed to come back in 90 minutes which was 545pm. She said, "Yes, after 415pm." I explained 90 minutes after 415pm is 545pm. And then they offered me a free massage since the girl at the desk couldn't tell time. Try to get an appointment at your own risk.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the reclining massage chairs in the back that they let me wait in. They seem very disorganized. And even though they have Pedicures on their list of services, I don't think they actually do them. I didn't see any equipment for them. And they kept taking others in front of my Pedicure appt. I left after an hour and a half of waiting. BUMMER!

Purchased the first class pedicure ($70 USD), in my experience and opinion- this was a $20 pedi at best. Was placed in a massage chair that was peeling and stained then told to soak my feet in a bucket of cold water. The nail technician Jennifer was obviously inexperienced but was doing her best to be thorough and accommodating. The store supervisor interrupted my technician at least three times during my service to have her check out other customers and to scold her for spilling water from the foot soak bucket.

I hope the young nail tech finds a new job as she shouldn't be stuck with an employer that berates and belittles her in front of customers. I hope other travelers find a different spa experience in another terminal.

I went to the xpress spa, terminal B, at DFW. Lunaria must have healers in her family cause she was amazing! Got a 30 minute back massage and I couldn't be happier. Took away my pain and left me relaxed. Almost makes me wanna have a layover here again!

I went to the Concourse A location. Sandra did my my neck and shoulder massage and she was magical. It was everything I needed as staying at hotels can definitely mess up your back and neck. She was not shy to get in there and got rid of a lot of my tension and knots. At the end, she showed me some neck stretches and was just simply wonderfully. Thank you Sandra, and all the staff here.

They offer online booking, but I didn't receive a response and when I arrived to the airport with excessive time to spare to allow for a service, I was disappointed to find the place was closed. Very disappointing.

Getting time for self care is hard especially during covid when hours are limited and childcare is scarce. So grateful for Anita and XpresSpa to get a great speedy manicure. She was friendly, professional, efficient and just the right amount of talkative. She put me at ease when I expressed concern for the state of my nails. It's been a long time for a lot of us, go see Anita, she will fix you up!

Hard to give a good rating when they've decided to shutdown in the middle of the day.

This is the second time I have had a terrible experience at this very Xpress Spa. I was told 20 minute wait for mani pedi 2 hours later I left. I sat there patiently for 1 hr 30 mins reading, then began to politely ask- how long til my treatment? How long will my treatment be? They led me on until I had to leave to board my flight. They were un professional, disrespectful.

I will never go back and I recommend no professional traveler with any respect for themselves even sets foot in there. Don't waste your time, they don't deserve our business.

I had an extended layover in DFW and decided to stop by for a massage. Susanne gave me a fantastic massage (which I decided to changed from 15 min to the longest session available). She provided me with the best customer experience I've ever had an airport! She had a big friendly smile, professional demeanor and - after the session was over- took time to share w me recommendations re where to eat and how to find my gate. I will surely visit the Spa next time I go through DFW. Highly recommended!

I just ca me back from hauling art equipment for a week and painting outdoors, standing most of the time. Had a 5-hour layover here in Atlanta. Went to the massage venue in Concourse A and was told it was closed (630pm.) Took the terminal tram to another concourse. The staff person there took my info, lost it on the computer then took it again. She promised to text me within the hour when the next spot was avsilable.

After an hour we went back. She had gone home. She had not put our name on the list. The employee there told us the last spot had been booked. I can't tell you how angry and upset I was. This experience was terrible. I truly needed this massage. There were empty mechanical chairs there, but inexplicably no one offered those to me. Really really awful expetience.

Super horrific experience with a blowout service. Untrained staff, clogged sinks, crappy styling product. Spas in airports are intended to be a break for the stress of travel. not add to it. I'd keep walking and deal with your needs at your destination.

My plane from B terminal was delayed and because of long wait there, the lady told me to go to A terminal. Upon arriving I was told no more that 10 minute wait for an hour massage. After waiting for 28 minutes with no comment from staff, I said I had to leave to go back for flight. I noticed three employees standing in the back doing nothing. Guess they're not concerned about customer service.

When I said I was leaving, the one guy who was doing a massage, said, "Okay, goodbye". Stay away. I will add that the response from a Customer Service Director was immediate. I really appreciate it, and will change rating from a one to three.

Update from customer service: They called me to apologize. Yeah, in this world today, sexually molesting someone isn't gonna be fixed with an apology. You guys are disgusting, & this is how the "me too" movement started, no one cares to acknowledge & to hold the right people accountable! I have already written a letter to corporate and no response.

I have been to XpresSpa maybe 45 times since I travel to SFO back to DFW so much. Never has someone gone under my clothing for a neck massage. When the male who was working on me gave me a 15 minute neck/back massage and went under my two layers of clothing and reached down my back I thought okay, this is new? Every massage therapist has ALWAYS massaged outside of my clothing.

He then reached under my bra strap that went across my back. And I asked him to stay above my bra because I was uncomfortable. It happened 3 more times. And he went near the side of my boobs! My anxiety started building up and I just JUMPED UP &&& told him to STOP right now and starting crying. Told the manager and no one empathized or explained when I asked if this was a new massage method as it had never happened to me before.

I got nothing. I will never go to this place again. I have not only been to Xpresspa 45 times, weekly I get massages. Massage therapist policies ALWAYS include asking if the client is comfortable, or if the pressure is okay. Or if they can reach somewhere. Absolutely horrified by my experience that day. Looking to pursue this further. I should never have to explain WHY I don't want you under my bra or near my boobs or UNDER MY CLOTHES!

$50 for a "manicure" that only includes nail shape and paint -- no cleaning if the cuticle, nothing. such a rip-off

I walked up during a delay to get a neck massage and they told me they "don't touch pregnant people". What an amazing way to make someone feel awesome about being pregnant. I will NEVER come here again and I'm in the DFW airport minimum 2-3x a week. Try the place in terminal C. It looks MUCH nicer and the people are friendlier!

Sometimes the best part of getting a massage is just waiting for the massage because they let you set an a wonderful massaging chairs and wait as long as you want before and after your massage. This time I got a chair massage for a half an hour and while it's not as fun as the full down table massage I didn't have time for that long a massage that chair massage really hit the spot of my sore neck after my flight everyone was fantastic and I can't get enough of this place.

Zachariah is a miracle worker. He is so kind and intuitive. I had a really knotty, tensed up back and he worked on it and coached me through releasing the blockages. I ended up crying, which was ultimately an amazing emotional release along with the physical one, although I felt a little awkward. But he really held space for me in a calm, accepting way. Best $50 I ever spent in an airport! I feel 10 years younger.

After a failed attempt at getting on an earlier standby flight, I suddenly found myself with extra time on my hands. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to do anything with wet nails but they got me in and out of there in 30 mins and my nails were completely dry (normal polish mani). And 10 days later, NOT ONE CHIP! I wish I knew the lady's to give her individual praise, but regardless, she was awesome!

Had an awful experience here. Reserved time for a mani/pedi. Had an hour but they didn't get to the pedi. Never before have I bled from a mani, let alone 3 times. Ridiculous! The polish also chipped right away. It was not relaxing and was a total waste of money.

Wow. I just received an awesome 20 minute massage. It felt like so much longer! Camille has magic hands! She had some massage moves that I have never felt. I am a used to getting good massages but she knocked it out of the park! Knots are gone and I'm so relaxed. I was greeted with a smile and I left with an even bigger smile! 50 shades could take lessons from her. Thank You!

(Terminal A's Xpress Spa review) We had 5 hours of layover time to kill (heading to a tropical getaway) and headed to Terminal A's spa for pedicures. They had 2 regular polish and 2 gel polish options for just a few dollars more than we normally pay, which was a nice surprise. We were told we had a 30-40 minute wait which we had no issue with. They have a dozen or more employees and they were doing manicures, pedicures, massages and more.

They suggested we wait inside the salon on the loungers. MASSAGE LOUNGERS! We spent the next 30 minutes or so reclined and testing the multiple massage offerings. We wouldn't have minded if we had to wait even longer. The pedicures were great, the technicians friendly and proffered and we even got a great recommendation for a wonderful restaurant for lunch. No complaints!

I had about 4 hours to wait on my flight. I was nervous at first about using an airport spa, but I had such a wonderful time. Lily Do was my manacurist. She was so sweet, engaged in conversation, and did a great job. The only thing I would say could improve is adding a greater selection of colors for the gel polish. I would definitely spend any time waiting on a flight here.

The massage chairs were a plus and I never felt like I was being kicked out. They allowed me to stay as long as I liked (there were only about three guests present at this time).

If you've been traveling since last night and have another flight ahead of you, treat yourself to a massage. It's pricey, I chose a 20 minute foot massage for $50, but I definitely enjoyed the pampering, and rested in my reclined massage chair for another 30 minutes. It's a nice way to make the layover time go by.

Very nice massage to work out a persistently painful knot under my shoulder blade which I knew a comfortable and relaxing plane ride would improve, right? I was able to walk in and get a massage within 10 minutes. My therapist was very knowledgeable about what connects to what else, and attacked the knot in my back from the front. I felt it start to release within a few seconds, and after 15 minutes it was about 90% gone -- OUTSTANDING IMPROVEMENT for a knot that has been a persistent annoyance for almost 2 weeks. 5 stars!

Horrible pedicure. Poor cuticle work and crooked nail trimmings. After three days the polish is wearing off. For $45 plus tip this is horrible! The people working also gossiped the whole time. It's a small space so I overheard everything. I will have to get it redone.

It's so convenient to be able to get a pedicure in between flights! Too often I run out of time to go to the nail salon before a trip. I was excited to see my flight left out of D25, just 3 gates away from this mini salon. Tracy was the BEST! So friendly, funny, and made my toes shiny as ever. She is WONDERFUL! I knocked off a star because, like everything at an airport, the prices are a little inflated. It's to be expected, sure, but that makes this pedicure "four star" to me. Even though Tracy is a 5-star technician. : I can't wait to see these toes in the sand in a few hours!

I had a fantastic foot massage here this weekend during my 2 hour layover between La Guardia and Phx in Terminal A. I had walked past it earlier and didn't think they had foot massages but a closer look of their menu showed they did. Prices varied on the amount of time and were pretty up there (30min cost me $55, minus 1 star), but, hell, my feet were so weary from walking Manhattan for 5 days, I just didn't care.

The gal I had was super sweet and friendly and did mild chit-chat with me until I closed my eyes and she just continued to work away. I was seated in a massage recliner which worked wonders on my back and neck while she worked on my feet. She used a hot towel, then plenty of lotion and would inquire if pressure was good every so often. I asked her to work certain muscles on my calves which she did perfectly. I was sooooo relaxed here. Great massage, friendly staff, relaxing music (you forget you're in a very busy airport) and a true treat - would recommend!
