A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to squeeze its body through the tiny hole. Then it stopped as if it couldn't go further. The man continued to watch, expecting that any minute the wings would enlarge and expand enough to support the body. Neither happened!
In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around. It was never able to fly. What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand: The restricting cocoon and the struggle required by the butterfly to get through the opening was a way of forcing the fluid from the body into the wings so that it would be ready for flight once that was achieved.

Mary & Suzanne are BOTH amazing massage therapists! they are easy to schedule with & I love that they want to know what problems you are having when you arrive for your massage that way that can focus on those problems & also give you a full body massage. I need to be better about keeping regular appointments, but when I have issues & attend 1-2 appointments I feel so much better! the massages & the room setups are so relaxing. they are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Butterfly Spa for a serious massage & not just a fluffy massage.

This is not exactly what I would call a "spa." The pedicure I had was a mess and the pedicurist didn't even do things I consider a basic part of a pedicure. I hate to say anything too bad about the atmosphere or service because everyone was so kind and friendly. But if you have been to a real spa before then you will likely be disappointed.
