I came in for a Brazilian wax and loved how nice and clean the business was, Hannah greeted me with a warm smile and "hello" upon arrival. Definitely enjoyed our conversation she is friendly and easy to talk to, she worked at a good pace and let me know if the wax was too warm to let her know. Just overall a great experience! I am so happy I found a business that's close to home to get my waxing needs done, great prices as well! I'm excited to go back and meet with Hannah again!

Cera was excellent! She chatted with me about all sorts of shows we were both watching. I also appreciated her expertise. Her willingness to give me advice and explain what I would experience was great.

Just got my first Brazilian wax done by Rebecca, she is super friendly and professional! She walked me through every step of my wax and we had good conversation during the service which helped me relax. She talked me through aftercare and recommended products that I'm excited to try! The salon is very clean and it is a very calming atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience and I'll definitely be back.

I have been going to MetroWaxx for their eyebrow waxing and tinting for awhile now and I couldn't recommend them more. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with Cera. They're never awkward or uncomfortable, she's so sweet and nice. She always remembers who I am and strikes up genuine conversations. She's very good at what she does! Also, their availability is always very flexible and service is always quick and timely. They are very fairly priced and their establishment is always very clean, professional, and comfortable.

This was my first time getting waxed. I got a full leg wax as well as a Brazilian wax. I was super impressed with prices as well as all of the good reviews this place had on Google. Ultimately that was why I chose this location. I definitely had high expectations due to the reviews. I was not disappointed. The place was very clean, and all staff were very friendly. Rebecca made my experience absolutely wonderful.

There was very little pain and she was done super quick. I was super happy with the results. She was very precise with hair removal. I didn't see any hair leftover. I've already booked my next appointment in 5 weeks with her when I paid for the services. I will definitely be a continued customer and will recommend this place and Rebecca to all my friends and family! 10 out of 10 from me!

It's not a comfortable or fun event but Cera was friendly and talkative and made me feel as comfortable as could be in such a situation. Love the SW 9th location! So cute and super friendly staff. Rebecca has done my lip and brows a few times and it's always a great way to start my day. They offer a brow&lip combo after your first service and it's a steal!

I worried a little about the location (9th St can be a touch sketchy in some spots). but no need! The building is promenantly placed on the corner of a large intersection. Easy to see and access. Signage is great and I never felt like I was lost on where to go. Patrons can enter through the front or back of the building which is handy. Once you walk into the quaint building you see the interior which is super cute/chic, open and clean.

The tables ate large/wide and plenty comfy. Lights are bright without being overwhelming. Danielle took care of me and she was welcoming, efficient, friendly and did a perfect job on the first pass! They have super fair pricing (plus you can pay with credit card and leave a tip on your card so you don't have to worry about carrying cash). I couldn't ask for more.
