Found them on Google, and came in for a massage to treat minimal lingering sciatica and lower back pain (my doctor said a massage would probably cure the little bit of pain left over from my medical treatment) from a fluke back spasm. I'm asked what symptoms I'm experiencing, I inform the massage therapist about the sciatica and lower back pain and then things get weird.
He asks if I have children, I say "no", he then proceeds to tell me given my symptoms and prior history (loose ligaments and muscular scoliosis) that I shouldn't have children and should adopt but to not worry because "you'll love them just as much as your own." Uh.what? The massage is okay, he loosens up the remaining stiffness in my lower back (honestly, any basic massage would have done the trick), but at the end he proceeds to 'warn' me that my trusted Orthopedist (who has done everything to keep my treatment cheap and surgery free) is "an over-glorified chiropractor" and that the doctor "may be using x-rays that aren't yours to make you think you're worse than you are." At that point I was just desperate to get out. I paid as quickly as I could and left. Weirdest massage experience I've ever had, I won't ever be back.
