Terra Organic Spa

This afternoon I received my first 90 minute facial from Emily Kilmer. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Emily explained each step of the facial and answered all my questions. Her presence and approach added to the peace and calm that I was seeking. The Five Star also reflects the atmosphere in the spa room quiet and very comfortable. I plan to return to the Spa with my family and friends.

Got a gift certificate for my birthday, and understanding that these things have expiration dates for good reasons, I used it promptly! I had a 90 minute massage with Amanda and it was absolutely fantastic. Top 3 of all time and I have had a lot of bodywork from a lot of different places. Also got some nice things from the gift shop. I appreciated their COVID protocols still in place. Will definitely be back--all good things!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TERRA ORGANICS SPA- Fayetteville--Consumers Beware I usually do not write reviews but I felt it important to protect fellow consumers. Took my money did not provide service. Purchased many gift certificates to support small businesses during COVID. Went to go use my certificate at TerraOrganic spa and owner Rachel McClean said it expired.

Her business was not even open the whole time during COVID. Said she would not longer honor it even though her website states she extended gift certificates. I tried to explain that I had been sick multiple times, family members as well, we even had Covid related deaths. Not only was I not aware that there was an expiration on a paid in full purchase of $200 but I was not comfortable being in a small confined space until after being completely vaccinated and boosted and through the holiday surge.

Owner did not care. She took my money and will not provide services. She is the only business who has not honored a gift certificate I purchased during the pandemic. I'm looking into the CARD act of 2009 and legislation signed by Hochul that restrict businesses from placing expiration dates on gift certificates. Very distasteful and poor business etiquette in my opinion, especially when we tried to support local small business from going out of business. Recommend do not go there unless you want her to steal your money.

I had a very nice experience at Terra Organic Spa. Chuck L. was very nice and his technique was wonderful. He tailored my experience for the areas I needed work on the most. Afterwards, I was relaxed and in good spirits. I highly recommend this establishment for individuals needing a good deep tissue muscle massage.

Whenever I come home, I try to always make an appointment at Terra Organic! It's my favorite retreat after a long day of travel. Every massage therapist I've had has the best hands and I leave truly relaxed. It's such a quaint, cute, welcoming cottage of serenity. I've had a lot of massages over the years, having been in a car accident and dealing with multiple injuries, that I know by now when I'm in good hands. You will without a doubt have the best service and I highly recommend!

Have been going here for years for deep tissue massage, and I've had a great experience every time. Rachel and her team are highly skilled, and have created an atmosphere that is soothing to all the senses. Highly recommend Terra Organic Spa, especially if you live with chronic musculoskeletal pain or tension headaches. Worth every penny!

I had a terrific 60-minute massage by Annalyse. It worked out some tightness in my neck and shoulders and really relaxed my stress from the holidays. I wish I could get here more often, but I am eager to return! The service was professional and courteous from start to finish! I highly recommend this location and Annalyse!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at this spa! The moment I walked in I was greeted by Becca who offered me a drink and helped me feel comfortable right away. I had a gift certificate for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and Anna was my massage therapist. She helped me to feel at ease and has a very calming energy and was super professional in the best way.

You can tell instantly that she has a passion for what she does and is very much focused on your needs and what is best for you. She is obviously very experienced in her practice and is very skilled at what she does. I haven't felt this relaxed in YEARS! At the end of my massage Becca and Anna offered me some water, and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out which is always nice. Becca was very knowledgeable in the other services provided at the spa and answered all my questions. All in all I had the BEST experience and will definitely be returning soon.

I absolutely adore this place. I don't live in Syracuse, but when I come to visit I always without fail book a service at Terra Organic. Their massages (by Michele and Chuck especially) are heavenly. Their body scrubs make my skin feel brand new and their facials are relaxing and make my skin feel fresh. I get massages semi-regularly, and Terra Organic is hands down my favorite spa and consistently provides the best services.

Plus the spa itself is so inviting and soothing (and completely spotless), I just want to stay and hang out afterwards on their big fluffy couches. A zen and relaxing retreat!

Have had Glenn as a message therapist several times and he is always wonderful. The spa facility is relaxing.

The spa was perfect for us ladies to have a relaxing afternoon. The treatments were professional and fantastic!

Received a lovely 60 minute Clinical Massage from Jennifer. She was very friendly and gave off a wonderful calming energy. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the same day, a Sunday. Jennifer also gave me some tips for stretching to help my problem areas of pain. I am a little sore now. But I left feeling relaxed and the feeling stayed the whole day!

Rachel is a dream and Chuck is, too. My husband and I have enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and wonderful massages from these kind individuals. They are very attentive and full of caring. I highly recommend and would go nowhere else than Terra Spa.

Serene, peaceful, relaxing.outstanding services and exceptional friendly staff. Terra Organic is so soothing I try to arrive early just to soak in the atmosphere. Rachel is a miracle worker--every stress and ache vanishes. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Previously, I had five different massages at five other CNY spas before I found Terra Organic, and nothing comes close.

The new location is beautiful and spacious. Rachel does an amazing job and always goes above and beyond. I always feel welcomed and comfortable and walk away feeling fantastic!

Once again the service at Terra Organic Spa was stellar. Their new location is lovely and the rooms quite spacious. I had a very relaxing Swedish massage from Chuck; he was very responsive to the issues I described and I left feeling utterly rejuvenated.

Excellent all around! I felt welcomed and comfortable immediately. I was having a massage and cupping done by Rachel. She took the time to ask me about not only any aches or pains I had but overall issues that may be causing stress on my body! It was my first time having cupping done and I can't wait to do it again. I left feeling great and continued to for days after!

She was very easy to talk to and if I was in a relaxed moment in my session she let me relax and kept the conversation going when I wanted (at other places I just want my massage and don't want to talk! But Rachel is great to talk to as well!) The facility was very clean and organized. I would recommend Terra Organic Spa to anyone in the CNY area looking for a exceptional spa treatment and service! Also the price was right on point for the quality and time of massage and cupping! Did not feel like it was over before I knew it.

Fantastic facial, really the best one since I moved here from Los Angeles. I do hate facials where the facialist leaves the room for 10 or 15 minutes at a time, so I was a little nervous after reading a negative review. But Anita was thoroughly professional, and I got the perfect facial for my very sensitive skin. I will be back!

I went to Terra Organic today for a deep tissue massage and what I got was a world of relief. Jennifer was my massage therapist and provided me with the best massage that I have ever had. She listened to my concerns about problem areas and focused her treatment on those areas. After the massage she took the time to talk with me and provide suggestions that I could do to help reduce the tension and "knots" that I experience. I never have to look for another salon again. I've found my "go to place".

My 2 hour spa treatment for an hour facial and hour hand and foot treatment went by really fast here because they cheat you 23 minutes! I purchased this 2 hour spa treatment through Living Social and maybe that's why I was given subprime service. The person doing my facial put a cream on my face and said she would be back in 15 minutes! Then she comes back in does some work for a bit and then puts another cream on for 10 minutes and leaves! Worst facial ever.

I have had many facials and never had the person in and out of the room. I can stay home for free and place a cream on my face! Maybe she felt that since I paid it through Living Social she didn't have to offer the same service as a full paying customer. Well thanks for letting me know what your spa is like and I will not be returning.
