The Art of Massage is a full-service massage therapy practice that has been serving Central New York since 1997. Our staff of NYS licensed massage therapists can help you experience the relaxing and stress reducing benefits of massage. Thousands of athletes, accident victims, students, parents, and others like you have found in our hands a unique experience of relaxation and relief. For pain relief, stress reduction, sports performance, or just to relax, call The Art of Massage. We are open five days a week!

Pregnancy Massage. Trigger Point. Hot Stone. Chair Massage. All of our sessions are customized to meet your needs, and often involve a number of different modalities. We require 24-hours notice. When you schedule your session by phone, you will be asked for a card or a gift certificate number to secure the appointment.

1st off, the building is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. You feel like royalty just walking in there. They've got a yoga studio space, a jacuzzi, a sauna? Yes, please! And Kelly (whom I refer to in my mind as ("Magic Hands") did wonders for my ache-y muscles, and helped me to relax for the first time in years. The name "The Art of Massage" is truly befitting.

I love coming here. Everything is always so clean and the environment is very comforting and welcoming. Kerry is fantastic and has made me feel very relaxed and safe. She's great about answering questions and really customizes each massage to meet my needs in the moment. I look forward to treating myself to more massages here and always recommend this place to friends.

I took my best friend here for her bachelorette weekend along with the bridal party, and it exceeded our expectations! Ed was very helpful, thoughtful, patient, and accommodating! I have never received such personalized and meticulous service at a spa until I visited here. We left feeling relaxed and GLOWING! The bride enjoyed her half day packgae and actually has returned for a final pamper before her big day! THANKS ED!

Not sure why this place doesnt have more reviews. I just randomly went. I'm a flight attendant who lifts weights and was very sore with a tight back. I needed a massage so I went and left with more than I bargained for. My ladies name was Laura I believe. She gave me a fantastic one hour massage and was very informative on what was happening with my body. I 100% recommend this to anyone in the area! Will def go back on my next visit here.

Disappointed! My first time there. My partner booked and prepaid a massage for my Birthday. I researched the massage therapists and requested the one that seemed fit for me ( I read all their bio's) on the website. When I arrived on that day that was paid in full. There was another person there to give me the massage, Not who I requested. Also, No call prior to my coming in to let me know of the change. I would have cancelled if they had given me notice. Not a good experience and the rooms have way too much light coming in to relax.

My partner and I did a couple's jacuzzi, massage, and sauna here and really enjoyed it! It was relaxing and the two therapists we had were knowledgable and friendly (Ed and Zinga). The building itself is gorgeous! Very easy going, relaxing experience. Free parking in the back of the building is a plus :)
