Its a great relaxation environment. Just walking into that building you feel transformed into a tranquil place. Its a beautiful feeling and then add an amazing massage to that and I now go no place else for a massage. I only go to cny healing arts.

The massage was 4-5 stars and everyone was friendly and professional. my issue is that they have closed down the sauna and aqua terrace with hot tub. It was always wonderful having a massage and being able to rest and relax afterward. The prices remain the same - around 30% more than average, but the amenities are now missing. it was good, but not worth the high price.

I went there for a prenatal massage and my massage therapist exceeded all expectations I had. The establishment is very clean and they are welcoming and professional. Definitely booking CNY Healing Arts again!

This is truly a hidden gem. My message was gifted to me so I was curious about this facility. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and my message by Kristin was magical. She is a very skilled message therapist and I will definitely ask for her again. She fixes those sore muscles.

I love CNY Healing Arts! I have been a client there for over 10 years. Their services are incredible and the entire atmosphere is relaxing and healing. My masseuse, Amy, is truly incredible and I look forward to my visits with her because I know I will leave feeling one hundred percent better!

Angela Wart is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Her devotion to the practice is impeccable and she is continually learning and growing in the field to ensure the best client experience. Her knowledge is vast along with her array of disciplines! All around amazing human! I recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing experience!

My therapist Kristin was amazing. I actually sent her my physician assistant as a referral. Very professional and was my first time. Highly recommend the 60 minute session.

The massage was good quality and the place was clean. However, since they no longer have all of the amenities, such as the warm pool, and the steam room, the value is no different from other massage centers in town. But they still expect to charge the 50% higher prices compared to other places. They even asked for prepayment on my credit card when I made the initial appointment over the phone. I refused and said I will pay for the massage after I have it! Won't return again, not when other quality places charge so much less.

CNY Healing Arts is a lovely and relaxing environment to receive the most excellent massages. I have been seeing Liz Rocklin for some time now and she is always so professional and attentive and gives the best massages. She has a very gently way but still manages to address areas of concern with effective pressure that resonates long after my appointment.

I highly recommend CNYHA and the professional staff there. I am a bit disappointed that they are no longer offering their spa amenities like the hot tub and sauna/steam room although I understand.

I have been here twice now and I will be back again. The space is clean, the staff is friendly and very professional. My therapist was great, paying attention to my problem areas and happened to find a problem in my back I didn't know I had. In all, a great experience and I recommend them highly to treat yourself or a loved one.

I purchased gift certificates for my entire family and we've been so excited to use them. I've been raving about the services for over a year now. We just called to find out at that all of amenities the spa offered (relaxation room, lockers, sauna and hot tub) are unavailable indefinitely unrelated to the pandemic. It is what it is, but we are so disappointed and definitely don't feel the price point for the massage is justified without access to the facility. Feels like they really messed up a good thing.

This place is simply amazing! Best massage I've had always comes from cny. The accupunture is wonderful and so relaxing. I appreciate the Specialists who work there as they're all so kind and embracing.

Massage, acupuncture, Fabulous, awesome, beautiful, friendly. I can't say enough. Acupuncture is incredible! My wonderful son & daughter in law gave me gift cards, ,, I started with a 60 minute massage, Kalie was fantastic, perfect pressure, incredible hands! I went into acupuncture not expecting much but OMG my shoulder is better! After almost 5 months of agony with a rotator cuff issue it's better, DJ is awesome, makes u very comfortable & really cares about me & my pain! 1 more visit & it'll be like new again.

I have chronic pain in knees and feet from car crash, I got some relief there but that will take a few visits, ,, but how awesome will it be to be pain free, no physical therapy, no pain pills & NO more cortisone shots! So much cheaper even if I need regular monthly visits! Sauna, steam shower and facilities are gorgeous, I used them all. You must experience this place.

I brought big gym bag but they provide robe, footware, towels, fabulous shampoos, conditioner, body wash, qtips, razors, shave cream, curling irons, ,, everything u need but the hair brush! Even the elevator is gorgeous! Totally unexpected beauty in the middle of city! I don't get anything but satisfaction, tell them RUTHIE sent you!

I had my bridal party get ready at CNY Healing Arts in one of their yoga rooms a week ago and it was great! Morgan is the event coordinator there and she was just so sweet and helpful. She was easy to work with and the price for renting out the room for the morning was very reasonable. Morgan set up coffee, water, and champagne glasses for us before we arrived.

She provided us with tables, chairs, and linen. There were bathrooms accessible and she was there to accommodate any of our needs. My bridal party and I took a walk around their grounds while waiting for the limo bus and it was so relaxing and clean!

Absolutely love this place! It's truly a hidden gem. Julie is great! She caters the massage to your specific needs and spends time getting to know you and your lifestyle. The steam shower is AMAZING and a must use! The massage times are very accommodating (because I have to go after my 9-5 to unwind). The environment is very relaxing. There is not a lot of noise. It's very warm and inviting. People are friendly and respectful. Massages are excellent.

I attend Yoga for fertility weekly but they also offer prenatal yoga. The yoga for fertility class fills up FAST! 2 minutes flat last session. Erin (instructor) is fantastic. She is also a massage therapist so she understands the body in a very specialized way. I really enjoy the atmosphere & aromatherapy at cool down. At 1.5hrs the class runs longer than most.

The first 20 min. Is usually spent on introductions, requests and generally laughing buts off. Each class is different and poses are tailored to the individual. Erin assists if needed. All supplies (bolsters, blankets, straps, mats, blocks, eye pads, cleaner) are available for use. There are dressing rooms and a bathroom adjoining the class space.

I also love that CNY Healing Arts has a gorgeous fireplace going and big leather couches to lounge on. Very inviting. The coffee/tea/smoothie bar is still open for even the latest classes. Deni says: Sign up EARLY!

This is one of the most inviting spas I think you will ever find. The whole bottom floor it dedicated to the spa experience, with the therapy rooms upstairs for massage and acupuncture. Everything is organic, and the decor seems to be well suited to the warm, earth friendly environment they are trying to achieve. I have had acupuncture done, which was very professional.

My only complaints about that was the noise level, which is distracting when they tell you to relax and you constantly hear the chatter of the nurses in the clinic portion next door and the toilet flushing. Otherwise, it is a nearly perfect experience. The massage is perfect. Very intense for me, which is just the way I like it. I will review the fertility portion separately.
