Love this place! The facility is clean and beautiful, I've gotten IPL laser treatment for sun spots and the results have been amazing. The staff is super friendly and responsive and truly care about their clients. Highly recommend!

I have been going to lifetime laser for 6 months now and all I can say is wow! Nicole is a master at electrolysis. Clean, professional and super knowledgeable. I'm seeing amazing results and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for electrolysis!

I love Lifetime Laser, I just had the Opus Plasma treatment, Donna was very knowledgeable and professional and has reached out to see how I'm doing! They really care about their customers and want you to have the best experience. I have also had laser, electrolysis, facial, microdermabrasion, just to name a few and everyone has been great. Donna, Nicole, Lizette and Rosangela. If you haven't tried them you're missing out!

I was so excited for my first laser hair removal appt after reading positive reviews on Yelp and Google but I did not have a good experience. I sat in the "waiting room" 10 minutes after my appt time while my technician and the receptionist talked about someone's Hawaii trip. Then when she decided to take me back she didn't even formally introduce herself to me (later to find out her name was Donna and happened to be the owner) What really annoyed me was her insensitive comment about me not shaving well enough in the brazilian area.

I told her being a heavyset woman its harder for me to get every nook and cranny - not that that's her business. Considering she's the owner I think she needs a refresher on customer service. I would travel farther and pay more somewhere else, where the customer is valued and feels comfortable.

I came in for a consult for laser hair removal and was able to start my session immediately! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Especially Donna, who took the time to explain the process and what I should expect with my chosen treatment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for laser hair removal or any of their other offered services!

DO NOT GO HERE: I got two treatments done here; the first, I went in looking for a facial laser--specially the Fraxel. I was told they did not have this laser; they actually don't have any facial lasers--misleading name. I chose a treatment that was supposed to be better than the Fraxel, it claimed to have better results in its pamphlet, and came with the price tag of a great treatment. Unfortunately, I did not see any results.

Thinking it was not the right treatment for me, I went back. The second treatment I got was a chemical peel. I had cleared my schedule for 10 days and requested the strongest chemical peel that they have. The results? I did not even peel, no sluffing, no peeling no nothing. I called and was dismissed. I have gotten peels before and this was not a quality peel. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There are much better, more professional med spas around--DONT DO WHAT I DO, AND TRY TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS, at least this local business.

What a pleasure, I have been to a few laser places and this is by far the best. Honest and informative what more can you ask. I highly recommend Lifetime Laser.

I've been going here for over 7 years and I've never found better pricing or better staff! The deals are absolutely incredible and the staff are trained professionals. I get laser hair removal done and even though it's a little painful (only the very first time you go!) it's 1000% worth it! I've never had an unsuccessful laser treatment!

I wish I could give this business 6 out of 5 stars because it deserves it! I also highly recommend looking at their website for the deals of the month (and yes, there are A LOT of deals each and every month)!

I wanted to try a different electrolysis and am glad I did. Nicole was very informative and did an amazing job. I realized that my prior treatments with a different establishment was actually creating more hairs, and no wonder I haven't seen results. Nicole thought I may have had two prior treatments by the looks of me, but I have been getting electrolysis for over 6 months, at least twice a month and a poor job at that.

I do plan on writing a review on that establishment to warn others. What did I know as it was my only experience. It pays to go elsewhere sometimes. My instincts were correct to venture. I highly recommend Nicole, she really enjoys her job as it shows and that makes for a better experience.

I would like to acknowledge that going to Lifetime Laser has changed my life dramatically. And although I was referred by a friend who's sn employee, my testimonial was not solicited by anyone. I am treated as any other client. I came in 2012 for laser hair removal services on my face, where I needed to cover up with makeup almost all the time.

In a few short months I was liberated from that need, and the added bonus was how much it softened my skin. Donna Burns, the owner, is also my professional aesthetician, and she is very friendly, and she is very steady. She treats me like I really matter, and the results have been great. Ms. Burns is also very honest about answering all questions and expectations, she aims to put you at ease.

In comparison to some other spas that I priced, Lifetime Laser was very reasonable, and for me the investment was worth every penny. I'm still a monthly client although I am through with laser treatments for now, I've continued sessions doing traditional electrolysis. I have also had a couple occasions to have had staff other than Ms. Burns, and they provided great services as well. I have also been a client of both locations (apparently not a lot of people do that), and they are both clean and impressive.

I found myself needing a new aesthetician and chanced upon lifetime laser. My expectations were greatly exceeded even upon arrival. Although the outside of the building is somewhat unimpressive, the inside is absolutely fantastic, newly painted and decorated. Prices are very competitive They do pretty much everything here from laser, to cosmeceuticals to electrolysis and microdermabrasion. Very happy so far and looking forward to future visits.
