Spa At St. Tropez

I originally posted a review regarding a wax I had done that wasn't to my liking. Not even a half hr after the owner called me and was extremely kind and helpful. I'm not used to businesses agreeing with the customer anymore and making things right but at spa st tropez they do! I will def return and try a wax with someone else. Thank you so much for taking the time to call me!

Amazing experience! Had the bliss massage and it was so relaxing. Love Tomari.she was so professional and attentative.

Great service! but front staff extremely unprofessional and rude. I am giving 3 stars because I always receive great massages and facials here! The spa is clean and professional, you will enjoy your services! Although I did not get the woman I originally picked while booking and my facial started 8 minutes late. HOWEVER, you will see a managerial type woman at the front desk with very short colored spikey type hair and a lot of makeup, 3 times now, I've been there when she was obnoxious, it is off putting.

First time she was just being very rude to a customer on the phone with a real Bi**hy tone in her voice, 2nd time she checked me in at the wrong time, and lastly (and the most troubling) is I was checking out of a massage and this person was being so rude to the thin dark haired girl with glasses next to her right in front of me. I was just trying to check out but I had to hear their whole conversation where the manager woman kept telling this girl she did something wrong, and even though the girl kept telling her she understood, she continued to point out her error over and over and over, all the while I am standing there, super uncomfortable, to the point where I had to say "Can I just check out please".I couldn't believe she was allowing this to go on in front of me.

It was so unprofessional. As she sat there and attempted to cut down the girl next to her she should have looked in the mirror because no one was more unprofessional in that moment than her. In conclusion, great spa, poor front desk service.

I had previously posted a review after having a not-so-great experience with the customer service when booking and confirming my appointment. After stressing my feelings here, Camille the co-owner of the spa reached out to me, and we discussed the situation. She was nothing but lovely, professional and deeply understanding of my situation. I truly believe that this spa is run by good hearted people, and I look forward to bringing myself and my girlfriends here for a day of relaxation.

I wanted to share what a beautiful day I had yesterday. Being a mom of 3 stress & life tend to take over as we put ourselves last. My Seaweed detox body wrap was exactly what I needed yesterday. Tomari was amazing at making me feel like I was her only concern at that time. Thank you so much for giving me exactly what I needed for me. I will be back for sure!

Had the best massage ever.very clean staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Aiji was the best.hands of gold. very gentle and to the point. Left there wanting to go back tomorrow.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled after my recent visit to Spa St. Tropez. I walked into the spa to two women giving the receptionist a hard time about the vaccine mandate currently in place. While I believe in "my body my choice" and everyone has the right to decide what goes into their body's, I also believe that there are consequences to peoples decisions.

The consequence to not being vaccinate at this moment in time is that businesses reserve the right to decline your business for safety reasons. While I did not witness how this situation was resolved because I proceeded to my massage (Shout out to Shari. She is a talented masseuse and gave me an amazing relaxing massage) the receptionists handled the situation calmly and with class and grace.

They do not make the rules. They are just doing their job the best way they know how. I was on the fence about keeping my appointment with the recent surge in cases but once I learned the protocols in place it immediately put me at ease. I have been going to this spa for years now and every visit I am met with kind and friendly staff and always have a great experience. Thank you for providing a safe place during this crazy time to relax and unwind.

I went today for a massage and facial. Both were amazing. I felt so good and relaxed when I left. Tomari (hope I'm spelling her name right) was truly the best aesthetician. She really took her time and was super thorough. Kathleen really gave me an amazing massage. I wish I could bring them both home with me to do this everyday!

This is a wonderful spa! The staff is extremely professional and the owners have gone to great lengths to enhance the sense of tranquility throughout the entire experience. We went with representatives from three generations of our family and we all had a wonderful time.
