Such a lovely spa with excellent services! All the estheticians are friendly and very accommodating.

Diana is absolutely amazing! She has been doing my lymphatic massages for a month and I feel fantastic every time I leave! I can honestly say with each visit I am not only happy with the massage, but her customer service is absolutely amazing. Never felt so comfortable and confident that I'm in the right hands! I love this place so much, always on time which is huge for me, Theresa is always so accommodating and sweet. My esthetician Monica is knowledgeable, attentive and always makes my skin look and feel amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients and are very professional yet click with their clients on a personal level. I recommend 100 percent. My skin never looked so good and the products they use and offer are top notch.

I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the greatest deep tissue massages I've ever had today. My therapist Michele had extremely strong hands and let me tell you she left no knot behind. I was so impressed at how she did not only work the muscles but my connective tissues as well. She got into those uncomfortable places which a lot of therapists don't seem to do. Having had 3 spine surgeries I've learned that it is equally important to reduce the tension in these areas as well.

I will definitely be back to see Michele on a regular basis and I highly recommend her for anyone who's looking to reduce pain and stress. The front desk is also so polite and helpful. I look forward to my visits just to chat with all the girls and get recommendations on the best skin care products. Overall such a great experience.

If it was possible to rate Spa Belle Meade with zero stars I would. I came in for a facial, which I have zero complaints about. However, as a result of that facial (more than likely from the extractions they said), I have a red mark on my forehead. I called immediately following the facial and communicated my concerns and was told that often times there is redness following a facial and to give it time.

I called back yet again a few days later and related the red mark on my forhead was still present, at which point I was told to come in for a laser treatment to have it removed. I came in for the treatment which helped a little too the color of the mark on my forhead. Because of my occupation in the military, I was then deployed overseas and therefore unable to immediately continue my treatment.

I finally return (a significant amount of time later) and schedule another treatment along with a facial only to be told that they no longer have the laser available to continue my treatment and they will not be held liable due to the time lapse which was completely out of my control. I am now still walking around with this red mark on my forehead as a result of the service I received at Spa Belle Meade and they refuse to treat me, or cover the expenses to have it removed.

I find this to be very unfair and if they aren't taking responsibility and taking care of me, they will not take care of you either. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this establishment.

I was a new client and Michelle really took the time to talk to me and get to know me. She wasn't pushy, gave me useful suggestions, and really wanted to help me. I got a facial, the procedure was very thorough, and SO well worth it. I feel a million times better and my face looks a lot cleaner now. Even the nice woman at the front desk offered to walk me out because it was dark out and none of the parking lot lights were on yet. Everyone here is so personable, I will definitely be returning!
