In 1972, Philip Ciampa emerged on the beauty scene and quickly became a leader in the hair industry. Recognized for his creativity, his work started to grace the pages of popular magazines all over the country. In 1980, Ciampa's talent earned him second place at Clairol's national hair competition, and by 1985, Ciampa was selected by product mogul L'Oreal to be on an elite panel of industry experts. A man of integrity and talent, Ciampa later was awarded 'Entrepreneur of the Year' and he has grown his empire to four locations just north of Boston, MA.

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but reserve the right to reschedule appointments more than 10-minutes late. Please note, online gift cards are processed same-day from Tuesday-Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday-Monday or holiday will be processed the next salon business day. My stylist is Shannon O'Brien at the Andover location. I felt compelled to write a review because of the absolute excellent services I recently received from her! I love being a blondie and Shannon made my hair dreams a reality! I will definitely be booking again with her. Not to mention the best shampoo service from a salon I've ever had.! I got a full foil, hair cut, and gloss treatment and really enjoyed Shannon's personality, plus I felt safe and comfortable with the way the salon is handling COVID precautions. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been seeing Shannon O'Brien for a long time and she has consistently nailed every hair goal I've ever had for myself! From long, to short, and every color I've ever wanted. I'm always so pleased with my hair and leave the salon smiling! Shannon is professional and makes a point to educate you on your hair and what she's doing along the way. She even has helped me learn to style new cuts when I get them! I highly recommend seeing Shannon for all of your hair needs- she is sure to impress!

I go to this salon to see Shannon O'Brien, she is so personable and fun to talk to. My appointment usually takes about 3 hours. (I have a lot of hair) She is always checking in if I need anything and making sure I am comfortable. She is so extremely talented. I have followed her since her career began and I will continue to follow Shannon wherever her path may lead her!
