The owner of Le Mani Day Spa, Gail, found her calling in skin care over a dozen years ago. She is a caring expert, passionate about providing, not only a wonderful experience but also education on how to maintain a healthy body and skin. Gail has found a niche working with acne sufferers and feels enormous satisfaction in her work managing and clearing troubled skin, especially teenagers.
The Customized Facial is Le Mani's signature facial! Our estheticians skillfully adjust product use to suit your skin's specific needs using professional exfoliating peels, micro-buffing, steam treatment, professional deep cleansing, specialty serums, and ampoules as well as customized masks. This treatment is completely centered around your individual requirements and a myriad of special touches leave you feeling and looking relaxed and regenerated - guaranteed!After a thorough consultation with your Esthetician analyzing your skin, diet and homecare routine, a treatment plan will be discussed.
Le Mani is a fragrance-free environment out of concern for those that struggle with chemical sensitivities. We regularly run specials and appreciate you mentioning them when you book your treatment. Le Mani has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly note that a fee will be assessed for all no-show appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Threading is a proven age-old form of hair removal practiced in India, China, and the Middle East. It is a very precise art and allows the specialist to have greater control than waxing, resulting in better brow shape. Threading can be performed on the entire face and is highly recommended for even the most sensitive skin types, being an excellent option for people who have Rosacea, use Retin A, Accutane and similar products.

Gail at Le Mani has saved my skin on numerous occasions in my life and is hands down the best skincare professional I have ever been to. I first started seeing Gail when I was a teenager with severe, cystic acne, which was extremely painful and hard to deal with as a teenage girl. Not only did Gail drastically improve my acne, but she also made my acne scars barely noticeable after just a couple of visits.
My self esteem and confidence went through the roof not having to wear cover up to leave the house anymore. Gail is known as a magic worker in our town, so when I went to her for the first time, it was based off of my moms many years going to her (as well as all of her friends with fab, glowing youthful skin they look early 30's max) and some of my friends.
To this day, I still go to Gail and always leave in awe at how much better my skin looks. The results last too because she does treatments that aren't short term fixes and has amazing products to maintain the results at home. (The scarring cream is used at Mass General so this stuff is LEGIT) Please, do yourself a favor and see Gail. She is a best kept secret.

Gail is amazing! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! She is knowledgeable about her products and offers excellent advice about treatments and upkeep of healthy skin. She genuinely cares about her clients and how your skin turns out and will spend as much time pampering you as she needs. She has repeatedly gone out of her way to accommodate me with scheduling and always makes me feel so cared for!
In addition, she is incredibly personable and so fun to talk with! Gail has gone above and beyond helping me get my skin, and many other details, under control for wedding! I highly recommend her!

I have been going to Gail for almost a decade now. I and everyone around me has noticed my skin improve leaps and bounds. Gail knows what your skin needs and does a great job with the facials. I love the customized facials since my skin is unpredictable and it's so much better when the facial is customized to deal with the current condition of your skin instead of a set routine. Highly recommend giving Le Mani day spa a try!

I am absolutely in love with this place! Amazing warm staff and, especially, the owner Gail. Thank you very much for all the treatments that you've done for me, it actually worked 100%. I am a very satisfied customer. P.S. My face was breaking out very often leaving scars and discoloration. I tried everything possible for years to get rid of pimples and scars. However, this place was an amazing discovery for me, it is a little paradise.
The owner herself took care of me through all seven treatments she did for me. The results were very impressing. Two years passed and I still DON'T break out, my face is smooth and glowing. Thank Gail for all your help. Love you. Russian Maria))))

Put simply, Gail Lemerise, the owner of Le Mani Day Spa, has changed my skin for the better and for the long term. I am 46 and have had facials at many, many places over the years, including Canyon Ranch, Georgette Klinger, and a number of other high-end places. In the process, I have had many pleasant experiences, and in some cases the effects have lasted a day or two.
Because of Gail, however, I now have markedly clearer, softer, more even and more youthful skin. Gail individualizes the treatment and is a medical aesthetician -- not just someone with some products and a pleasant touch. She takes a clinical approach and will attend to a problem until it is solved. The products she uses are incredible -- the cleanser and moisturizer she recommended for me have, again, created permanent and long-term effects on my skin.
My skin was never bad, but I had long ago given up the idea that I could even my skin tone or get rid of persistent blackheads and roughness without some kind of plastic surgery. Gail has fixed those problems, and they seem to be gone forever! I really cannot recommend Gail highly enough. She is a miracle worker!

I am a huge fan of Gail's facial. Their customer service is excellent, as well as the service itself. I'm usually the type who likes to peace out during a treatment rather than get chatty, but I love talking with Gail. She knows her clients like old friends, and takes great care of you. She gives the best facial I've found in the Boston area.

I've been to Le Mani Day Spa 3 times now. They've recently changed their scheduling policy. Some services are available only at certain times of the day. I've never experienced this at other day spas and it makes it very difficult for me to fit things into my already crazy schdule. Althouh I love Teddi and this facitlity I will be on the look out for another day spa that has more flexible scheduling.

The people here are great. They called me and alerted me to come 15 min late, because they were running late. Thats a lot better than me having to wait there. Also I forget the name of the person who i worked with, I think she owns the place - she was very pleasant. I would go back there. She inspected my skin and she knew what she was talking about.

I took advantage of the Groupon for a Microderm Facial. Teddy was my esthetician. She was lovely and my face was glowing after the service. she also gave me great advice about my skin - i have always suffered from acne. the only thing that i missed was the massage that i normally get from a regular facial at other spa's. they also offered a microderm special to their new groupon customers. everyone i spoke to at the spa was very nice. not the best facial i've had, but they are close to my house and take late appointments.

Had a deal on a facial with microdermabrasion. Have had many facials before, but never microdermabrasion so I wasn't sure what to expect. The aesthetician was great. Made me comfortable and made sure I knew what she was doing. Microdermabrasion was really good - I wasn't red or blotchy afterward and could go out in public without looking strange. Spa was really nice and comfortable and really clean. They offered me a discount on a return treatment so I'll be going back in a couple of weeks for me next treatment. I have been going to Karla at Le Mani for about 2 years now. She is wonderful and totally changed my skin. Instead of getting a facial, I got a peel and never looked back. Six peels later, my skin was like new. I have acne-prone skin, but this totally helped and I really trust Karla with my skin, which is difficult if you've got problem skin. The only downfall is that she only works every other Saturday, so you have to book appointments well in advance. She's that good though!
