You'll be impressed with the atmosphere of this cozy place. You will find beautiful clean rooms, friendly and courteous team, best quality services at reasonable rates. SPA Elena rented the space at Four Corners in Woburn three years ago. We expended our space up to three manicure and two pedicure stations.

Spa Elena was the first place I went to for a wax. That was more than ten years ago. Since then I've tried many different places all over the world because I travel a lot. I've even tried different places in the area because I'm one of those people who always needs to compare things in order to make up my mind. I can say with full conviction that Elena gives the best bikini waxes in the world.
Her work is of a very high standard and she's very detailed. I feel like I can just leave everything in her hands and the result will be something I'm happy with. I think her experience sets her apart from the many, many people fresh out of esthetician school.

This is a very pleasant spa. I am a regular client there. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The nails work by Elena is literally an artwork; I have never had such a great manicure and pedicure as at Spa Elena. It takes me a while to drive there, but whenever I try a different salon I don't get the same satisfaction with the work done. So I always cone back to Elena.

I own a business and live near Spa Elena so I'm there once every two to three weeks. I get everything from pedicures, massages, and waxing. I receive gift cards from friends and family because they know I prefer Spa Elena to other Spa's. It's a great place to go and I would refer it to anyone, you should check it out!

I came here on a gift card but called first to ask how much was on my card since it hadn't been noted by the giver.they told me the only was to find out was to come it with the card! The website on the back of the card was useless. So, I booked a massage appt anyway and arrived 10 mins early but was told I had to wait a half hour since they were running late due to an employee being out on an emergency.
I understand, it happens but a call would have been nice since I rushed to make it on time. Still, I wasn't too happy to hear this but she assured me that it would be luxurious and that she would add on 15-20 mins more. Although I did ask for a deep tissue, it was more rough than deep. One hour was solely spent on neck, shoulders, arms, back and butt.
She missed numerous knots, didn't massage face, front/back of thighs, or feet and spent way too much time on my butt.massaging the sciatic she explained. Also, used a machine on my back which I've never had a masseuse do, only my chiropractor. She did take time to check in as to the pressure and to give hints/tips. Environment was hurried and scurried which did not lend itself to a serene atmosphere in preparation for a massage. Lighting was too bright even though she turned the lights out since there are no solid doors to keep noise/light out (simply slatted folding doors).
Music was fine however. So I was surprised it came to an end since all the other parts weren't touched and I checked my watch and it had been exactly an hour! Where was the luxury and extra time she promised? I thought maybe she would reduce the price.no, still $75 then I thought she was asking me if I wanted my brows done complimentary to make up for the 1/2 tardiness but no.that was $15 she said! Not sure where the comp was in this whole deal but I won't return.

I'm having trouble giving it even 1 star. I had a gift cert to redeem here and when I called to make an appointment, Elena told me that the prices went up and I could not get the services my husband paid for. (She hadn't even asked how much the gift was for.) The facial was really just a massage and a couple of layers of moisturizer and/or tonic and a mask.
Nothing special. I was looking forward to the body massage next, but was extremely let down when I discovered she wasn't going to do my legs! The biggest muscles in the body, and she didn't touch them; very disappointment! Irina, the masseuse, kneaded very deep and some people like that, but I personally thought it was a bit rough at times.
The atmosphere: no privacy, can hear other people's conversations quite clearly. Had to listen to Russian pop songs over my own music. Don't waste your money here for facials and massages.
