Lavender Hill Spa Salon

I went with a friend and Ohhh my lord the massage was phenomenal! Just upset they didn't have room for a 90 min massage so had to settle for the 60 min! Will be going again!

I've had a couple of different massages from here over the last 2 years. I can say that it's one of the most reasonable priced spas around. Very clean and friendly. Smells bread and is tranquil. The only constructive criticism is I had one bad massage that really made me want to leave a awful review after, but I didn't just knowing I wouldn't go back to the message therapist again(she now no longer works there).

I did though tell the receptionist at the front desk after she asked how it was that I was quite annoyed and did not have a good massage. She just said sorry and finished the payment. I don't expect anything at all but I do think it's important for a business to dive deeper into why someone is disappointed. If that message was my first I wouldn't have been back and would have missed out on all the other great massages I had there!

I had to get my train wreck hair fixed and was very pleased with the result. Plus they carry Aveda products, which I love. Staff is friendly and helpful, stylists know their products and offer solutions, even if that solution isn't coming back to them.

Love my massages from Pam. She knows exactly what area to work on without asking. Always pleasant and very professional at her job. Will continue to come to Lavender Hill for my massages.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Started coming here a few months ago for Swedish massages. I've seen Pam every time and she is wonderful! Also love the atmosphere of the spa side, I haven't been over to the salon side much. Definitely recommend!

I visited today the first time because I received a gift certificate. I had plenty massages in my life, but the one I received and experienced today from PAM MASHIA was extra ordinary, her technique is beyond anything I ever experienced before. my body was relaxed and almost pain-free from my lower back arthritis. This also was the first time I had a soft massage table which I enjoyed very much with the heat and also hot towls, not many places use that.

I also received a facial from Ashley Schwan and was impressed as well with the professionalism. Here also I experienced a more detailed facial then some other places I have tried. All in all I recommend this place very much with my awesome experience today and will be back.

I've always had such a great experience at this salon and the last two times with Mandy were no exception. She knows what she's doing and does it very well! She's easy to relate to, smart and genuinely nice. I showed her pics of what I hoped to accomplish and she did it. The ladies at the front were also very nice upon check in and at check out. I was even walked out to my vehicle by an associate with an umbrella in the pouring rain.

So awesome! Also sanitation during COVID times seems really consistent. I literally watched Mandy sanitize the shampoo station wash basin and chair after I got up. The prices compared to other states I've lived in are very reasonable as well!

I would without a doubt recommend! It was probably one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. I've been in the area for a little while and was struggling to find someone I trusted to cut and color my hair. I'm so glad I came across Lavender Hill Spa online! Jessica is absolutely amazing at her craft. I've never had a stylist go over a game plan with me, but she covered absolutely everything to make sure we were both on the same page of what I was looking for.

And as a mom of 3 boys, it was a great way to relax and just have some girl time. She was amazing. The salon and staff were amazing. I mean, I really can't say enough good things about my experience!

This is my 3rd visit to Lavender Hill SpaSalon. I have gotten 2 mommy to be massages and one time prior to being pregnant. The service is great. Only thing recommended for next time is for the noise to be down as well as the soothing music in the room working. I'm sure that since the music wasn't working caused myself and massage lady to hear the from outside closed door. Other than that 5 star rating!:

They did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for prom. She came up with her own idea from the pictures I showed her. Their entire staff was really nice. I was worried my hair and makeup wouldn't turn out well, but now I believe they're all very skilled.
