I came to glow spa for the first time recently to have some fillers injected into my face. I have done this before at other places and this was the best experience I ever had thanks to Joyce! Historically I have always left these spa treatments looking like I have been in a car accident. I bleed easily. But not with Joyce. I will be back! -DD

Been here for three or four tattoo removal appointments and pleased with the results of each round! Very clean and the staff is great, no complaints!

Eden did a fantastic job! She was very professional & friendly. Love the results from my Hydrafacial.

Every time I try to make appointments with this place they always mess up my appointments and are not very organized. They do not give specific details for the appointments and never answer the phone. I had to reschedule three times due to their inconveniences for the first time I went. The second time I tried to come they were unorganized. I would not recommend this place or the downtown location at all for anyone.

Glow personnel were able to help me at my follow up appointment and I felt instant relief from my droopy eyelids after you original dysport injections. I received an appointment super quick for the follow up and Joyce was so knowledgeable. Ragan was great at administering my original dysport but was not available for the follow up due to limited schedule so Joyce was able to help me out and I appreciate it so much.

The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. The nurses are always super informative and caring. I love getting procedures at GLOW!

The Spa was clean, the staff was professional and attentive. I met with the person doing my Botox and we connected very well. I walked away with bruises so bad it appears I have a black eye. I have done Botox for years with occasionally a needle point bruise. Never a total area black eye. Disappointed.

I've recently moved back into town and haven't used a local spa. I walked into this spa completely open to suggestions and ways to deal with dry winter skin. My person was so snobby that she didn't even answer my questions about services or products. She didn't make any suggestions of services besides the only 1 I knew of. Literally walked away as I was asking about combo of products.

The front desk girls were the ones who made suggestions and gave me a few samples to try in addition. I felt like maybe because I had on jeans and a hoodie that I didn't look like I had money, but that is a pretty serious mistake for any high end service provider. I'm not sure if there are any other local spas, but I would consider looking at spas in other close cities. This is the reason I hate Savannah. I've been in New Orleans the last decade and people don't treat customers like this in other metro areas.

I loved my first time at Glow Midtown. Joyce lives up to her reviews and farther yet! Knowledgeable and efficient, I was in and out. She knew exactly where to inject to stay within my budget to maximize my results. I appreciated her expertise and genuine understanding, especially during these harder times when self care is harder to sustain. Can't wait for my follow up!

Got a dermaplane done by Erin. She is very sweet and knowledgeable on proper skin care. The environment is very relaxing and spotless. The front receptionist is very pleasant. She offered water and product samples. I definitely will be returning. I'm very pleased with my experience!

Joyce does all my procedures and she is absolutely phenomenal. She always takes the time to look for any offers/discounts that can be applied for each visit, and keeps my Alle points up to date. She's honest with me and helps manage my expectations so I'm never disappointed. Extremely friendly and personable, and I genuine enjoy each visit with her.

The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and cheerful, and always make sure you leave feeling beautiful and confident. I have never had anything less than a stellar procedure here, and I recommend highly to all.

Excellent experience getting laser hair removal and eyebrow wax. I saw Brittney mostly for my laser hair removal package. I never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Brittney was very professional and easy to talk to. Great experience with great results. I also think this spa has the best eyebrow waxes in the area. Great medspa!

Cannot say enough good things about Glow! I got the lower face laser hair removal package after considering it for years. I was nervous about the pain or if it would work, and I'm so pleased about my experience and my results. Brittney was a doll to work with - so attentive and detailed! She ensured I was comfortable and always was such a pleasure to visit. I'm so pleased with how my skin looks now. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I came here last summer for my first lip flip, which was $110 for 10 units of Botox. I went back to college in Athens in the fall, and the doctor (a real doctor) at the medspa there was extremely surprised and confused as to why I was told I needed 10 units for a lip flip, especially since I am 22 years old, and gave me 4. I had better results with their 4 units than with the 10 I got at Glow!

I have friends that went to the same Athens mesdpa and had great results with 2 units! Since I'm home for the summer, I called Glow and told them that I wanted to do a lip flip with 4 units, since that has worked well for me in the past. i was told that they wouldn't do that, and that they only do the "standard 10 units". I have researched lip flips, and I have never seen another place that does this. Watered down Botox to overcharge?

Glow Medical Spa is a must go to! I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped inside. The decor is clean, crisp, and relaxing. The white floors and walls make all of the accents on the wall pop. The ladies who checked me in at the front desk were inviting and kind. They both knew it was my first time at Glow. They made me feel comfortable.

My mini facial & lash lift service were excellent! Tatum was fantastic! It had been a very long time since I had been to a spa. And also since I had treated myself to a facial. The service was incredibly soothing. My skin felt renewed. My face felt so soft and clean. Tatum also gave me tips on how to keep my skin healthy. But she did so by not pushing all of their products to me.

This was important to me! Spas I have been to in the past generally always try to get you to buy a multitude of their products. Tatum simply asked me my skin care routine. Then she suggested adding two serums which she felt are beneficial to everyone's skin care. She answered my questions effectively. When I checked out the ladies asked me if I enjoyed my service. I said most definitely! I will be going back to Glow Med Spa for another facial/self care.

I saw Joyce for Restylane lip fillers and Voluma cheek fillers. It's been a week since my injections and I still have mild bruising. I had lots of swelling and bruising in my lips for the first three days, despite her techniques and attempt to keep the bruising at bay, I just happen to have that specific reaction and bruised more than most. I called and spoke to a girl who was so kind and helpful when I had concerns over what turned out to be normal swelling and bruising on my lips.

The cheek filler doesn't hurt one bit, I didn't feel a thing. The lips hurt me pretty bad, although most people find it bearable! After a week I'm LOVING my look, my lips are fuller and have such a nice shape. Joyce has a lot of experience and technique to allow me to keep my lips looking natural while giving me an improved shape and plumpness. I also had a ton of questions and she answered all of them.

I was asking her things my entire appointment and she was so patient and professional. Everyone I encountered on the phone while making my appointment and in the office during my visit was so nice. I'd recommend Glow Medical Spa to anyone looking for fillers because I had a great first experience.

Erin did an amazing job with my botox! If I could give 10 stars I would. I travel from Columbia just to get my services done by her. She is very detail oriented and always delivers top notch results! I couldn't recommend Erin or Glow Med Spa enough!

All experiences I've had at Glow Medspa have been wonderful but, this past Saturday was top of the list, hands down. I received a facial with Jessica and there are not enough good things or ways to compliment her on how truly awesome she was. Jessica has the sweetest demeanor that makes you feel relaxed instantly. Jessica not only listened to me and my concerns but heard them and addressed them.

She educated me on things about my skin and took the time to answer my MANY questions. She was the sweetest and my facial was one of the best I've had. I will continue to book with Jessica and look forward to my next appointment with her. If there was a 100 star review she would have gotten that! 10/10 recommend glow and Jessica!

This is me leaving a Glowing review. I've been going to the same spa for 10 years so a switch for me was huge and I am more then happy I came to Glow. My first trip in I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist who welcomed me in. My appointment was with Ragan Gaskin, I wanted subtle plumpness to my cheeks and Ragan knew exactly what I wanted. I'm on day two post injection and I have no bruising, swelling or tenderness. Her needle work is flawless. From the time I walked in to leaving I felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much Glow Medical Spa.

I am so shocked and disheartened by what I am seeing right now. For over A YEAR the owners of Glow Med Spa have made me to be a liar. After visiting their salon for laser hair removal I was HORRIBLY BURNED by their untrained and unlicensed staff. The owner of Glow med spa 'Courtney Victor' has repeatedly said her staff and laser technicians are all licensed nurses and tried to discredit what happened to me.

I have posted photos of my burns. She even posted on Yelp that she has nurses. She has never ever reached out to me personally and apologized for the damage done to me. Only now today I see she has secretly tried to change her comments on Yelp and delete where she posted her employee was a licensed nurse. I will post updated photos of her first response saying the employee is a nurse, and her secretly updated response where she tried to delete that part. I'm so disappointed that these people have continues to try and be shady in their response to what was done to me.

I was pleasantly surprised at what an amazing experience I had at Glow Medical Spa! The atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing and it feels so clean and calming as soon as you walk through the front doors. Whoever decorated this place knows what they are doing. The staff was incredibly nice and the lady who gave me my facial (Jen) was amazing. All the products smelled great and I left feeling glowy and fresh.

Best facial of my life hands down AND it wasn't expensive at all. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to trying out the downtown location as well. (PS: I got the get glowing facial + dermaplaning).

Two years in a row, an absolutely amazing experience! I only get botox once a year, and as we are military I have to find new providers often. I've had the privilege of going to Glow two years in a row now, and I can't say enough good things! Everyone is so warm, inviting and kind. The facility is clean, calming and modern. My injector last time Toni was great, loved my results.

My injector (Kelly) this visit was nothing short of fabulous! I decided to try something new to me, a lip flip using Botox, that Kelly said would be a good gauge of if I'd like lip filler eventually. Holy WOW, was she right! Haven't yet seen how my botox will turn out as it takes 10 days to fully see the result, but I am thrilled with my experiences so far. Kelly was so relatable and honest, and made sure I was comfortable every single step of the way. I'll be back sooner than my usual 1 year at a timappointment! UPDATE: Visited again and saw Joyce, and OH. MY. GOD. This is the most perfectly placed botox I've ever had. She is an injection genius!

Paid for Botox and juvederm never got Botox because the injector and I decided we would spilt it into two days- came back the next day and was refused treatment. No receipt or proof or transaction- out of 300!

I love Glow - have been going there since it opened. Morgan is the BEST, and Selena is wonderful with facials, etc. Erica is my go to for massages. I went in today with neck pain and Erica worked on my for 90 minutes and gave me relief! So grateful! Salon always clean and everyone there so pleasant.

My initial visit to the place was for a consultation. At my consultation, I was told that a Chemical Peel is the best solution for my problem. I even made sure to ask if it works for my skin tone and was assured that it does. Next I came in after a week for the peel but the result was not what I expected. There was no peeling and it didn't work at all for me.

They called after a few days to check and I told them how I saw nothing happening. The most shocking part was that the person calling me didn't even know where I got the treatment done- I got it on my legs and she thought it was my face. She told me that they will call again after a week but I received no call. I was really disappointed because I spent $230+ and got nothing out of it.

I was later told that micro-needling is another great treatment for me and they can give me 10% discount on it. I am really upset because I came in specially for a consultation to see what would work best for me but they didn't tell me about micro-needling at that time. After wasting so much money and time for no results, how am I suppose to spend another $400 plus for this new technique. Overall, I am really disappointed and upset. It's very unprofessional to not call back after promising a call and knowing that the customer is not happy.

Yes! Boom bishes! Facial, lashes, Botox-- do it all! I LOVE the products and staff. I am super picky about my facial-- Ariel is truly the best esthetician ever. She takes her time and understands your skin and needs. I also got lash extensions done; banging lashes now. Botox is next! The skin care products are great too and at a reasonable price. Their hyaluronic acid for the face is my favorite. It's just an all around great place for the chill relax and pamper yourself day or quick facial on the go. Seriously- my fav med spa without a steam room yet.

I had my first appointment at Glow last week with Joyce. She is lovely and really knows what she's doing. I had lip fillers done and she was explanatory throughout the process and very gentle. I didn't have any bleeding or bruising and i credit that to her expertise and technique. I am now eager to try some of Glow's other amazing services and i'll definitely be back to see Joyce soon! The inside of the spa is relaxing and minimal. All the girls were very sweet. Highly recommend! We are lucky to have this in Savannah!

I would give place negative stars if possible. The place is so disorganized, over-priced, and the "master-nurse" is a total flake, and when I tried to google her was oddly unable to find any credibility to back her claims- no work history and is an RN not a master's degree. But Glow promotes her as having 10 years of experience? Doesn't make sense.

To top it all off- I heard the staff talking poorly about 3 other clients while in there! I'll never spend a dime here again. I honestly can't believe this place has been in business this long.

Ariel and Megan gave my best friend and I get glowing facials and we are so impressed! They are so nice and taught us all about taking good care of our skin. They gave us the inside scoop on all the products we were using while keeping a calm and soothing environment. It was the best possible start to our bachelorette trip. I highly recommend and will be coming back again and again!

I did not think I would relax at all dropping in here on my lunch break. I was surprisingly relaxed upon walking through the door. The place had the whole spa vibe down. Nice and quiet. Super chill. Smelled fresh, but not of perfumes. I had my eyelashes tinted and the lady who did them was wonderful! Super fast procedure. My lashes look great! I'm definitely going to try some more things and get my lashes retinted!

Very easy to schedule an appointment through text which is great if you're like me and delay as much social interaction as possible. Recently found out that they offer the opportunity to stay at the very swanky Perry Lane hotel with an en suite spa service, which would be perfect for a treat yourself staycation or a bachelorette weekend in Savannah! Seriously so perfect!

Got my first treatment of botox, More than pleased. Can't wait to come back for their facials!

I probably won't go back. Too much med and not enough spa. My experience was especially reminiscent of the doctors office in that I waited 40 minutes from when I arrived until my service began and then felt rushed. Unlike my doctor, they did discount my service 10%. It just didn't feel like enough, when you consider that I had a babysitter and it is already a more expensive facial than anywhere else in town. Still, the esthetician was kind, apologetic and skilled enough.

Aside from the lateness, the treatment was nothing to write home about, nor was the experience--I was looking for more of a relaxing spa treatment; this was a little sterile.

This was the most disappointing spa experience of my life I always try and give fair and unbiased reviews but when I have a bad experience I always address it with the staff/ management first so they have the opportunity to fix issues first. I feel the only way service and products can improve are when they know about issues at the time and not just have mindless rants online by faceless whiny consumers So after having my my first detox body wrap and it being disappointing, unprofessional, and not what was advertised I addressed it with the staff at the visit I felt blown off " well is your skin soft at least" and " how about a cupcake", but was told they would mention it to management.

I assumed that it being such a high end responsible spa I would receive a follow up Well I received the survey a few days later and expressed my disappointment again and gave a very detailed version of why (saving the reviewers here from that) - no response Then I received a follow up call a week after the appointment to see if I wanted to book again. Really?

I relayed my disappointment yet again to this staff member (who was the original person who checked me in and then offered me a cupcake). I mentioned all the details again and that no one has ever followed up. She promised to relay this to the manager I gave up and almost forgot about it until I got a happy birthday email from them offering a discount?

I was pretty annoyed at that point and followed up with an email After 6 weeks and a few attempts to contact management I have given up and giving them a 0 star review Service - awful ( and I have been to spas all over the world yes this was my first wrap but I know basic spa etiquette and that is not what I had) Follow up - even worse I would never go there again for anything

Just had theeeee best massage I've had in a long time by Elizabeth. She actually listen to my concerns and worked out my problem areas. She's like the muscle whisperer. Just wish I would've gotten the 90 Minute. The service is extremely nice and helpful. The spa itself is relaxing, clean and full of good energy! 100% recommend this place!
