A Perfect Touch Massage salon is well kept and smells wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly. Megan is a very skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist, and I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this salon and therapist.

The overall ambiance of the inside of the location was calming. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Leah provided an amazing massage that included a significant amount of pressure, trigger point therapy, stretching, and relieved tension. Very relaxing and the best massage I've ever received!

I've been to see Chastity for deep tissue massage about ~6 times now and she's the best! She tailors each session so each one is a little different than the last.

I day dream about this place. Hubby took me here for my birthday and then valentines day. Both massages were.*toe curl* It's a little off the beaten path. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I've felt welcome and nurtured every time we've visited. Now my husband and I want to come on a regular basis! The staff is so nice and incredibly talented. We will be back!

If you're looking for a relaxing and lovely massage, I highly recommend Chasity! What a sweetheart. It was my very first massage and she took great care of me. Checked in periodically to make sure everything was to my liking. Foot scrub/moisturizing treatment add-on was sublime. Will absolutely be coming back.

Best massage place we've found! The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the prices are great! Not to mention that the massages are always A-1 no matter who we choose!

It was amazing! My husband and I went for a couples/maternity massage. Chasity was amazing and worked out my epidural scar tissue from years ago! I work on my feet all day and the well needed foot massage was nothing less the best! My husband enjoyed the massage as well he said he left feeling like a million bucks!

Chasiti was THE BEST. omg the fact that during the massage she just let me talk about conspiracies and life was like getting a therapist and a masseuse all in one lol. She knows exactly how to pin point what's going on in the body. LOVE HER

I had a really great therapeutic massage by Veronica! I am so happy I came here during my stay in Savannah. Though out of the way from where I was staying downtown it was hands down the BEST massage I've had ever. The attention to my lower back and tight hip pain points I had expressed to Veronica were very focused on with perfect pressure. I can't give 5 stars because the space was a bit noisy overall I could hear conversations in the lobby of the spa. But the relaxing music playing was able drown out most of the noise. I will definitely be back anytime I'm in town visiting again.

Having not seen family in close to a year, we had a family vacation from out of town and planned a girls day of massage and facials for 5. Pleasant experience from initial booking to check in. AFTER payment (including tip left) while waiting for my massage to finish as I was last one out, they took my mother to a private room and would not tell my sisters why.

The masseuse deemed my mother had LICE from massaging her scalp (dry skin/dandruff from recent hair coloring). She stated she saw something come from her head and saw it move. The manager and masseuse took her back and searched her head with a flash light to look for lice which they confirmed she did NOT have. They're rationale is it is standard protocol to check the client for lice to protect the client and others.

That it is their duty to let clients know if they have lice, suspicious moles, lipomas, etc. As a registered nurse, I will say I completely disagree. You are paying for a service and if there are concerns, shut the room, and perform appropriate cleaning rather than humiliating a customer because of your non-medical opinion. You are NOT a dermatologist, a medical doctor, or a medical facility to do more than your scope of practice which is massages, facials, etc.

I am fully aware of isolation protocols, and protecting the public as this has been my occupation for many, many years. The manager states this is standard protocol to check the clients head for lice if they are suspicious. All five of my family members who live in different states have gotten massages MANY, MANY times over the years and NEVER ONCE had an incident like this happen or even heard of such a standard of practice.

My mother was humiliated and in tears when she told us in the car. She didn't tell us while we were in the building because she was so embarrassed over this incident and wanted to get out. We did call as soon as we found out upset over the situation, but manager stands by their decision despite us explaining the inappropriateness of it. You pay good money to have a relaxing service and have something like this happen.

I truly am not one to leave reviews; usually only for exceptional good things. In this case, this was exceptional wrong and I want future potential clients reading reviews to know what can potentially happen. Long story short: you are consenting to being medically checked (their rationale, not mine) if they deem it necessary. Fine if that's your thing, but we, for obvious reasons, will not be returning when we are back in town and will seek services elsewhere.

The business is real nice inside. The staff is very professional. and Megan one of the massage therapists there gave an awesome deep tissue massage. Excellent all around.

My massage started 15 minutes late and ended 18 minutes early. I purchased a 60 minute hot stone massage and received less than 60 minutes of a massage. I had a timer that I started right before the massage commenced. Veronica stated that the massage was over prior to my timer. I checked the time and we had 18 minutes left. I felt very duped as I purchased 60 minutes not 43 minutes. The massage was also uncomfortable. I repeatedly stated this and requested adjustments to no avail.

Took my wife there for a surprise anniversary couples massage and when I tell you, the service was awesome, I really mean that. My wife was 31 weeks pregnant and was treated like a queen. They knew exactly what to do. I strongly recommend going there.

My back has been in spasms for weeks and finally decided to get a massage. They fit me in at the last minute and what a difference it made! Toni was awesome and worked the knots giving me some relief. Great service and conversation. Glad I found them!

My fiance and I went in for a couples massage and it was AMAZING! Leah and Veronica took the time to ask us the specific areas that were bothering us, really focused on those areas throughout the massage, and I could literally feel the tension leaving my body. It was so relaxing for the both of us and we will definitely be back! I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

My mom came to town to visit me and both of us got facials for a "girls day." I got the microdermabrasion and she got the dermaplane and we both absolutely loved it! Toni and Jennifer were amazing. My husband and I vacationed to Savannah and wanted to get massages. I looked up several places with high reviews and high prices. I found A Perfect Touch: high reviews, competitive pricing. As we walked in, I immediately felt more relaxed. The ambience of APT is delightful. Our masseuses made us both feel comfortable, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I highly recommend. If we are ever back in the Savannah area, we will be visiting A Perfect Touch again.

My wife and I were vacationing in Savannah and have been wanting to do a couple massage in the same room, but to no avail because of COVID.until Perfect Touch! The atmosphere is perfect for massage from the moment we walked in. We did not have to wait too long and my wife and I were able to do a couples massage in the same room. My wife had Misty who she thought did great. Misty was professional and competent. I had Leah who was fantastic. She was amicable and effective. If we are back in the area I would come again and ask for the same therapists.

1 star for being open on Saturdays. Absolute worst "massage" I've ever had. I spent $115 with add ons plus I tipped in advance. It was supposed to be me doing something to help myself as I don't have that money to just get a massage on a whim. Was supposed to be a 45 minute therapeutic massage, and I did explain to them had pain in neck and shoulders to concentrate on.

It was a horribly uncomfortable massage table, no matter how I tried I could not get comfortable. I should have asked to just end it early and stop and leave. However I kept hoping would somehow get better but nope. Massage itself was at best to be described as an oily skin rub, zero pressure on sore muscles and it was like what I mentioned about neck and shoulders completely ignored.

I had to hold my neck rigid to keep my face up off the head rest as my face was completely smashed into it in some weird way I could not breathe or feel ok if I did not. I actually left in more pain than I arrived in from having to do that the entire time even with a few attempts at adjusting it. Also was not impressed with the dirty sheets on the floor from previous client ahead of me left there in the room. Aromatherapy is a plastic ramekin cup with lotion squirted in it placed on a stool below you and a fan turned on to I guess blow the lotion scent around.

Complete fail on that as well as just cheap and tacky and I definitely did not smell anything. If I could have sniffed a marker or some glue to make me forget the money I threw away on this would have helped. I could have stayed home and paid my kid ten bucks to squirt lotion around and halfway rub my shoulder once on the floor and saved myself the time and complete waste of money this was. I would not recommend this establishment at all.

Toni is extremely rude and unprofessional. I originally called paid for the massage in advance over the phone as a surprise gift for my friends birthday. I was told by the receptionist that all my friend had to do was walk in and give her first name. Only a matter of days later, when my friend attempted to do this, my purchase could not be found in the system at all.

Rather than apologizing or compensating me for the inconvenience, Toni projected her own personal frustration onto me. What business owner does that? She cut me off when while I was speaking and gaslight me when I tried to complain about the disorganization of the establishment. Even though the failure to locate my payment was on her part, she made me do the work of retracing all the details of the purchase that was made.

In the future, I will be giving my hard earned money to hard working businesses that understand mutual respect. PS- these other reviews are fake, the business offers a discount for leaving them.

My oldest daughter and I were gifted with a weekend getaway to Savannah that included a spa day by my husband for our birthdays this year (9/16 & 9/20). APT provided us with such a beautiful and needed experience. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing service, we'll definitely return!

I spent a few days in Savannah and decided to get a massage. I'm glad I chose A Perfect Touch. 1. It was more affordable than many other places in town 2. Booking is super easy and done online. I'm a millennial. I like to book things and pay for them electronically. Check! and 3. Toni was awesome! My deep tissue massage + cupping add-on was phenomenal. This woman knows what she's doing. Book a massage with her!

I got a Swedish Massage with Misty and she was amazing! I highly highly recommend coming here and working with her! She's really sweet and can carry on a good conversation. I enjoyed my time with her and will definitely be back! The place was set up very professional and was very clean as well. Very impressed! Thankyou Misty!

I just left A Perfect Massage. I had a 90 minute Ashiatsu massage from Tahisha. It was outstanding. Tahisha was very professional! She is a outstanding Therapist! I recommend anyone needing a great professional massage, recommend Tahisha! She knows her craft and she definitely has a healing spirit!

My girlfriend and I wanted a massage while on vacation. After some quick research, we decided on A Perfect Touch based on the amount of positive reviews online. From the call to the receptionist to our massage, everyone was very caring and polite to speak to. We booked a couple massage and was able to quickly get in on a Saturday. When we arrived, we met our two massage therapist, Crystal and Tahisha.

Both ladies cared about our wants in our massage regarding the amount of pressure we wanted and places to focus on and places to avoid. Overall, both therapist definetly cared about their clients and our visit proved that. After an hour massage, we were fully relax and it was well worth it. If we are back in the area, we will be returning!

We did a couples massage that was fantastic! It was a little difficult to find, but as soon as we walked in we were welcomed and offered water. They listened to our concerns and targeted our areas of tension. They were very informative since it was our first experience. The place was decorated according to the season, which was a great touch!

I've been to APT twice now to see Tahisha and I've had an excellent experience both times! The environment is peaceful and serene, they have little snacks and water if you need them. I can't wait for my next appointment which will be for my birthday.

Today was our second visit for the couples massage, .we got the 90 minute with hot stones. Best massage ever! We love everyone here and will come back very soon!

My husband and I received a couples massage and it was amazing. We both received deep tissue massages and Megan and Crystal worked their magic. No matter where you are in Savannah, this place is worth the drive. I've been to other spas here (in Savannah)and they do not compare to this little jewel. Thanks ladies! It hurt so good! I was searching for a good deep tissue massage when I came across The Perfect Touch. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming and my massage was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this cute little place!

I wanted a massage so my fiance called them up to make an appointment but found out he lost his card and didn't have mine because I was at work. A Perfect Touch told him that it was okay they would just wait for him to call back later and follow through with the appointment. Well some things came up and we never ended up calling back and making any payments or appointments.

Later on that month i noticed I was charged for an appointment that never happened. A Perfect Touch went back into their system and found my card they had on file and charged me for an appointment we never even made or knew about! Basically stole from me and used my card behind my back without me knowing. When we called to figure out the problem they seemed careless and never called us back. So next time you feel like getting a massage I wouldn't go here because you might get your money stolen!

My wife and I were able to schedule a last minute couple's massage while we were in town on a mini-vacation. We both enjoyed it thoroughly. The price was good compared to other more "spa" oriented spots in town, but from we could tell, aside from a cup of tea before hand or something, the offerings were pretty much the same. We'd looked for a place with a hot tub, sauna, etc, but it didn't seem like much of an option in town. Anyway!

I digress. This was great. We'd definitely go again. Our one complaint - we both felt like the head rests were kind of oddly shaped or old or. Not quite fitting right. I can't say exactly. Of course, neither of us mentioned it to our LMT, which we should have done, so I wouldn't really fault them for it.

I had pulled a muscle pretty bad in my back that morning and was in so much pain. I needed to see a massage therapist ASAP! It was a Saturday, and I thought it was going to be impossible to get booked anywhere, but perfect touch was able to fit me in right away! Na'Keyia found my knot and had asked me where on my body I have pain and where I would like her to dedicate most time too.

I really appreciated that, because most therapist just go through the motions and do the whole body, regardless if you need that or not. She spent a lot of time working out the terrible knot in my back. She understood my pain and really helped me feel better. I definitely recommend A perfect touch. The boutique like atmosphere is cute, warm, and relaxing.

When you come in you are professionally greeted and offered something to drink or snack on. They have nice hangers for your cloths, and even nice robes for you to wear. The music volume was at just the right levels, and the lighting was dim but not too dark like some places.
