I brought my daughter here for her 16th birthday and she had her hair done and received a facial. When my daughter left she was glowing! She was so happy with her results! She loved her hair! It looked amazing, thank you Jess! It was her first facial and she asked when she could do it again. She had a great experience and will definitely be coming back,

Chelsey is my absolute favorite hairstylist of all time. She's a genius with coloring and can always read my mind perfectly! There's absolutely no one I trust more with my hair! Even when I want to do something a little different or out of the box she's always so creative in making my dream hair a reality! I always leave her thinking "WOW I didn't know my hair could be this pretty!"

Very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, enthusiastic team. I've been here several times & have always been treated very well. You have a way of making your patients feel like family. Thank you for everything Chris & Kristina!

Recently got my hair done & I cannot explain how wonderful Chelsea is. She was amazing at listening to what I wanted, even pulled up photos to make sure we were imagining the same thing. She told me up front what the cost would be which I appreciated. This was probably the first time I left a salon 100% happy with how my hair turned out. I even did the whole look it over in the car, at home lol & I'm still just amazed she was able to achieve what she said she could.

So if you find yourself looking for a new stylist I'd definitely give Chelsea a shot. She is not only professional, she's a great listener & makes you feel like you've been in her chair for years.

The woman at the front desk were not professional or kind. The front desk should be a breath of fresh air as they are the face of the company. Their job is to attract people to return and spend their own hard earned money. My hair stylist was the opposite of what you'd expect from someone who deals with people all day long. She was hard to talk to, in a rush, and completely uninterested in me returning for a color.

I asked her if she had time for a color and she said " No" so quickly I wasn't even sure if she heard me. She then had absolutely no follow up with me to ask if I'd like to reschedule. She chopped my hair off and sent me on my way she didn't even say bye to me after escorting me to the front desk. I will not be returning.

I bought my girl a CBD massage package as her birthday gift. She heard about CBD massages becoming a new fad now and she wanted to try it with how stressed she has been lately. 1. The tables were heated (which they didnt tell you on the website) this wouldn't have been an issue if they didn't pack blanket upon blanket on her. She is claustrophobic and had no idea they would do this (since it didn't say on their site) she felt smothered and was already stressed and sweating so this made things worse for her!

She is not good with communicating so it wasn't easy for her to tell them to just stop. 2. She also told me she didn't get the full 90 minutes like was supoosed to (and i paid for) she got 60 to 70 min max. (If count time from check in she got closer to 90) but not time from the massage. 3. I spent $200 on a gift card (since I saw on their f book they had a $20 voucher for every $100 spent.

I was told by the lady when calling in she will get these vouchers after paying with the gift card after her appointment. She never got that either. I feel she should have been told what the massage entails on the site or at least during check in. She is scared to ever go back after that experience. I dont know if Belfiore will make this right somehow but this was an aweful birthday experience for my girlfriend this morning.

Absolutely beautiful building with wonderful people. The salon service was excellent, very caring and informative. Even though they were very dizzy, I did not feel rushed. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Lauryn is THE BEST! She's cut my hair twice and my teenage daughters hair once, and each time, it has been exactly what we wanted. Finding a great stylist who is also super kind and friendly is something I am thankful for! Definitely recommend!
