Today I went for a body massage which was AMAZING! Wendy is very professional, friendly, and took her time to ask how I felt during the session. She also did microdermabrasion and explained its benefits and how it works on the skin. Great atmosphere and I have felt very relaxed. Scheduled an appointment for hubby and definitely recommend this place. Thank you Wendy for a fantastic experience!

Lacey gave me the best hair cut I have had in YEARS! She is a perfectionist and is very dedicated to giving you the cut you want. I brought in some pictures of what I wanted, and then she worked her magic. If you have straight, fine, thick hair like I do, you know how hard it is to cut this kind of hair without it showing every single scissor mark. Lacey did a fantastic job and I will be going back. I've been looking for a new stylist since mine moved to California -Lacey is the best!

I went in for highlights and a trim. I took a photo for the cut and a photo for the color. I was there for 4 hrs and my hair looked NOTHING like either photo. I hate my cut and color and I will probably have to pay someone else to attemp to fix it. The color Can be fixed but the cut will take months to grow out. I guess I'll be wearing

I have been going to Wendy once a week for the past 7 weeks for microdermabrasion treatment. I have been trying to get rid of sun damage and my skin is looking so much better! I recently started doing the body wraps which are amazing as well! Wendy is so nice and feels like a friend I have known forever. She is very flexible as sometimes I've had to reschedule my appointments and it's no problem! I look forward to doing many other services there and I trust Wendy fully with all my skincare and body needs!

So, my wife received a pocket from her work with a bunch of different places offering specials. This was one of them, and seem to have the best Bang for the buck. I guess those 2 things alone should have been my 1st indicators. We tried to schedule 2 or 3 other appointments, but Fridays and Saturdays are almost non existing. Unfortunately these are usually the only days where the kid gets off from school.
We finally made one far enough in advance that we were able to schedule, and she was really looking forward to it. Fast forward to today, and of course the day we have to make the 35 minute trip here, it's pouring rain, thundering lightning come up and of course crazy traffic.

I been going to Wendy for over 5 years. my sisters, cousins, aunts and I all come here for microdermabrasion. She ALWAYS picks up her phone and is very flexible with her time. She is so sweet. And true to her work. I been to many different places and done many different facials and have tried different Microderm machines. And I always end up going back to her even tho she's a 30 min drive from my house. She loves seeing her clients happy, If they aren't she wouldn't let us leave till we are satisfied.

My hair appointment was lost twice. I got permanent makeup done and it was not lasting and $400. She stated that she always gives a natural look to start and fixes it on touch up. She did not provide adequate after care instructions. She offered free touch up but I don't trust her to do it given the bad experiences I had before. I won't be back. Such a huge disappointment.

I don't even know where to begin. Service from beginning to end was a horrible experience all around. Couldn't get a hold of anyone, when I finally did get to set an appt.they cancelled last minute. Their website doesn't even work. The time they rescheduled me for the next week was not what they told me so I had to wait(yet there were no other clients signed in that day)and my appt was afternoon.
They did not perform the hour facial I set up. I still had peeling skin hanging off my nose when I left.seriously! The room was not relaxing as I could hear noises all around, nor was it comfortable. It would have been cheaper to just wash my face at home, bcuz that is all she did. The product seemed very poor quality, but so was the technician-wendy. Had I not had a coupon I had already paid for I would never have gone to this dump.
Do not waste your time! This owner is not business savvy & who ever runs the place & phones is a moron. I left way more frustrated & stressed dealing with them than I was to begin with. They acted like they already had my money from my purchased coupon & therefore made no effort to provide quality service. I have never had such a horrible facial & experience in my life!

This review is ONLY FOR LASH EXTENSIONS. I haven't tried their other services so I can't rate them on that. I bought a groupon for lash extensions plus 2 refills for $99. I thought it was a good deal but you kinda get what you pay for. The lash artist is a very nice lady who seems to really bust her behind in that place (I think she also does hair) but her skill level at lash extensions isn't very good, unfortunately.
She applied clusters of lashes (sometimes as many as 5-6) to about 1 to 3 of my own lashes in chunks. This makes for heavy glue application and a lot of weight and strain on my natural lashes. If you have thin lashes, this can break them and possibly damage the follicle. She doesn't take very long, which is kinda good but its because she's applying clusters at a time.
The result: they actually looked pretty good the first week but they were itchy from the start. I did notice little ends of the lashes sticking out in weird places and almost sticking me in the eyeball. I had to trim them at home. After about a week, they started to itch more and I could see chunks of glue in my lashes. They started to twist in all kinds of directions and I couldn't wait to have them off.
They take forever to come off on their own because they have so much glue and are attached in chunks, so that is how they fall off. Good lashes are applied on single lashes and with better glue. I think the artist just needs better training and some better lashes, hers were kind of plasticky and hard. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PERMANENT MAKE-UP. I got my eyebrows done and regret it i just paid $600 dollars to have them removed. i have called wendy numerous times asking her to fix them and she tried one time but it did nothing. everytime i have gone in she says they look good girl ect. when i ask someone how my eye brows look or i take picture everyone can tell they are a different shape and one is higher than the other. save your time and money and go somewhere else. might i add i called wendy a couple days ago because i finally got feed up and she said she will refer me out. ya i never got a call back.if you want to see pictures e-mail me at ambeyb1@gmail.com
