Never buy their products, otherwise you will regret it! I bought their massage chair. During use, I encountered a problem. The massage area of the arm leaked. The bottom of the foot was damaged after one month of use. The two sides were damaged. This is a quality problem! I sent an email to the after-sales service, and then there was no reply. I sent more than a dozen emails, but none was resolved.
Their service disappointed me. I shared my real experience and I was disappointed! They don't even reply to emails. Would you buy from such a company? They ran away when you really encountered a problem. They won't reply to your email, you can send it, but they won't reply to you, and it's useless to contact online customer service. They are scammers, don't trust their products!

We are very pleased with our purchase of the Osaki 4000t massage chair. It is very comfortable and plush, fits like a glove. After a busy day we can't wait to spend some time in the chair and, in fact, it is not unusual to fall asleep in the chair. We have been using for a month and couldn't be happier with this chair. The customer service with Vu was very informative and helpful.

I drove to Carollton Texas and was pleasantly surprised at the selection of massage chairs they had available to try out and decide which was the best product for my home purchase. I had talk to Vu and Roman before going to Carollton Texas. They were very informative over the phone and I'm happy I went to meet them in person. There was no high sale pressure!
I appreciated them letting me take time to make my purchase. They were very generous and accommodating with all my questions and needs. Stay away from this company. They delivered a chair that doesn't function properly and have played games for 9 days, 18 emails, 2 phone calls and multiple people discussing the issue and no results. They want. me to repair the chair for them when they should replace this item seeing I've never been able to use it. Has missing parts, broken parts and torn material. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. @Costco @Homedepot should cease business relations with them immediately.

Made a visit to the Titan Chair showroom and words can't describe how amazing my experience was. Never could I have imagined so many amazing choices in all different prices ranges. Jeff, one of the account managers took the time so show me all my options and features of any model I chose. With several dozen options in their showroom, I never felt rushed and made an informed decision after testing at least a dozen chairs. Cannot wait for delivery and wished I made the decision to purchase sooner!

We paid over $9,000 for this massage chair via their Costco Roadshow. This was a HUGE MISTAKE! They promised a 6 week delivery. Well, 9 weeks have gone by and no chair! We have left 5 messages with them and not ONE response back! We are canceling our order, and advise all other viewers to also read extreme negative consumer experiences in this site about their deceptive service! Don't make the same mistake we and others have!

I also bought 5 year extended warranty. what a waste of money. The customer service agents talk sweet but as soon as you hang up the phone, you will realize they have lied over and over.
Also the email support is ridiculous. I have been trying to get my machine fixed since last 4 months. Now I am trying to figure out if consumer protection law actually works and how to get a lawyer to sort this out. Such a hassle. wish I hadn't bought from this third grade scamming company. One of the agents gave me a run around and when one day I eventually got him on the phone, he lied that was out as he got COVID.
I know that he lied as there are other folks who complained of the similar "medical related leave" lie on Better Business Bureau site (https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/newington/profile/massage-supplies/massage-chair-wellness-inc-0051-92044514). This agent misled me into sending texts and broken chair pictures on his cell# (which I later found out was his personal phone and not a company mobile#). SO BEWARE and don't share any personal details more than you have to- not sure where that information will land up.

My wife's massage chair quit working and was out of warranty by a year. I contacted Titan and they responded that they'd get right on it. They got back to me and said they were fairly certain the issue was a stuck button on the controller and they would send me a replacement at no cost. I got the replacement and they were exactly right.it worked beautifully.
I later tested the old controller by pushing each individual button and sure enough one didn't click. I am very appreciative that the people at Titan took the time and effort to address my problem.my wife's chair was dead without their help. They get an A+ for customer service in my book.

I purchased an Osaki Massage chair, which is manufactured by Titan and the insides fell apart after a year. I have tried to contact their technical support, as well as their sales support. I was even willing to purchase a different chair from through their company, if they could give me some kind of credit for the broken chair that I had. I was placed on hold and never returned to discuss the option after they said they could work something out. I've tried to get help several times in the past through phone, voicemails and emails and no reply. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MANUFACTURER Check before you buy a massage chair and make sure they are not associated with Titan chair.

RUN!I PURCHASED 2 MASSAGE CHAIRS FROM TITAN CHAIR CO. RUN! I also purchased the extended warranties. 1 of my chairs failed and is broken beyond repair per Titan.all fine a dandy stuff happens. The Problem starts when they wanted to replace my chair (Purchased at $3400)with a lesswer chair sold at Costco for $2300. I was told the. President of the Company said that was all I was getting no options even when I offered to pay a difference. No matter I said I would accept it. NOW they are trying to replace it with a USED OPEN BOX Chair! Won't take my calls or return emails! Use ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS! RUN!

This review is for he Hilux 4D Massage chair I initially purchased on 1 July 21 and had it delivered a week later. After the setup shortly afterward I started using the chair and it was making a knocking sound from the foot and calf portion of the chair. Spoke with a representative of the company and agreed to replace the chair with a $300.00 pickup fee.
I get the second chair on 30 July 21 in the a.m. and decided to use the chair later in the evening and the lower foot/calf part of the chair airbags are not compressing. Two chairs and the same/similar issues with this model chair. I will request a return pickup for this chair 0n 31 July 21 and it will cost another $300 to have it picked up and shipped back.
I will lose a total of $600.00 with out a massage chair. At close to $5000 for a massage chair one will expect it to be better. I do not recommend it. When I tested it in the show room it was flawless and the operations were smooth and the massage was great however, the two I got did not work as the show room floor model did. Cecil Rogers

I had a very good experience with Devin in their customer service dept. My chair arrived early but was damaged in delivery. Devin took care of this and had another chair expedited immediately. He's been very pleasant and and reduced anxiety for such an expensive purchase. In addition, I needed to contact their tech support and Darian spent as much time online as needed to wrestle the problem and fix it. Both these gentlemen are very customer service oriented.

WARNING! Osaki Titan Massage Chairs are consistently defective (I have had 3 in my home, 2 were replacements of mistakes or defective products!). Not only do these expensive chairs fail, the company does not stand behind their very expensive but defective chairs. I have had an 8 month nightmare experience trying to get fixes for my defective chair. Osaki Titan has sent me wrong parts to replace and has a snarky, unprofessional, nonremorseful, attitude with very poor communication. Osaki Titan is simply the worst retail company I have had the misfortune of dealing with, and you would be foolish to give them any of your business.

I bought an Osaki massage chair from Costco and it broke after 6 months. Titan is the manufacturer of this chair. NOTE! They will not return phone calls or emails if your chair breaks. I am out almost $3,000. The inside rollers on the chair basically exploded and it has now been put out for heavy trash pickup. Do your homework before purchasing a chair associated with Titan.

I definitely recommend visiting if you are looking to buy a massage chair- I bought the Admiral a couple months ago (no complaints or issues so far) and trying out the chairs made me feel more comfortable with a big purchase!

After having our very expensive Titan Jupiter chair less than a year, it stopped working. After many, many calls in October 2020 they finally sent replacement parts, which were not the right parts for our chair. Many calls later, in December 2020 we were told they would replace our chair because it was under warranty. Now when we call the warranty. department we just get put on hold.
I've filed a complaint with BBB. We just want our chair replaced. My husband relies on this chair daily because of his extensive back problems. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them!

I haven't even received my product yet and already very disappointed. I ordered a chair November 26. It is now January 4 and no chair and no shipment notification. I was told today it would be shipped it was in fact in stock just behind in the warehouse. I totally understand it's been the holidays but over a month later and an in stock item. hasn't been shipped is completely BAD business.
Also the payment has already been taken out of my bank account so there is ZERO reason for this chair to not be shipped yet. As far as I am concerned they have stolen from me.

My name is Rob "Bulldog" Hunt, I am 5' 9" 260 lbs and a professional powerlifter with 2 Bench Press world records. I was shopping for a chair that I could fit in and came across the Titan Jupiter XL. I called Titan and spoke with Steve who assured my I would fit in the chair. The chair arrived and to my surprise, I finally found a chair I could fit in, and the best part is that my girlfriend who is 140 lbs also fits.
This chair is like getting a real massage and works out the soreness of my muscles. I would highly recommend the chair to anyone and have actually had a few friends who lift as well tell me they are ordering one. I have no affiliation with this company at all but just want to pass along my honest experience with Titan.

If you are smart unfortunately I looked up the seller not the distributor. go to the Better Business Bureau and look up Titan chair LLC and you will see how many complaints and their responses to the reviews which if you read them. All thier responses always ALWAYS makes them not responsible! This tells you what kind of a company they are there. trying to get away with not servicing their inferior products.
I submitted a review on the Better Business Bureau and their response was "they had no idea of my problems and the warranty." They had to have known about it because they handpicked a service technician to come look at my chair. The work order from the technician clearly states the rip.

I dealt with Jose, at their showroom in Carrollton, and he was a pleasure to work with. I ended up purchasing an open box (refurbished) massage chair, the Osaki First Class. When it was delivered, there were a couple of noticeable blemishes on the side panels and Manny, the guy who delivered the chair, who also repairs the chairs, assured me that they would make good on replacing the panels.
He came by and replaced them today and they look great! My impression of this company, based on the people I worked with and the way the treated me, is that I would recommend them highly! They are honest and very professional.

I would avoid like the plague, unless you want to throw away $3,000. Purchased a chair through this company. The chair was broken within fifteen minutes of being set up. Called customer service---who was SO rude by the way--and after arguing with her she agreed to have a tech out to fix it. Shockingly (ha!) that did not happen. Now they are saying they have no record of my complaints or of the chair being reported broken even though I have call logs (starting on the day of delivery), emails, as well as chat on their website.
Once that 300 lb chair is in your home it becomes your broken problem. Do not buy from them as they will sell you a faulty/broken product and then follow up with horrific customer service!

Please dont buy anything from this company, they will rip you off, i got approved with greensky financial company, i called titan chair before i bought the chair i said im trying to buy the alpha chair ist a free delivery they said yes, i said what if I don't like the chair can I return it? They said yes. i said howmuch will a cost for a return they said $170 to $200 if we pick it up, i said ok. so two days after i bought the chair i Decided to return it because I didn't like it. i called titan and said I didn't like the chair can you pick it up, they came and picked it up, a week after i still get a bill i called back and said why did you send me a bill, they said oh sorry were gonna take care of it. two weeks after i got a call from greensky they told me you owe a bill for $426,93 i said why?

We bought two Titan Galaxy EC-555 massage chair during the Thanksgiving time and it failed on December. We called service and a technician came to our house to fix it on 1/19 and he told me that he called the service to order a part to fix it. However, we have called back so many times 1/26, 1/30, sometimes on February and they told me the part will be sent to our house on 5/5 and we waited till 5/18 to call them back to find out when the part will be arrived. Lately, I had made several calls but never get any results. The chair had been sitting there to collect dust since the first month.

Never got any help in setting up a Titan Pro Alpha massage chair I bought online. Initially talked to a customer support because the parts do not match but my call got dropped. Called several times again and not one person returned my call. Didn't bother to call my salesperson because she was totally new and would probably not be able to help anyway.
Also wrote a searing email twice to the person in-charge of all those very nice reviews (totally fake and lies) but no response again. You would think even a slightly decent company would pay respect to a customer - BUT NO. I'm just afraid if I ever need a warranty service on this $1,999 chair, I would be shit out of luck. What a ripoff store.

OMG! do not buy the massage chair from this company, Chair got have a problem right after 1 week and have another problem after 1 year and HARD TO GET TECH SUPPORT! I called service and found out that the warrant had expired. I was extremely upset. I called and spoke to BB. She was very understanding compassionate and helpful towards my situation.
She took it upon herself to work hard to help service or exchange my chair. Four days later, To my astonishment, I received a call from her and she was able to exchange my chair for a new one. I have never received such an amazing genuine service from any other company before. Truly, I would recommend anyone to purchase products from this company.

I ordered two massage chairs from Titan Chair LLC. I made one purchase on Monday, 11/29/16 at 4 pm and was denied the return the next day. I put in two separate orders for two massage chairs from Titan Chair LLC. The first order was placed on 11/25/16 and the second chair was placed on 11/29/16 at 3 pm. However, I changed my mind on the second order and contacted my sales rep via email on 11/29/16 in the evening to cancel the order.
The sales rep contacted me on the morning of 11/30/16 and told me that I was being charged for shipping even though my order was not shipped yet. I hesitated on the cancellation until 1 pm and called Titan and spoke to the manager on duty, who canceled the order for me. Two hours after my cancellation, I received a voicemail from my sales rep that he will still be charging me the shipping charge for my order. This is a scam and makes me sick. Extremely unethical. I will be canceling both orders and demand a full refund.

My dad asked me to check the place and chairs out since I live in the area. Jack handled the situation really well.
