Such a great massage every time! This school does an outstanding job of teaching great skills to their students. I've been going to them now going on my 3rd year. Easy to book with and always on time.if you take out a membership your 1st massage is $39 and everyone after that during the same month is only $29. What are you waiting for? I just finished up my massage program here, and I couldn't have imagined choosing a different school. I was well prepared for my MBLEx exam, and I received quality hands-on instruction, and then quality virtual instruction in the midst of COVID-19. I had the greatest instructors who helped me finish my program in roughly 6 months. If you're looking for a massage school, seriously consider this one!

I highly recommend HandsOn Therapy School for anyone wanting to pursue a career as massage therapist. Instructors Toni and Ashley were great and always willing to help if I had issues with any subject. I recently completed the 750 hour program and was able to pass the required licensing exam on my 1st attempt. Hands On assisted me with job placement. The week I was issued my license, I received and accepted a job offer.

The director Kim Jackson and other staff like Ryan the spa manager is very rude. They made it hard for me to do my internship an classes by scheduling me for both at the same time. The Kim withdrew me from school saying that I wasn't attending classes. Can't do both at the same. She would not respond to my emails. Kim Jackson does not respond to phone calls nor emails.
I received grants an student loans to pay for my classes there at anhands on therapy in mesquite now they are holding my transcript from me saying that I owe a balance. Something is definitely wrong with that picture. I just want my transcript but they refusing to give it to me unless I give them money that I don't owe.

I went to school here to be an esthetician. It was the worst experience of my life. They are so unprofessional and very sketchy! The owners son seems like he has no idea what he's doing and the owner is a mess. I was not satisfied at all. The teacher knew what she was doing I will say that! She's very educated.

Just got off the phone with a so called Manager JD very unprofessional, RUDE! And RACIST! And to think i was actually thinking of attending this school. The school looked promising after following social media. This individual is truly hurtful and not someone this school needs. The way this individual came about asking me questions was not comfortable at all, he asked twice if I had a social security card.
Maybe it was my accent that made him think I had no papers. For your information JD I'm more American than you think. Born and Raised in Texas, and have lived all over American. How many more bad reviews does this school need to fire this racist individual, perfect example of what America does not need! Oh and JD just for the record you were speaking with a Small Business Owner American Female.

Student Review: I took the 500 hr program. I was impressed with the front office. They were quick to respond to initial inquiry about massage therapy programs, explain financial options, and gave a brief tour of the school and on site spa. I felt that the instructors were very good: they explained in depth and were quick to find answers or if they didn't know they would consult with other instructors; we had a fair amount of hands on massage time in the classroom; exams were fair but you have to study--don't expect to not study--; we were challenged by having class projects and I felt those actually helped with comprehension of the subject material as well, not just for extra credit or busy work.
If you don't understand something, just ask the instructors and they will find a way to break it down for you. Internship: The on site spa was pretty nice. We had decent access to clients for getting our massage intern hours. The prices are reasonable for interns to the public and the school also gives a nice discount to the students if they choose to have a service.
They keep on site supplies, books, and massage tools for purchase as needed. Overall, I felt this was a great learning experience. They also offer CE classes. In addition, they also have LMT on staff at the spa as well.

Went in for an appointment with Kim. Very, very rude woman. Too assertive with questions, never gave me a follow up call for my morning appointment even after telling me the night before that everything was set to go, loves that phone rather than conversation with another human, and I don't if it's autism but she never makes eye contact when conversing with people. I encourage people to take thier business elsewhere with decent human beings that actually have a passion for therapy
