My first facial since covid. Feels great to pamper yourself on a warm table and soothing music. Ivy, my cosmetologist, started with deep cleansing, along with hot towels and extractions. So relaxing was a neck, shoulders, arms and foot massage. I didn't want it to end.

I love the Solstice Day Spa on Main Street in Hyannis. I have had my hair cut there, enjoyed several pedicures and many massages with several of their massage therapists. Their staff is friendly and it's easy to book appointments online.

The message therapists are all excellent. I am also impressed with the friendly front desk staff. I have had appointments with 3 different therapists and they were all professional, caring, compassionate people, who truly strive to bring comfort and relief to their message clients. You just cannot go wrong with any of the therapists! I gave not tried other services but i plan to get a facial and manicure snd pedicure in the near future! Great customer focused salon!

The body scrub by Anne is amazing! The facial by Amanda is great too. My skin feels amazing. I am overly relaxes thanks to Anne!

I have been getting my massages here for years. All the massage therapists are excellent, and I would recommend them without hesitation. The salon is immaculate and they follow covid protocols to ensure safety of clients and staff. The best for massages and nail services!

I have a facial at Solstice about once a month. Every time I go, Ivy changes up the facial, based on what's going on with my skin at the time. Today my skin was super stressed, a hot mess. She did extra extractions and also used some sort of charcoal mask on the area. My eyes were puffy, so she used some under eye pads. She saw that I was having issues with eczema in some areas and oil in others and she went out of her way to address both. Her fingers massage and tap like magic. It's so relaxing and my face feels and looks so much better. I highly recommend a Signature Facial with Ivy.

Been coming to Solstice for many years and always pleased with the salon experience, but a special recommendation for the massages and facials! Tabatha is simply the best!

I have received months of massage therapy services at Solstice for spastic muscles and I would highly recommend them. Their professionalism is apparent the first time you communicate with the staff and is consistent throughout the salon experience. The individuals on staff have been there for many years and seem to be vested in every aspect of the smooth operation of the salon, not just in their individual positions; they work as a team and it shows.

You are made to feel at home when you're there. My massage therapist, Andrea, has over thirteen years of experience (at this writing), is a specialist in deep tissue massage, and is extremely gifted at identifying areas of need. She located areas of spasticity that I wasn't even aware of until she showed me and then focused on them each visit without reminders- she keeps careful notes. I'm grateful that she's a part of this woman-owned business and that there is such a quality day spa so close to home.

I have been coming here for years. Staff is always professional and it's very clean and calming. The prices are reasonable. I recommend Andrea and Rachel for a really good massage!

It was our first visit - my husband and I loved our massages with Harder, and manicures with Maggie. Every little detail was so thoughtful--it felt like the spas I loved when I lived in California. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Walking into this spa is a breath of fresh air during all this craziness! Not only do I feel super comfortable here but everyone is more than friendly when you walk in the door. You can feel the smiles through the masks here! Absolutely returning

Be careful here. I paid $20 for an eyebrow wax and got very hurt. it will take a week to heal a very swollen and seriously cut/ damaged large portion of skin under my brow. When I went in the next day to show them what happened- in all my 40 years of eye brow waxing this has never happened to me- they suggested I use an antibacterial but did not really seem to care all that much.

No one offered to reimburse the money spent or do anything to make me feel better about being a client. They barely said sorry which finally one of the three woman did at the end of the discussion, but the other two did not really seem to care at all about my negative experience. It is very painful, stings and is quite swollen which I have to live with for a week. A mistake can happen but when no one cares or takes responsibility for it it is disappointing and breaks trust.

Our facials were done by the lovely Ivy, who was super professional and thorough. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! Maggie did our manicure and pedicure, and she was so friendly. The staff were very accommodating to reschedule us when Hurricane Henri was on its way. Will definitely return!

Had a couples massage w my husband to start our vacation off right. Tabitha and Laura were both amazing. They made sure to focus on our problem areas and my husband and I both left the spa feeling relaxed and ready to have a great vacation at the Cape. I was also impressed with the spa's commitment to COVID safety with all employees and guests wearing masks (many double masked). Thanks again! We will be back next summer.

I love Solstice! The staff are very friendly and professional, the space is clean and comfortable, and the spa options are unbeatable- waxing, facials, massages, nails, and hair. It's been my "MeTime" place for years and will continue to be!

Great services and great staff. I've been going to Solstice for hair and waxing services for many years now, and I can't say enough about Aly, Jennifer, and the entire team. The new design to the salon looks gorgeous, and everything is as relaxing and calming as ever. Excellent Covid protocols, and as always, the entire place is immaculately clean.

Went in for a massage after working 3 consecutive 12-hr shifts at a hospital. I was exhausted and my body really needed that extra pinch of relaxation to kick off a few days off in my schedule. Sadly I cannot remember the name of my massage therapist, but I bought a 90-minute massage, firm pressure & full body, and cannot believe how perfect it was.

The service was exceptional, and she was receptive to my needs. Did not do any talking after we got started. Definitely on the pricier end, but this seems consistent with the Cape Cod market. Only other note is that the facility smelled a little weird when you enter & are waiting in reception / nail care area. Odd, and a little distracting, but everything was fine in the massage room itself.

Best place ever, in every way. THANK YOU for the child-free policy! Kids are great, but not in a spa or salon setting. Just one of countless ways Solstice "gets it" and goes above and beyond for all their clients. So lucky to find this level of service and professionalism on Cape Cod!

Always enjoy! Staff is fantastic from nails to massages to blowout's. Tucked away - it's quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment- especially in the summer time when the tourists come to town.

Came here for work and needed a massage. I had Andrea Childs and she was one of the best massage therapists that I have had in a long time. She was amazing. She worked my neck and shoulders and used good lotions and I left feeling refreshed. I should have had a 2 hour massage. Amazing.

Went in for a hot shell massage with Kim Moss and I can't say enough about the service and Kim. I have major back issues and Kim works magic. Always friendly and always immaculate at solstice. Highly recommend I also am a regular for my mani / pedi appointments with Iryna and I can't say enough! I went from nubby non existent nails that I bite off to beautiful adult hands. Products and someone who can guide you make all the difference.

What really makes Solstice stand out is the customer service. The staff is amazing they will go out of their way to make sure your requests and needs are met. Even last minute ones thank you ladies you really are the best at what you do!

Ultra professional team that is passionate about what they do and it shows. I have never had anything less than a top notch facial, massage or any service ever received there. If you're looking for a spa on the cape, this is your place!

Lovely receptionist, but very poor customer service from the manager and owner. Went there for a hair coloring, provided photo of light ash blond that I needed in order to marry with my gray hair. Instead came out with beige in front of my head and on top, and warm brown in the back of my head. Wish I could post the photos as it is actually comical.

They charged me $200 for that mess, including $50 for a "gloss" treatment that I never asked for, which was apparently applied when they washed my hair. To add insult to injury they told me I would have to pay full price for another stylist to correct the the mistakes of the first. What, another $200? Very unprofessional. Won't ever be going back and will certainly never recommend this overpriced and arrogant salon. Don't waste your time or money.

The massage was great but the constant pounding of little feet running upstairs in Puritan was so not relaxing! I think Solstice should go back to Independence Park or to their own building. I'm paying for the whole experience, right?

I had a dermaplane treatment with Kitsy and it was great! The experience was pleasant and my skin felt so smooth after. I loved it and will definitely be back! Will definitely be back!

I booked a facial here for my Mom for her 60th birthday. The woman who helped me with the appointment was really helpful as I was trying to book last minute. I did have to put a credit card down to keep the appointment so I had really high expectations for these facials. I'm disappointed to write that my Mom was more than disappointed with her facial.

Not only was it not "anything great" but the technician told my 60 year old Mother that she should start shaving her face! My Mom goes for monthly laser treatments at a Boston Med-Spa and the technician told her that she was surprised they hadn't told her to shave her face. I contacted the spa yesterday and the reply I got was basically that the esthetician that worked with my Mom gets "great reviews" and didn't intend to offend her which I guess cancels out my Mom's bad experience.

My note to the spa: Don't recommend services that could be offensive to people when they didn't ask for your opinion in the first place. Also, your response to my email was equally offensive. We spend our summers on the cape and there are plenty of other options for spa treatments.

A friend of mine's skin was noticeably more vibrant and young looking. She told me she had just seen kitsy. Kitsy really knows her stuff! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives you professional feedback. I had a wonderful relaxing facial and have had a number of compliments on my skin since. I've already booked my appointment for next month and I can't wait!

I've been going here for a year and a half, and I have always been treated very well by Kitsy for facials and waxing. However, I tried to go for hair and nails, but my hair took a long time, not a big deal, right? I have a lot of hair! Donna was great. I had to pick someone up, so I told them I didn't think I had time for the pedicure. My head was in the sink full of foils and the receptionist comes over and says, we have a 24hr cancelation policy so we are going to have to charge you for the pedicure.

I spend a lot of money on my hair and so on, you really want to lose me by charging $50 for a pedicure that I ran out of time for? I'm sorry that I didn't know it was going to be over 3 hours for this. They charged me. I'm a year round cape resident and this has really upset me. It's not about the money, but it was rude and short sighted.

Awesome experience! The spa has a casual, yet very professional vibe. My daughter & I visited Solstice during a girls weekend. Services we had were: massage, facial, & pedicures. Our services were AMAZING (& we're pretty fussy!)! Best pedis ever with Jen & Iryna. Amazing, most relaxing facial with Kitsy. She is a real pro.used the perfect products, etc., for my skin issues.

I came out looking 10 years younger! My daughter received a top notch massage from Kimber. I also indulged in a fantastic steam bath. Everyone was so sweet & kind. We've decided to make Solstice a yearly event during our future visits to the Cape! Thank you to the entire Solstice staff for a wonderful spa time!

Irina gave me a wonderful manicure. The price is higher than I pay at my usual spot but I came for a girls manicure with a friend who needed to be in Hyannis. What a pretty spa and everyone is oh so friendly.

Jennifer Nideur is one of the main reason I keep coming back. Guess what? She made my eyebrows even! And it didn't took her even a couple months))) I never take a look at the Mirror when the waxing is done, because it is always perfect. She also has very soft and gentle touch. So if you want eyebrow shaping, she is the person you need to make an appointment with

I had a Brazilian bikini wax with Sheryl Baba today.it was the best I've ever had. Absolutely no pain, seriously, not even a twinge. I've been having this procedure done for years, and she, without a doubt, is a master! The cost was on the high side ($70), but drops down to $50, if one is seen on a regular basis. I'm sticking with her.

Went in for a pedicure and expected to be pampered - for twice the price of any local nail salon can you blame me? Instead, got a technician who barely spoke and who looked like she'd rather be watching the movie on the television. Pedicure is fine but I've gotten the same and spent less many times.

I have been two times for massages, but am planning many more visits! The staff is great, the spa atmosphere is delightfully relaxing, and for me the location is a huge bonus - just around the corner from work:- The steam shower melts away your stress, I highly reccomend adding this on to your massage treatment. Helps set the mood for pure relaxation.

They make a point of asking what you like and don't like during a massage, a small detail that many other therapists seem to overlook.
