Worse experience of my life here. Still suffering a few years later. I went in for micro scalp pigmentation and was told by Carol she knew what she was doing. I suppose I was a Guinea pig at the time because there was no way she had any experience when she did my scalp. I have massive dots on my scalp that are not micro size. I have went to many places to try and get it removed but no one can do it so I've been living with this on my scalp for some time now and it's turning bluish green in color.

If I knew this was gonna happen I would've filed a suit but it's too late now and there is stress, pain and suffering from this. She didn't even care to help me resolve this, instead she sent me to a friend who did nothing but give me a topical fading cream that didn't work. The only thing she did was refunded me my money. She should have done more to help. I have to live with these big dots on my scalp. I'm reminded every day of this nightmare and have to try and block it out of my mind.

What a difference it makes such a big difference to my mood, every morning! I love it! Now my eyrs look great, even without make-up! Thank you, Carol, sooo much!

I am so very happy that I met Carol she is one of a kind God sent and I for the longest time I didn't feel good about myself from the aftermath of chemo and radiartion but she gave me my spring in my step back and I just could not be more thank full!

I've gotten brows done by Carol (twice now), eyelashes done by Carol regularly and my wigs cut by Linda. I also just got a facial done by Carol which turned out to be a great experience. As a blonde with light to sparse brows, and the victim of an assault wherein I was sliced across my right eyebrow leaving a significant scar through my brow, I was given the gift of permanent makeup on my brows. Every day I would wake up to the scar and almost no brows and know I did not want to go out of the house that way. Then a friend gave me an incredible gift and I had my brows done with permanent make up by Carol.

What a difference. Every morning I wake up I am so happy that I do not have to do my brows and there is a frame on my face that makes me want to put on make up and, even if I did not, I look 100% better with these beautifully sculpted eyebrows. Always pretty salon and spa is beautiful and it is calming and feels like all your pressures are melting away.

This was a big step for me because I have no tattoos or any markings on my body but I wish I would have done this 30 years ago. It is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Always Pretty Salon and Spa and Carol. The atmosphere and the cleanliness and the professionalism and the environment and the sense of security and peacefulness are an incredible memory and I will be going back because the spa also has many other services.

This truly was one of the best gifts I ever got. And I have never seen such a difference and felt such a relief that every single morning I do not have to spend time on my brows because they are done and they are perfect and they're beautiful. thank you so much to Always Pretty Salon and Spa and Carol.

I cannot begin to say how nice and relaxing of an experience Ive had with Carol. Ive been here twice so far for eyelash perms/lifts/tinting, and Im very happy with my results! She definitley goes above and beyond to make sure you leave her salon feeling satisfied and rejuvenated! Its like our souls connected and I dont get that feeling with many people! Carol is truly hands down the sweetest Ive ever met!

Went with my 11 yr old daughter for a spa day. We both got a mani/pedi and facial package. We enjoyed ourselves very much. It was very relaxing. We both love Jinny, I can't say enough wonderful things about her! She's the sweetest. Both Jinny and Carol did a great job. We'd be happy to return!

I used to take over an hour to draw on my eyebrows, so I decided to go to Carol at Always Pretty Salon and Spa for permanent eyebrows. The place was beautiful, Carol and her staff were very nice. The job she did on my eyebrows was over and above my expectations, I highly recommended trying this salon out for everything from eyebrows to permanent eyeliner and just about everything. So. I think that it's okay to get a little help with feeling good and looking better. Properly enhanced eyebrows can take years off your face. Evidence of quality service is a return service. March 2017 after doing thorough research I chose Carol for permanent eye liner. I was thrilled with the experience and result. November 2018 I returned to have my eyebrows done. Again, I was thrilled with both the experience and the result.

I have had many services at Always Pretty Salon. I had a luxurious massage and facial with Carol. I found the Salon to be so beautiful and always the staff was so pleasant and helpful. I also had a manicure and pedicure another time as well as permanent cosmetics. Carol did permanent eyeliner and eyebrows. I absolutely love it. It is so great to just put on my lipstick and blush in the morning and not worry about getting my eyebrows straight. I just love everything about my permanent makeup and the services I have received at Always Pretty.
