Modern Orthopedic and Sports Massage, LLC My goal is to enable you to enjoy a healthier more pain free life with the help of massage therapy. Whether you just want to be able to take a walk or you want to compete in a triathlon, massage can be a powerful influence in enabling your body to function at it's best. Orthopedic massage has been shown to alleviate and or eliminate symptoms of many common ailments involving soft tissue dysfunction such as neck and back pain, joint pains associated with muscle imbalance or tendon strain.

Sports massage can greatly reduce your chance of injury by maintaining normal range of motion and finding and relieving adhesions from sprains and strains before they create a problem. Massage may also reduce recovery time between workouts so that your training is not compromised because of pain and stiffness. A massage may also be just what you need at the end of a tough week at work or with the kids at home. Sometimes you just need to get away for an hour or so and totally relax. So no matter what your reason is for considering a massage, I will be happy to to help you.

I have been a client of Wayne's for two years and am amazed at his skill. With arthritis in both neck and feet and also troubled with Fibromyalgia the relief I have experienced with massage has been a lifesaver. I have been able to reduce medication and finish each massage with a sense of well -being.Highly recommended. We are lucky to have him in Lehigh Valley.

There’s really no such thing as overtraining, only under-recovery. That’s because super-tough workouts, which cause inflammation, swelling, and muscle stiffness, may limit your ability to train hard for the next two days. The secret to minimizing the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is to flush out waste products and increase blood circulation. If you train hard, Wayne’s expert skills can break up tight spots and muscle adhesions. He has helped me reduce pain and recover faster. Highly recommended.

Wayne has been treating me for over a year. He was referred to me by a friend. He is well informed, professional, courteous and excellent at his craft. If I have a specific problem or area of concern, he will spend extra time to make sure I am pleased with the results. I look forward to my appointments, it makes the work week seem less stressful!

I have been a dental hygienist for 9 years, and my job has certainly taken it's toll on my body. I have chronic back pain and tightness in my neck/shoulders, but most recently I was experiencing aching pain in my hands and feet. It felt like what I would expect arthritis pain to feel like, and over several months of this discomfort I was convinced that like my mother I was showing signs of early RA.

On a whim, I decided to try a more therapeutic massage verses the "spa" massages I have had in the past. So I went to see Wayne....and my hands and feet have been pain free since my first visit with him. I was shocked...within two days I woke up and I felt GOOD. No pain, no aching, NOTHING. We are now working on my neck and back and I have complete confidence that with a few more sessions my whole body will be feeling great again!

I cannot say enough about his gentle yet effect technique, his compassion, and his knowledge. He is very professional and very accommodating when you need an appointment. Thank you Wayne!

I've been going to Wayne every other week or so for almost 2 years. He's thorough, consistent, and the best massage therapist I've ever had!! He asks me at every appointment what is bothering me. The massage is always great!!! I feel bad when i fall asleep midway through it though... His rates are better than anyone, and i like the ortho aspect of his office instead of the spa mumbo jumbo!!!
