My happy place. I just read a review from someone regarding needing a credit card to book( hold) a visit. YES, many spas will do this, you are booking 60/90 or more minutes of someone's time. They do not charge your card it's only to hold your appointment. seems fair to me. They will also gladly take your gift card if the GC is for their Spa. I do it often. Now, as for this Spa, it's like being on a mini vacation, every one there is wonderful. Go, you will be happy you did.

Had a 90 minute massage with Virginia! Best 90 minutes I've had in a while. She is incredibly skilled, professional and kind. The spa itself is lovely, clean and so inviting. This day spa is truly a hidden treasure with great vibes and a welcome sense of calm. Highly recommend!

Truly amazing day! We spent an afternoon at this delightful spa enjoying the beautiful ambience, an unbelievable cocoon massage and a day of pure joy. We organized an afternoon girls spa day and everything was a delight! Thank you to Jennifer who is a real angel on earth, the kindest soul who gives an amazing massage. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is the most premium, luxurious spa in Doylestown (and perhaps in Bucks County). I am usually a once or twice a year customer, but my most recent service converted me to considering going once a month. In my most recent visit for a hydrodermabrasion facial, I was impressed with Rachel's execution and her knowledge of skincare products + the science behind it. Rachel wasn't just spewing jargon--she knew what she was talking about. Days later, I still feel like my skin looks tighter.

My daughter, who did not know I got a facial, even gave me compliments. I will definitely be scheduling with Rachel again. and maybe I'll book a pedicure to boot, because there's nothing like a Serenity pedicure. :)

GIFT CARD HOLDERS BEWARE! I initially made an appointment for my minor son online which required a credit card to hold the appointment. The day before the appointment I called to verify and inform them that I would be using a gift card. The receptionist said it wouldn't be an issue just present at checkout. When I presented my gift card I was told that if I wanted to use my gift card there would be a $25 fee to credit the credit card used to reserve the appointment.

I was not informed of this fee by the receptionist and you cannot make an appointment without using a credit card to reserve an appointment. Essentially a $100 service would be costing me $125 if I used my gift card. As posted on their website, "A current card is required at the time of booking for all appointments. You may use any form of payment at time of service including this card for convenient check out." How are you supposed to use a gift card when you need a credit card to hold the appointment without charging a fee? I discussed this with the manager, Claire, to no avail. Be advised if you have a gift card.

Excellent all around! Wonderful locally run quaint and best in class spa. Clean and delightful. Best facials in town.

Had the lavender special massage with Mary, it was exceptional!

I took my 83 year old grandmother here for her first ever massage and she is a changed woman! The staff and masseurs were so wonderful and accommodating. I also had one and it was the best massage I've ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend this spa.

I went in for my first visit to serenity spa today and everything was wonderful! I got the Into the deep massage and Nicole did a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and applied just the right amount of pressure. The bamboo does wonders! Also, the spa is offering $15 at-home facial packs which I thought was a great idea. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Serenity provides a heavenly, relaxing experience! I went for manicures & pedicures with my mom for the first time and enjoyed it! Everything about the experience, from the fast, welcoming check-in process to the soothing music playing during our services. The employees are very kind, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Overall, Serenity is one of the best spas in the Doylestown area.

Best Massage I ever had. They used hot rocks in the middle of my massage which felt like heaven on earth. I think I must have fallen asleep halfway through. I was so relaxed after my hour massage I could hardly get myself off the table. They used a wonderful vanilla smelling oil which just sent my senses into relax mode. Going to come back to get a pedicure for my Birthday!

Amazing! I got a gift certificate and after my first visit I'm very happy that I did. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. More importantly, the staff were very professional and friendly, I felt very welcomed. Victoria took excellent care of me, and I'm looking forward to being one of her regular customers. Highly recommend!

I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and have tired aching legs and wanted a nice massage pedicure. Honestly this was the best pedicure I have ever had! Anna was so kind and truly amazing! I will definitely be going back for more spa experiences and pedicures. I even purchased a gift cert for my mom. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and kind staff too.

This spa is a slice of heaven. The perfect atmosphere to recharge. Steam room and entire spa extremely clean. I've received a Hungarian facial from Kelly which was hands down the best facial of my LIFE. I have no blackheads now, and never thought this would ever become a new expectation of mine! I will never go anywhere else! Today I went back received an aloe wrap with Trisha, and the exact same high quality experience was delivered.

Beyond my highest expectations. I felt completely comfortable during both visits. I was referred by a friend whom was glowing telling me about this spa and I completely understand why. You are worth it to treat yourself, and don't trust your hard earned money anywhere else! Serenity deserves 10 Stars!

Just came from an amazing all day pampering session with my mom in preparation for my wedding. Trish was fantastic with my deep tissue massage and Norah did a great job with my facial. Friendly and professional people and reading ambience! I highly recommend!

Sooo. I must admit I'm extremely disappointed. I could have gone to any chain salon for a much better quality pedicure. I was told to arrive early, so I did. I waited alone in a basement for like 20 minutes just to sign my name on a waiver form? Kinda weird. No hot tea, no coffee bar, no champagne, nothing. then sat in a pedicure chair that didn't have a massage feature built in.

Just a hot neck wrap. The pedicure staff member gave me a very brief leg massage. I figured for the outrageous price of this pedicure it would at least include a longer massage or some kind of added bonus. But no. I paid nearly double the average price for a pedicure I could've gotten at the mall. MAJOR bummer! Hopefully their other services are better for the price people are paying.

Extremely nice manicurist, terrible quality. My gel stayed on for 6 days before starting to peel. From the beginning it wasn't even covering all of my nail and did not go down low enough to above my cuticle. I am very generous to my nails and am not rough on them at work and they should have lasted much longer. I called back and was simply told that everyone takes to gel differently and there is no 7-day guarantee.

I could have gotten a regular manicure for half the price that would have lasted the same amount of time. I won't be going back here for a manicure. I also was told I had to take my shoes off before entering and leave them in the mudroom. With snow boots on that was an inconvenience.

For the BEST massage in the area, stop in at Serenity Day Spa and ask for Lisa. I have been going here monthly for years and would highly recommend that you treat yourself to a visit.

The name of this spa is called Serenity. You feel "serenity" when you step in the door. Beautiful surroundings instantly relax you. The music, smells, decor. Then.the massage! I had a massage that was so relaxing, that I wanted to go back the next day. I can't say enough wonderful things about the front desk. Friendly and kind. The therapists are truly gifted. If you want to feel like you are on a mini vacation then Serenity is your Spa.

I love this place, the best pedicures I have ever had by far! I won't go anywhere else anymore! I find the price to be reasonable, the atmosphere is lovely and I really enjoy my visits there, plus I find the customer service to be excellent which is a nice bonus! I recommend it to everyone!

Went there last Friday with a close friend. Made our appointments about a month ago.maybe longer. We also decided on 2 treatments with lunch in between. I had the Lomi Lomi massage and that was fantastic. We had a great warm chicken wrap in the table area. Was very good. Then went for our next treatment. I had a Hungarian all natural facial. Also terrific.

Both the masseuse people were really sooo good. Seemed to really be knowledgeable and really 'into' what they were doing for you. The afternoon was the best treat ever! Both of us love this day spa. Can't wait to make plans to go again! Thank you to Irene and Susan!

I had my first visit to this spa recently for a facial. The woman doing it could not have been nicer, the products smelled fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. When I booked with the receptionist she went through all of my treatment options, and it was additional $$ beyond the standard facial for extractions, which I desperately needed. Added a chemical peel, so the price is rising.

At the end of the day, the service was almost $200. The esthetician told me I really didn't need extractions when I asked; I think she might not have done them had I not asked, since she did them after the peel, (never had in that order before, and I have 4-5 peels a year). So my issue with Serenity is that when I got home, I had to spend about 20 minutes doing extractions around my lip and nose area. At the end of the day I think I paid for the atmosphere and not the service, which is disappointing.

My experience with Serenity's Front Desk staff & Mgr have left me feeling very unappreciated. On Easter Monday I left two voice messages asking for a return call. On Tuesday afternoon after still not receiving a return call, I again called. The front desk staff person blamed Verizon for not having the correct voice mail message stating that they were closed for the day, and they also had not been able to access their voice mail. BAD Verizon?

I missed the appointment and called to reschedule. The Mgr stated that that I had to provide a credit card # to hold the appointment. I refused to provide this information. With the possibility of fraud or identify thief so prevalent this is a VERY POOR POLICY. The owner needs to develop another policy to address missed appointments. This was especially galling to me since I was never even informed of this policy when I made the appointment.

Clearly the service professional did lose income from my no show (for which I'm very sorry) so maybe the owner should compensate the service professional at some % of service charge or hourly rate. Either way the customer should not have their credit information just left on file. With the many spas available to provide services I will not consider giving Serenity any future business.

Be careful with this place. I recently had a facial and the next day my face looked terrible because I had red spots all over it. It looked like hives all over my face. I have never had a reaction to a facial. This lasted for a week and a half and Kelly said she would give me a facial to tone the skin down. At this point I don't want to enter that place again. No refund, no quick return phone call. I had to call twice to get a response.

I had my facial with Kelly over a week ago and my face is still glowing! Best massages and facials in the area-I have kept coming back for years. If you want someone to love you, get them a gift card to this place-it's so awesome.

Returned for a facial! I'm always weary about getting a facial places because I have extrememly sensitive skin. However, after much coaxing I decided to make an appointment with kelly for an European facial and it was incredible! I'm not used to such pampering-I could get used to this! My skin looks great, thanks Kelly!
