Michelle was WONDERFUL. I recently moved here from out of state and was extremely nervous about finding a new hair stylist, especially since I have shorter (~chin-length) wavy hair and my first experience trying to find someone new didn't go well. Thankfully, my friend recommended Michelle and she was fantastic. She took her time to make me feel comfortable and listen to all of my hair concerns and frustrations. Michelle's attention to detail (my hair growth patterns, length, undercut, curl/wave pattern, etc.) was absolutely incredible. All of the staff and the environment itself was also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I left crying! I am 70, so Covid is always a concern for me. I asked the girl if she was vaccinated. She said yes, and we started to go back, when suddenly the owner came right up to me and started screaming, not yelling, screaming! "Don't you ever ask that question here! Ever! We have been here a long time! Do not ask that here!" When I could break in I told her I wasn't putting her spa down and didn't mean to offend her, but she kept yelling and yelling at me! She suddenly left and I sat there stunned. No one had every done that to me before. I started crying and then I left. Do not go there!

Teena is definitely one of my favorite stylists! She's always so friendly and makes conversation. Aside from that, she knows how to make my hair the perfect color. My daughter and I just went to this salon for makeup for a wedding. Jenna LaMaina is amazing and her products are very soothing. My skin actually felt better after using her makeup. She was so professional and cordial with my daughter and me. We had a wonderful experience with her and the salon in general. I highly recommend her services for wedding makeup or even for a date night or just for fun!

I have had many years of service with Hair Apropos and the staff--it has always been a great experience. You are greeted with a warm welcome from the time you check in, hair services, girls washing and the time you check out. The salon is bright, clean and cheery. Michelle, the owner, has been doing my hair for years and I have had my nails and waxing done by Jenna.

Both girls are warm and experienced in their profession. They make you feel welcome, listen to what you want so you feel confident in their ability. I would highly recommend their services.
