My dad and I got 1.5 hour massages here with professionals (not students). My father absolutely loved his masseuse! Apparently she was firm and focused on his problems areas throughout the 1.5 hour massage. My experience was the total opposite (very soft touch, with a primary focus on my arms). pretty disappointing. I'll be returning because this hasn't been my experience in the past; however, today was not great.

I had a massage with James today and it was AMAZING! This was my first time visiting this place and I left feeling phenomenal! I'm a hairstylist so my neck, shoulders, arms, hands.literally everything are achey and I always have crazy knots. But James totally took care of me and was attentive to the areas I told him were issues for me! I already feel 100 times better. I'll def be recommending this place and James!

I've been going to Fuller for years and today was the worst massage I've ever had. My therapist Peggy started with "my hands are rough like sandpaper and you do mind if I wear rubber gloves"?I was fine with it but found it hard to get comfortable as she was talking telling me to relax my neck. I tried several times but couldn't. It was a very unpleasant experience. One time she said "WOW if you don't give I can't take. I was not comfortable with her at all!

I feel pretty guilty for not leaving a good review before because when I used to come here for massages, I never had an issue. This visit, I left feeling worse than how I arrived and my time was cut short. My scheduled massage appointment was for 2:00. I arrived a little early at 1:45. My therapist called me back at 2:02 and when I got up from the massage table to go get my things, I looked at my phone and it was 2:56.
My other issue was that on my paperwork I put that I was having low back, neck, and shoulder soreness. The majority of my massage was spent on my legs. I understand that other parts of your body can cause pain to radiate, but more time should have been spent on the areas I pinpointed. My visit was also with a teacher, not a student.
