Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that encompasses 8 levels. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level only. With each level jump there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move up to the next level. Our salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support.

I had a major allergic reaction that caused all kinds of issues with my skin and my dermatologist's recommendations didn't help much. After going to Violet White for 3 months, not only are the initial issues fixed, but my skin is better than ever! My mom has been getting facials here for many years and I know that I will be now, too. They are skin scientists and miracle-workers and I am extremely grateful for their gift!

Not just a spa experience for women! Been there multiple times and has always been top-notch service. Extremely friendly and professional, my typically uncared-for skin is remarkably rejuvenated. Even with a beard, the facial was a game changer for my skin. I would recommend it as well as the body scrub as a gift (or self-indulgent treat) for men or women. Amazing skin results not to mention the overall experience provided leaves you decompressed and relaxed. You won't find a finer spa in the greater Virginia Beach area.
