I've had years of massages at high priced spas all over the world and I'm now a complete convert to neuro-muscular massages with Cody at Soma. He's very professional, welcoming, and respectful. Soma is so affordable and best of all, I feel like my time spent here is actually helping to heal my body instead of just getting out the topical knots in my back while surrounded by the scents of aromatherapy. Truly healing.

Excellent spa! The value for services can't be beat in this area. The therapists are very knowledgeable and always do a great job.

I've had several massages here. All were great. And they pay attention to all safety protocols for COVID. I felt very safe.

My boyfriend and I are visiting Portland and happened to get massages for both of us. We're avid weightlifters and I can say this was probably my best massage experience. Morgan was great, super attentive and professional! Highly recommend her!

My boyfriend and I were in town for just one day and wanted to do something special and get a couples massage. An hour before our massage a woman called me saying she had to cancel our appointments. I explained to the woman on the phone that I was disappointed because I had read reviews of other people having the same issue, and that I was skeptical to book with them in the first place. The woman then said "thanks for your feedback." She didn't seem to want to help this situation. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Rude and awful customer service.

I've tried many massage places and Soma is my all time favorite! I've been getting massages here for years from various massage therapists and they were all terrific! I currently see Tammy who is so great about listening to you about your pain! I would highly recommend Soma to anyone!

Had my second massage from Tammy this morning at ten AM. That woman is absolute magic! I walked out of there with heavy levels of the good kind of pain, that's sure to evolve into mobility and elasticity by tomorrow. I'll be back in a couple of weeks. 11/10

Ahhh, Soma Massage. I was hesitant to try a new place at first, but am SO glad I did! I booked a 90 minutes Deep Tissue massage and the therapist took the time to ask me about my aches and pains. She was very thorough and didn't apply too much pressure but just enough to make it a relaxing, yet a tension and knot-busting, session. They are also open for late afternoon/evening appointments which was very convenient. They also offer couples massage!

Hands down the best and most affordable massage in Maine. I have been going there for over a year and have never had a bad experience. It's always welcoming, the massage therapists are great (I LOVE Becky!), there's a great balance between healing and relaxation, and the prices are beyond reasonable. No reason to go anywhere else!

A friend directed me to Soma recently and I'm so glad she did! Upon entering I was immediately greeted with a friendly 'hello' and offered a cup of tea. My therapist, Julie, happened to also be the owner. Everyone was very kind and upbeat. Great atmosphere, great price...excellent massage. I will definetly be back! Thank you!

I had an excellent massage at Soma from Elizabeth. This girl may be petite, but she has strong hands and a fantastic aura to boot. I can't say enough good about my experiance. I want to go back soon. Do not hesitate to go to Soma in South Portland just over the bridge. I was walking on air for hours after I left and I just can't stop thinking about it. Two thumbs and two toes up. Thank you Soma. You made my week.

I continue to return to Soma not only because of the price but for the quality of professional staff and the warm welcome I recieve each time I walk through the doors. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and I always feel well cared for. I will keep returning and telling everyone about them!

Not only was the price great, my massage was excellent. Well above what I've experienced at other spas in the area. I was met by one of the owners upon entering and was well cared for. I highly recommend Soma and look forward to my next massage!
