Amazing! Love love love my hair! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and my stylist Karli was top of the line - listened to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, took the right amount of time and made sure I was thrilled with the finished look! I've already booked my next appointment! Thinking about trying a facial there too! Highly Recommend!

My 60 minute facial started almost 20 minutes late. No one acknowledged this, no one offered me anything to drink and no one apologized. I could tell the aesthetician was rushed throughout the service. She ended on time to suit her schedule making my 60 minute facial more like 40 minutes. I understand scheduling issues and my appointment was last minute but if you can't fit someone in for the service they paid for, don't take the appointment. Or, at the very least, apologize. Although my skin looked fine afterwards, I wouldn't recommend this spa.

I had such an amazing facial with Roxanne. She made the entire experience and process so relaxing. She made me and my skin feel rejuvenated, clean, and perfectly moisturizer. I had other facials locally and in bigger cities at really fancy and overpriced spas, and this was way better because Roxanne's love for what she was doing and is update date with all the latest. I also had an amazing pedicure by Natalie. Thank you Cara&Co

My mom was in town so we decided to get pedicures and saw Cara & Co had a Groupon and decided to try it out. It's located in an old house, hair on the first level and pedicures and massages upstairs. The massage chairs were lackluster, the warm towels were a nice touch and overall experience was meh, not bad but not terrible. Wouldn't go back without a Groupon.

Cara & Company is a quaint old house in an excellent location. Plenty of onsite parking. I have been there for massages and facials, and always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well taken care of. The first thing they do is greet you warmly as you enter and ask if you'd like a beverage. Although there is a hair salon on the first floor, it doesn't smell unpleasant.
The waiting area is bright (but not too bright ) and comfortable. Upstairs is where the body work rooms are. It's dimly lit, the aromatherapy is heavenly and the music soft and soothing. The therapists and aestheticians are gentle, caring and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience there. I'll be going back!

Grew my nails for 3 weeks before this manicure, and the manicurist filed them down to stubs! I was so upset, as I have a bad habit of picking at my nails, but was very proud they I had grown them out just long enough to exceed my finder tips, and was hoping to have them really looking good after a manicure. They looked awful! The pedicure was even worse - polish missing on the side and tops of my toenails. Such a disappointing waste of time and money

As a nail technician myself, I wanted to treat myself and get one done. I googled day spas in the Portland area and this is the one I chose based on their March $10 off spa pedicure special. It was amazing! I am VERY ticklish and usually find pedicures to be quite uncomfortable and wind up just doing them myself. This was the first pedicure ever where I was 100% completely relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it!
The nail tech, Gabby was great.nice personality and being a MUA as well, gave me some suggestions. Will def. be back in again to see Gabby for a pedicure and hopefully someday a facial. Everyone at the salon was friendly.

Lack of expertise and an inappropriate room for spa services. They brought me upstairs to a small bathroom, where they simply covered the toilet with a bed sheet. It was a hot day and this room had no AC, so the esthetician insisted on keeping the window wide open, even after I made it clear that I would rather shut the blinds. Also, she seemed very inexperienced, asking me service questions when I should be asking her.
