I've been going to Sharlene for Years. She does great job on my Hair. I had covid in December and around March started having extreme hair loss. I was afraid to do anything with my hair as I didn't want to cause anymore hair loss. Contacted Sharlene in May. She recommended a Product Called Ethica. Shampoo conditioner and topical spray for scalp. Within a week my hair stopped falling out. I was losing alot of hair daily. It is starting to grow back. Highly recommend Sharlene and Ethica products.

I have been coming to Polished for massages for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience. When I saw that they hired a new massage therapist, Jennifer, who specialized in deep tissue massage, I booked with her right away as that is the type of massage I prefer. My massage with her this evening was WONDERFUL! Jennifer was friendly, professional, and utilized a variety of massage techniques and styles individualized to my body's needs and my own personal requests. I will definitely be booking with her again!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Don't believe them when they tell you that they can cut curly hair. They can't. Worst haircut in my life. Additionally, I tried to contact a manager or owner to discuss. I left a message with a request to speak to the manager and no one ever called me back.

Having just moved back to the area after 22 years away, I was lucky enough to land Susan Vasko as my stylist. She does amazing color (and reds aren't easy!) with Kevin Murphy products, and terrific cuts to boot. I've had to provide very little guidance and she's had me looking fantastic after every visit.
