Friendly customer-centered service by Lynn (and everyone else), great brow wax squeezed into a very busy day by Lyndsay, and all in a very clean environment. It was truly a wonderful experience. I will be back. This was my first visit. I like this place.

I started using this establishment roughy 8 years ago, until I had issues with scheduling (I was never able to get an appointment). Consequently, I found another salon/stylist for the last 3 years now. Recently I was told how wonderful Pamper You was, so I decided to give them another try. This weekend I have a formal event, so I figured I'd make my appointment early (2 months out) and get my hair done.
My appointment was set for last Saturday at 11 am, I was called and woken up at 7:15 am telling me my stylist had a migraine. I was upset and worried and explained my situation, but was very cordial. They assured me they could now do my hair today, Tuesday at 6:15 pm. At 1:20 pm they called me to cancel again, stating my stylist was now "sick". At this point I was very concerned knowing my formal event is in 4 days.
The lady on the call kept telling me to "breathe, just breathe", she will see if another stylist can do my hair. An hr later a stylist calls to ask me what I need done, how long my hair was and if it was thick. She told me she'd see if she could make time for me and get back to me soon. At 8pm this evening she calls to tell me she couldn't move anyone around to accommodate me and she's sorry.
As I appreciate the stylist trying to accommodate me it wasn't her job. During this whole fiasco I was never contacted by a manager or the owner of the salon. I can't believe that there is no back up in place for situations like this. Now I have a formal event this weekend and my hair looks terrible! I will never be making a new appointment at this salon and my family will be finding new service elsewhere.
