Our licensed massage therapist's styles and techniques originate from various training backgrounds. Every massage is priced by time, not style, so that you may incorporate and experience as many modalities as your therapist has to offer within your chosen time frame. Swedish Massage: (Also called Relaxation or Classic Massage) Swedish massage provides the foundation for most of our other modalities. It is very relaxing and consists of long and sweeping strokes, kneading, friction and tapping. The pressure can vary from very light to very deep, depending on the client's preference.
Hydrotherapy: Moist heat is soothing and helps relax the muscles. We use hot towels, and electric moist-heat pads to help keep you warm and ease tired, sore muscles (optional, of course). Feeling like some cold therapy would better help ease your pains? We keep flexible ice packs in our freezer as an option as well.
Rad Rod Roller: This myofascial release roller is the perfect self-massage tool to use between sessions with us. The thin design and steel core allow maximum pressure and precision control. It will never break down or bend, and it is small enough to travel with you anywhere; so it is the perfect replacement for any foam roller.

My 1st experience at Breckels was phenomenal. The many details and options allow you to personalize your experience. Sandy's massage service was exactly what I needed. She focused on the areas I requested and asked questions when she needed to know more, rather than assume. Joshua at the front desk was courteous, attentive and friendly.

Was given an 'on-site massage' gift (by a person thay 100% made sure they would come to me.)just be told it's too far because their therapist won't take the highway. Terrible communication. Should be able to refund. Would like to update to add that someone reached out to address the miscommunication. I look forward to trying their services.

Breckles is great! Super clean and welcoming location and really great staff! I can not say enough amazing things about Kristina! She is the only massage therapist I have seen at Breckles and I am sure others are great but I can only speak to her capability! I have been to her about a dozen times and she has seriously been life changing. Her massage not only feels great, but she is so knowledgeable about the anatomy that she fixes things and removes so much pain!
She is so respectful and compassionate it makes it easy to trust her with my pain and the vulnerability that exists with a massage! Anyone reading this should just call and book a massage. Well worth it! Thanks Kristina for your expertise and absolute care!

Loved everything about Breckels! As someone who is hesitant about getting a massage, I can say Breckels makes the entire experience so comfortable. I saw Kristina for a prenatal massage (at 37 weeks pregnant). It was excellent. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. A tight spot on my shoulder, which always aches to the touch, is now pain free and loosened. Breckels also offers a special pregnancy pillow table that allows you to lie face down comfortably. Highly recommend!

I hope the therapist was just having a bad day. I have had dozens of massages in my life and this one was unfortunately disappointing. **** I would like to make an addition to my previous review. After posting my original review, the owner reached out to me both by email and phone with absolute concern for my issues. We spoke about the massage and she offered me a discount and recommended another therapist if I would like to try them out again.
