Tabitha was completely amazing. I went I. With horrible pain in the lower back and neck. I walked out of there feeling like a new man. I would definitely recommend her at Royal Oak Salon and Spa. I can't wait to go back!

Wow. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am absolutely in shock with my experience here. One of the receptionists called to reschedule an appointment time-the day of our appointment-due to an esthetician calling in sick (not our fault) and myself and my friend had our treatment cut short because of improper time planning. We spent almost $400 and only got 10% off the treatment.

I didn't even ask for a full refund. This was after MULTIPLE attempts to speak with the manager for a better solution, who was "unavailable" for two weeks! Even then she refused to even speak to me in person. The other receptionist was so sweet and did what she could to help me, and communicate with the owner, but the manager refused to help in any other way.

Such as, possibly another proper FULL treatment at a discount, something other than this. I still wanted to come back, but on top of the poor service, poor solutions, poor management, I will never come back here.

I paid $55.00 today for a lash lift. My eyelashes look exactly the same. They do not look fuller. They do not look longer. They do not look curly. I've had my lashes lifted before in CA and they come out looking curly and long, but they don't look any different after getting them done here at this salon.

Really enjoyed the salon! First time going in. It was a little busy but staff remained happy and helpful. I only got my eye brows waxed this visit. Look forward to coming back!

My wife loves the1.5 hot massage. I get her a gift certificate here every year as a stocking stuffer.

I love going to the Royal Oak Salon and Spa to see Kalli. She is an amazing and talented barber who I trust and use to color and trim my beard. I am very happy with the Deluxe Services I receive at Royal Oak from Kalli. She is a very professional and cordial individual, and I highly recommend her for all male grooming needs. I called in to set up an appointment and was very please to be answered by an actual person. Kelsi did a great job helping me with everything I needed and would 10/10 recommend her and royal oak. Great people and great environment. Will do more business in the future.

If you're looking for a place to relax for a day it's royal day massage. They do it all from hair, to skincare, to massages. Best upcoming business in the industry. The staff there is what will keep me coming back. I felt no judgment and was right at home. Sign up was so easy. Kelsi the receptionist did a AMAZING job and helped guide me through the process the whole way.

Royal Oak has got to be one of the nicest, most elegant salons I've been to. Beyond everyone being nice and friendly, my regular barber Kalli always has the most welcoming genuine smile that will change your day guaranteed! Always on time and provides a wonderful experience every time. And quite the bombshell if I might add

The Royal Oak salon is absolutely top notch! Kalli hands down gives the best haircuts I've ever had. She is so courteous and truly understands her craft. I recommend Royal Oak and Kalli to all of my family and friends. She also does incredible shaves and beard trims if your looking for someone who is extremely experienced in that area. Seriously give them a call and book an appointment with Kalli for a perfect cut. You won't want to go anywhere else after she cuts your hair. This place is 5 stars across the board! You won't be disappointed!

I paid in advance and tipped generously for two facials and one massage for my daughter and myself. The person performing the facials felt like she just washed my face twice. Also my facial was supposed to last one hour and it only lasted 30 minutes. The owner graciously called me but only refunded me $20 for the facials that were quite expensive.

I felt with such poor service they should have refunded the cost of the facials or provided a gift certificate for another facial for my daughter, who also had a bad experience. I do not live in Oklahoma and had to return home. My daughter lives there and I was really disappointed with the entire experience. On a positive note, I also purchased a massage service for my daughter that was received very well. The staff were very nice and understanding at my disappointment.

My husband and have been going to Royal Oak for a few years now. We absolutely love the staff! The massage therapists we use is Westin, he is very good with evaluating our pain points and gets right to it! We leave always feeling much better than when arriving. Kaylee is the hairstylist I have been using for the last 6 months. She always works with me to determine what she needs to go.

She takes her time to make sure she got the look we discussed. She has never missed the mark! If you are trying to find a massage therapist or hairstylist, Royal Oak should be put on the top of your list!
