Betty is the best aesthetician I've ever been to by far. she is a nurse practitioner, honest, friendly, and very professional. The spa is easy to get to right off 59N, it's beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could ever want. Her "cool sculpting" is the best-even better than the other cool sculpting, Her laser treatments are amazing, and her injections are practically perfect as well with almost no bruising compared to others.

Betty is truly amazing! I needed botox before my daughter's wedding in October, 2020. Due to covid there were many places that I used were closed. I found her on google and I am so happy that I did. When I started it was very important that I have a natural look and she did it! I found the first picture today and I could not believe it! The first picture was taken October, 2020 and the second April 2021. I go once a month to see her. I will never use anyone else again!

This medical spa is absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for two years now for my troubled skin, which is not the case anymore thanks to Betty and Sarah. I've dealt with hormonal acne for over four years now and since I've seen them for laser rejuvenation my skin has been flawless and I get so many compliments. This is without a doubt the friendliest and most welcoming customer service I have ever received and I will continue to give them my business forever!

This was My worse experience ever! I went to see the doctor to get Botox on my frown line. I have gone to my regular doctor for years but decided to go to Medi spa because is across the street and that was convenient. The office looked ok and the secretary really nice, so why not? The doctor saw me and told me that I couldn't use Botox in my whole forehead because my eyes were gonna looked bad, I told him that that was exactly what I wanted, only my frown line.
When he was injecting the Botox, it was very painful(He doesn't use anesthesia, which makes it a really bad experience to beging with). When I was about to pay, Carmen, the secretary, tells me that the doctor gave me 50% discount. I was really happy because I used to pay $125 for that part. Well, I was in shock when the price was $325 instead of $125 but then the doctor shows up and said that I got 14 shots so that's why he gave me 50% off.
He didn't bee mention the unit, he just said shots. I left the office on a Tuesday afternoon and Carnen said ( along with the doctor) that if have a problem, ( a droopy eye or something) to call in to see the doctor again. The days passed and nothing happened to my frown line, literally NOTHING! I called Carmen and told her that I could still frown after a week and it looks like the Botox didn't work.
I went to the office to try to make an appointment and I couldn't because my job and the doctors schedule ( he comes just some days and hours to this location) had a conflict. But I went several times so Carmen will see me and tell the doctor. One lady from the office took a picture of me my asked me not to frown. I told her that I must because that way the doctor would see it.
To make this long story( that went for a month( short. The Botox never worked, I never received a refund because Carmen ( the real "nice" secretary) tried her best to not make another appointment with the doctor who left the country for two weeks and after those two weeks was impossible to see hiim because Carmen started saying that it was too long now and that I never made an effort to made an appoitment, that it was my fault and that the Botox wasn't applied to my forehead and that's why didn't work.
I knew that already! It was only for my frown line but didn't work, period. Carmen and the doctor are the most dishonest person I ever known in this field. Horrible person! Bottom line. I paid $325 for something I never got ( wait, yes I did. 14 painful shots without Botox?) and the service I got was the worse of my entire life. I wished I could have a review of this clinic before.
I wanted to say so much and maybe what I wrote doesn't have all I experienced but at least you all know now that if you dare to go to Medi spa, you'll have the worse experience of your life.
