For optimal results, our Therapists recommend coming in every 2-4 weeks. We book your next appointment in advance and try to work with your schedule to get you in. Massage Therapy can effectively manage chronic pain, stress, muscle tension, anxiety, and even improve circulation. Massages are recommended weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on what you are looking to work on.

I have been going to Ms. Donna for a few years now and no matter what she ALWAYS adds an extra special touch to her service. It doesn't feel like just a business/client relationship, she feels like a true caregiver and I always feel better after a facial here. Top notch spot and worth the 45 min drive!
