FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered a massage table from them Tuesday, $599.99, I receive an email Thursday saying sorry we cancelled your order the table is out of stock. Wait what in todays time a website allowing me to order something that is not in stock. OK no issues. Then I check their site Friday and the table is in stock and the price jumped to 899.99.

Pretty Shitty Desmond, Pretty Shitty business person. I get it if the price changed, just let your customer know, but this is not the customers issue just because you cannot keep your database updated for your website. What would have happened if I came in the shop and bought it? would you have chased me down to get the table back? Terrible service.

Excellent products and customer service. We purchased 4 Nirvana Electric Massage tables in July 2015. The tables recently started making a noise when being lowered. We contacted Got Your Back and they immediately scheduled to come to our office to check out the tables. They replaced the motors in all 4 tables.

We are in a very 'hands on' business so to find a supply warehouse reasonably close is a huge plus. They have a very nice selection of massage lotions, potions, and tools of the trade. All with testers and you can play with the tools. I could have easily spent 1000.00 in one visit but I restrained myself and slipped out spending only 200.

Some of my favorite things: Charts.every massage room needs those official charts (helps with studying the Mblex as well) Various types of lotions and creams to sample. FABULOUS sheet sets. Lovely texture. Luxurious heated table pad. Essential oils to specialize your massage lotion or to use in a defuser. Okay so now you have an idea of what I spent my money on.hehehehehe *****Community Acupuncture Clinic.to make it more affordable. I don't know the prices because I didn't have time to partake.next visit.

GotYourBack is a massage therapist's paradise. I enjoy getting to see, touch and try a large variety of products. They have everything from gels lotions and oils to mu-xing tools and nirvana mate pads. And everything and anything you need in between. The staff is informative and helpful and can direct you to just what you need. They also hold CE classes on the premises. And, I understand they may hold CPR classes in the future as well - which is great for the new PA license requirements. As a full-time therapist, I am very glad I have this comprehensive massage product store in a town near by. I know they've "GotMyBack" :-
