The Massage Therapy Center is owned and operated by Lauren Nelson, a Graduate of the Pa. School Of Muscle Therapy. This is an (American Massage Therapy Association) AMTA / COMTA (Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation) accredited program. Lauren has found massage successful in helping her clients keep their stress and tension levels to a minimum.
She has also been successful in helping reduce pain in clients with sports injuries, accidents, fibromyalgia, arthritis, Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ), tendinitis, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Swedish Massage was developed in nineteenth century Sweden by Peter Ling. This style of massage is applied with the hands and the arms. It deals with the soft tissues, including the muscles, tendons, associated fascia, joint capsules, ligaments and skin. Which is a gliding motion that works superficially, moderate or deep and moves towards the heart.
Lauren was trained and certified in Hot Stone Therapy by Nature's Stones, Inc., headquartered in Bucks County, PA, specializing in stone therapy; the timeless healing technique that joins the art of massage with the thermogenic benefits of heated river cobbles. President and Founder, Pat Mayrhofer was Lauren's Instructor.
Lauren has been my massage therapist since 2012 and she is fabulous! Coming from Center City take 76 West to 476 North (Plymouth Meeting). Take exit 18a. You must go right off the exit, this is Ridge Pk. Go straight down Ridge through lights at Chemical Road, Butler Pike, and Spring Mill Road. Turn right at the fourth light (Joshua Road ). After turning onto Joshua make your first right (Crabapple) and then another first right into a gated community.
