Since re-opening, HHM can't keep their scheduling and payment systems online and have cancelled MULTIPLE appointments without any notice. Imagine showing up excited for your massage only to find out they cancelled and didn't tell you! and to make matters worse, the owner refuses to apologize or do anything about it. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Absolutely horrific experience. the massage therapist had no idea what he was doing and I left feeling no different. it is really wrong to employ people who dont know what they are doing. massgaes are not cheap and at the very least I expect to feel a bit better when I leave. He also would not stop talking to me throughout the entire service and had a air purifier right next to my head blowing cold air on me the entire time. I wanted to get up and leave so many times but I did not want to be rude. I am going to try and get my money back. dont come here.

Super disappointed. Tried to set an appointment up by calling only to be on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up, then I went to their "live chat" to schedule- never got a response. Finally, I tried texting them which resulted in their delayed response time and they then offered appointment times and then said they had already been taken after I said I would like them. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Super unprofessional.

My husband and I have been going to this place for years. They have very talented therapists and a very calming atmosphere. I would highly recommend mentioning the type of service and pressure you like in order to get matched up with the right person. There are always great discounts and deals, and everyone who works there is super kind and accommodating. Make appointments in advance! They fill up fast!

I purchased a gift certificate for my wife and she absolutely loved her massage. She explained to the masseuse where she was feeling tight and she said her masseuse was very intuitive with where and how much pressure to apply. All the kinks and knots disappeared! my wife also said it was very easy to set up the appointment and everybody was very nice and very friendly.

When I was able to get in for an appointment, they were good. They have therapists who specialize in different modalities. I had several negative experiences with Healing Hands canceling appointments without properly contacting me, or rescheduling last minute without having a therapist actually available once I got there. If the appointment is meaningful to you.e.g. a celebration, or a much needed relaxation massage you need to manage them and confirm your own appointments.

LivingSocial had a deal for a 60 minute massage so I jumped on the opportunity even though I couldn't find any reviews. This is definitely a no-frills type of place. They converted a family home into a massage center which works well; however, I immediately noticed a cat smell upon entering. It wasn't the best first impression. Smell aside, my massage was amazing; very enjoyable and relaxing. I'll probably buy another LivingSocial or Groupon deal if one is available, but I don't think I would pay full price.
