The most amazing salon I have ever been to! I have been going for many, many years and it is consistently top notch. Everyone is so friendly, always remembering your name and greeting you enthusiastically. The owner, Joanne, treats you as a special customer, Gene - hairstylist extraordinaire - is simply AMAZING. He never disappoints. Knows exactly what you want and does it to perfection. Bree (front end manager) is the sweetest person. Linda (colorist) does my daughter-in-law's hair and she thinks she is perfection! My adult son is also a customer of Gene's. Don't ever change Luxe! I/we can't imagine going anywhere else - ever!

Luxe Salon offers a truly superior, safety conscious, experience--all staff are so helpful--I note in particular Brie at Reception area, Laura for wash/shampoo/fantastic scalp massage, and Sue as professional Stylist who has been cutting my hair for over 10 years--her superior skills, attention to detail and concern for client comfort and satisfaction with results are really wonderful and very appreciated by me.

Mostly due to Covid but also due to personal loss, I grew out my hair the past 12 months with the intention of donating my hair to a charity that makes wigs for cancer patients and accident victims. When I finally reached 12 inches in length, I called Luxe Salon where I have been a client for over 15 years. I would not have trusted this task to anyone but the skilled staff here! Marc, who has styled my hair for most of the 15 years, selected a color with highlights for me that was absolutely perfect!

Gene took one look at the pixie cut photo I showed him and created the same look for my face with equal perfection! Both men are extremely skilled in their crafts. They helped me to create a brand new look and I am absolutely thrilled! If you are considering donating or just want a new look, Luxe Salon is the place to go! You will NOT be disappointed. I recommend them highly, especially these two superb stylists!

I have been going to Luxe for the last 12 years and never had one bad experience. Sue is so unbelievably talented I do not trust anyone else with my hair! From cuts, colors to extensions she always listens to me and delivers perfect results. Brie at the front always greats me so warmly and always accommodates me with my schedule. Luxe is a beautiful salon where I enjoy to sit and relax while my color processes. Very clean, extremely friendly staff. Go!

I went to Luxe Salon two weeks ago for a haircut w Gene. I told him I was interested in getting a streak in my hair.he introduced me to Linda. Walked out looking and feeling fabulous w my new haircut! Made the appointment w Linda. Saw Linda yesterday.walked out loving my new streak and blow out w Gene. Love this place.will continue coming here and referring this place to all my friends!

As usual, I leave Luxe Salon VERY happy. Stephanie is a master w color and a total pleasure to sit for. It's a wonderful 90 mins of relaxing for me, the whole staff could not be nicer and more welcoming. Don't imagine ever going anywhere else!

I am over the moon. Rick, a color expert and stylist, spent 4 hours working with my challenging hair. Luxe salon is the answer. When I called with a confusing blurb of words, mentioning like five different processes, they were so patient. It is so important to trust what is happening to your hair. Just. Thank you!

This review is for makeup. I Got my hair and makeup done here for a wedding back in February, my Hair was done by SuE she is was AMAZING, my makeup was done by a girl who's friend worked there, the girl was so sweet, my makeup was terrible, she must of been maybe 20. Like legit I'm so mad I even paid. But I let them know I had to be out by 1:15 I didn't leave until 1:45.

No problem we all run a little late. but The girl was not a professional makeup artist, i knew as soon as I sat down, I should of walked out where she glued my eyelashes on before doing anything else. I looked like trash, my skin was white. The only thing That was okay was my eyebrows. I was so embarrassed to walk to my car I ran home washed my face and redid my makeup in 15 mins. I'm more mad that the front desk women let me walk out like that.

I WOULD never if I owned or represented a salon, My husband told me I should call and say something, but I didn't wanna be a pain. But now I have another wedding coming up, and I now felt the need to let any other women who need makeup done, don't do it here.

All I have to say is OMG. After more than 20 than years of looking, I have finally found a salon to call home. I just had the best hair and color of my life and I don't say this lightly. Go see Linda and Gene- you will not be disappointed!

If you have bad hair day everyday day, my suggestion is to go visit Heather. I have long brown hair semi wavy. It was a complete mess, no matter what I did to it, it look awful. 8 years later, thanks to Heather. It looks great, it grows beautifully. Ever time I walk out of the Luxe Salon I feel like a million dollars. They have done everything possible to keep everyone safe.

I LOVE THIS PLACE - Specifically Gene & Linda. They really are "The Dream Team". I used to never go to get my hair done professionally. I would pay a solid chunk of money and then walk out of every salon so underwhelmed. So I figured why pay so much for something I can do myself. Then one day I craved a new hair style, and wanted to do some beautiful balayage highlites.

After what seemed like an endless search, I finally found Linda and was instantly in love with her work. She's incredible at coloring. After my consultation with her, she led me to her partner Gene, who is an absolute master with scissors. It's been almost a year since I stumped upon these two hair wizards. I've been there twice now and have walked out so happy each time. It's not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for, and honestly I wouldn't have it any other way.

They are beyond worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend Gene & Linda and Luxe Salon to anyone thats looking to change their hair style. Skip the cheaper salons. Skip the compromise on what you want. Go here and pay for your dream hair and walk out really looking like the picture. They're truly amazing.

Got recommended to Darlene at Luxe by a girl from my class. I wanted to get my girlfriend a haircut and color job she was feeling good about for her birthday. Her previous hairstyles was not doing the job anymore for her and she was not happy with their service. So in comes my gift card to Luxe Salon in Ramsey :. My girlfriend told me Darlene took the proper time and effort to understand exactly what she wanted and she did delivered just that. Needless to say her work was exceptional and I thought my birthday gift went a long way. She told me that she will be back to get her hair done again for my brothers upcoming wedding. Thank you Darlene and Luxe for your amazing customer service.

If your looking for an upscale salon that all around treats you right from head to toe, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I was so tired from going from salon to salon. This is the first time I've stayed in one place because there training/education/bedside manner is EXCEPTIONAL! They do it all. Linda is the best master colorist/stylist I've ever met! Enza is your go to for makeup, and facials. That's not all they do! Everything from eyelashes to all hair treatments! I always walk out feeling confident! My hair has never been healthier!

I cannot tell you what and amazing Team Linda and Gene is. Linda is a wonderful hair colorist. She listens to your ideas 1st then recommend what's best for you and your hair type. Gene is a "Guru" for cutting hair. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Gene won't stop until your haircut is perfect! The Team makes you very comfortable and sure you will leave Luxe Salon happy and beautiful.

Great atmosphere and very knowledgable. I went for a blowout and they got me in last minute. They use all new equipment and are able to have your hair done faster. It also last longer! I love this place! I wish they were open on Tuesday.

I get Eugene to cut my hair. I went in with my hair straight down just past my shoulders and no bangs. It dragged me down. My first cut was long bangs and short just below the ears. At least 4 people asked me where I got my hair cut. I went back, of course, and got a tad shorter and wanted the bangs out of my face. I know it is the style but having my hair in my face is so irritating.

So he styled it back and again, many compliments. My hair is not easy to cut or style. I have baby soft crap hair that is dry. I have cowlicks all over that make even parting my hair a chore. So being able to get a decent cut where it can look good day after day is a miracle. I don't always get that cut so staying here.

Made an appointment for today over the phone was told fine, set for 1:45pm with Linda. Got a call from them a few hours later cancelled appointment was told Linda was going to a play in NYC and had to leave at 1:00pm. Rescheduled with Sophia for same day at 1:30pm. When I arrived at 1:30 pm Lo & Behold LINDA was there! Was told she will see me then she will leave. Was escorted to the last available chair passed Linda on the way she was in the middle of another client! Wow Linda is going to be REALLY LATE to the play! Not quite sure what their agenda was. Needless to say I left! Terrible customer service! Will not return! The only good thing about Luxe is their employee Bernadette!.

Best haircut, color and invisible, subtle extensions. New to the area and highly recommended, the first experience was fantastic from start to finish. Walked in on a Tuesday to take a look and was warmly greeted by the owner, JoAnn and one of her front desk / appt leads, Amy. They could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Followed immediately on a Thursday with the best cut I've had in 18 years by Gene, and shiny, no fade color by Sue. 3 weeks later, Sue added extensions that changed the look of my hair to what my closest friends and family called "bouncy, shiny, fantastic - best you've had that we can remember". Best value and experience for the money!

Gene at Luxe Salon is the absolute Best! Consistent and professional always. I would never let anyone else ever cut my hair. Every cut is the greatest. I always get complimented on my haircuts! Luxe Salon in my opinion far exceeds other hair salons in the area.

I have not been so happy about my hair till today when I visited Luxe Salon.
