Weekly massage treatment will be a critical component in enabling you to be injury free, and give you the ability to consistently compete at a high level.

Chair Massage - On site massage takes place in a specially designed portable massage chair that we bring to your workplace. Sessions last from 10 to 30 minutes and is performed in your normal work attire. No oils are used. The massage is centralized to the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands as these are troublesome areas for most with carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, back and neck pain.
