EDEN! I HAVE NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THIS MAN IS! I have had scalp issues for years, been to so many different salons, but after meeting Eden, all my scalp issues are gone. I have been coming back to this salon for about 6 years and will always continue to come here only for him! Excellent service! My hair looks flawless, and it's all because of him!

This is a glamorous, luxury hair salon, but I feel welcome there. The color and cuts are exceptional. I have seen Ariana for my color for a few years now and she is the best at what she does. She listens and is an expert at her craft. I feel comfortable asking her to do whatever she thinks will be flattering. I get my cuts with Rocky, who is skilled with making my fine hair have some bounce. He has never tried to push me into any haircut or product. Excellent hair salon.

Today we received x2 treatments with Dawn, both massages were amazing. I must say I was very pleased with the COVID protocols that Diego Spa have implemented. Appointments, Temperatures checked, isolating clients in individual sanitized locker rooms. After each client everything is sanitized down. overall extremely happy with today's services and the staffs ability to accommodate and adapt to COVID but still provide a 10/10 service. we had Stone massage, Pre natal and Hair blow out with the wonderful Grace.

I've been going to Dieci for about 2 years now and this was the best decision I made. They take such good care of my hair. Eden, is my go to guy because everytime I leave, I look flawless. Love coming here!

I'm only giving it two stars because the girl that colors my hair did such a great job. But I can't get over the fact that I paid over $230 to get my hair colored and had to blow dry my own hair - in a closet! Management should be ashamed. If someone is paying that much money for a service, get someone to at least blow dry their hair. I wasn't getting a hair cut, so when I inquired about the blow dry, I was told it was an extra $50 to have a stylist do it.just for the blow dry.

But they informed me they had two blow dryers, two brushes and a mirror (thanks) in the closet if I wanted to do it myself before I walked out of the salon. Looking into other locations after that experience.

Diana is a superb colorist. Haircuts range in price from $75 on up to 1:20 or more. I've had a few blowouts and they've been good. I would like to try the makeup area but I haven't yet

Nice place. Team is welcoming and professional, I had my makeup and hair done there. Shannon did a wonderful job, my makeup looked really nice throughout entire photo session. Would definitely go back.

When your a MediSpa owner where do you go when you can't get in your own place? Dieci! Absolutely beautiful salon with people to match. They are so good I brought my staff here for the annual holiday party. They were thrilled! (And stealing ideas :)

I loved my stylist, Shawn Melvin. He is the best thing about the place otherwise it is just ordinary. The lighting is harsh, chairs not particularly comfortable, nor are you even offered so much as a drink of water while there. There is another talented stylist Grace Ross also so it is all about the talent there, I am guessing and not so much a luxurious experience which is what REALLY matters anyway. I hate to think they would charge if they did anything extra, lol

The front desk botched my booking and, when confronted with the mistake, insisted that I previously called to cancel my appointment (I didn't). I'm disappointed by their disorganization and dishonesty. I wish Dieci had the integrity to own up to its own mistakes.

This salon is more of an over-priced assembly line! I came for a haircut, and brought photos of this style I had two years ago which I hoped to bring back. Sadly the over-priced higher level stylist could not come close to the look I had requested despite photos. (All the stylist had to do was add some long layers in the front so my hair was not so heavy in my face).

Furthermore my hair was frizzy when she finished which does not happen when I do my own hair. On another note, the person who washed my hair was rude and did the worst job ever as she rushed to the point where she wound up putting my hair in terrible knots! She then quickly yanked at the knots she created with a comb that pulling out a great deal of my hair!

Everyone rushes around in the salon and when I was there, and nobody smiled and made me feel at ease. I paid a fortune for this dreadful wash/haircut/blowout, and overall experience so I do not recommend the Dieci salon.

After a small hiccup in service manager came to the rescue Christie Salvatoriello performed that rescue! Thank you Christie!

I have been coming here for many many years ( since 1992).used to bring my daughter as she attended all her special events over time. I am particularly pleased with color (by Ariana) and an awesome blow-out ( by Dierdre)! So very pleased with results. Any of their hairdressers would be amazing, Akila is awesome, too and so many others ( too many to mention)!

The key is education, their staff is always working on learning latest styles and techniques and it shows. The products they use are top of the line. Salon provides many spa services and treatments. I would highly recommend them! The newly remodeled facility is also super efficient and aesthetically pleasing!

I've been to this salon a few times for a blow out. I love the way my hair looks every time. The prices are a little expensive - I've paid at least $50 for a wash and blow out every time. My normal salon near my old home and work had entry level stylist options for a cheaper but still consistent blow out. I would love to see Dieci implement a similar system so I don't feel guilty every time I get a blow out!

Ariana did a great job fixing my not so great dye job and she it did it with such confidence and ease. Her sweet personality is a plus to her evident talent. Thanks!

This place is absolutely stunning! Although the prices are a bit hefty, you definitely get what you pay for as far as having a lovely spa experience. I took my fiance here for his birthday -- he received the sea salt scrub and hot stone massage and I got the Green tea pedicure and manicure. I must say that the technicians were gentle and scrubbed my feet with such ease compared to the vigor of normal nail salons.

The wrapped my feet in a green tea wrap which made my dead skin come off so easily! I was amazed. However, the overall manicure and pedicure was average since the regular nail salons could do the same for more than half the price. They didn't even massage my feet as long as I expected! My boyfriend enjoyed his scrub and massage (he actually raves about it), so i would definitely go back to try a body treatment.

As far as the spa experience, they offer food such as cake, fruits, coffee, tea etc. and make sure every need of yours is taken care of. Would definitely go back to try other treatments!

This salon is amazing! When you walk in you are greeted with warmth and style. All of the women were very welcoming and helpful. The entire staff is very nice but I want to point out the specifics of each individual stylist who helped me. My hair was colored by Arianna and I have never gotten so many compliments in my life. I got a balayage done and the color is simply beautiful.

She took the time to listen to my needs, discuss the texture of my hair and give me this amazing color. Cassie took care of my blow out after. She was recommended by almost everyone in the salon because of how amazing she is at creating a natural looking wave in hair and they were right! She was super nice and accommodated with me tremendously when it came to finding someone in the salon to cut my hair!

My hair was cut by Frankie and the cut is fantastic. I haven't cut my hair in about 2 years and it was extremely dead and uneven and she gave me the most beautiful style I think I've ever had. She also styled my hair extension to blend perfectly with my hair! Great experience! I recommend each one of these stylists to anyone and everyone. The salon itself is gorgeous as well.

Gaby with color is amazing and Ashley with blow outs are great and sweet. front desk girls can be little rude with a attitude.

My 3 boys (ages twin 8 and 10) and I have been getting great haircuts and service from Ann Marie and Mike at Dieci Umo since they opened. I recommend them highly. I do, however want to issue a jeers to Paul the owner and Lisa the manager for not permitting clients to put tips on a credit card on Christmas Eve. The staff was working hard the day before Christmas and their customers were shocked to find out that their normal practice of putting the tip on the credit or debit card was suspended without notice. I am sure they all lost out. Boo.

I have frizzy hair and I went to Alex (female) for a blow out and curl style as I had a wedding later that day. She did a FABULOUS job. Despite the humidity of an outdoor ceremony in July, my hair stayed perfectly. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I get my hair done all the time and it was like she had known me for years.

I usually only get my hair done at Dieci, but after a stressful week I decided to get a last minute facial. Roxanne was great, I would really recommend her.but this was really was not the facial I expected for $150. Firstly, this is the first facial I have ever gotten where they do not use a steam machine. Considering I do not have perfect skin by any means, I really find this to be a staple to a facial. Secondly, I am aware this was not a massage and therefore is not meant to be as much of a "relaxing" experience, but I could hear loud thumping noises, people talking right outside the door and the music was a little irritating. Thirdly, the facial did not make much of a difference to my face and a couple of days later I find myself feeling the same way about my trouble areas.

It may be that the products they use are so "organic and all natural" that they do not work as effectively? All in all, the experience was just "okay". I am trying to rate it fairly as I know a facial here cannot be up to par with one at a resort or hotel (some resorts give you use of a shower, jacuzzi, etc in the spa area). However, I have gotten facials at smaller and less prestigious salon/spas and have had better experiences to rave about and results that I was happy with.

I've been looking for a good salon in the area for the longest time and decided to take my chances at Dieci. The salon is absolutely huge and gorgeous! There is a waiting area for children and/or spouses. I got a haircut and a conditioning penetration treatment with Joe. He was amazing! His shampoo massage was to die for! He took his time and knew how to bring my hair back to life.

I loved how they introduced me to new products but weren't pushy like a lot of salons are. Their boutique is huge and has a wide variety of products. They also have an awards system. For every dollar you spend, you get 5 points that you could put towards future visits.

I have been going here for over 10 years and frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sandi colors and cuts my hair since I was in high school and Nicole Merc is usually my go-to if I need a bombshell blow-dry! The girls who work here are professional, talented, friendly and efficient. Even though I spend an arm and a leg in here for my color especially, it is worth every penny. Sandi is a color genius! I've sent 5 other women here after they had hair disasters at other salons, and they keep coming back as well! I highly recommend this place! Don't look anywhere else for amazing hair.

Donna B. did my updo for a fabulous wedding. She was spectacular. Perfectionist, detail oriented, obsessed. I deducted a star because although they were nice, the girls who handled my rollers seemed unprepared and confused on how to do it. Apparently they messed up because we had to wash my bangs part way through my updo when Donna realized there was way too much hairspray and she couldn't style my hair. Definitely recommend this place and Donna B. for updos!

I visited the Spa twice, once in 2007 and today. My husband gave me a package the first time, and I had the spa treatment. Today I went to get a pedicure done, also thanks to my husband: he won a Spafinder.com gift card. I WILL NOT pay out of my own pocket to visit this place for spa or pedicure. It is way overpriced. Can't recall much about the spa experience, except that there was nothing out of ordinary. Amanda was the lady giving me the pedicure today.

She did a mighty fine job, but I can get the same service paying much less. I saw other reviewers mentioning the front desk. I had a nice experience walking in, but leaving was another story. Anyway, go somewhere else for manicure/pedicure.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeek is the right word for this place! Sorry but wayyyyyyyyyy over priced for a really inexperienced service! Ok so I had a facial there which costed me $90 which is a good $25 over the average standard price just so I could wear a plush robe basically lol I was told to dress into this terry cloth robe and enter into this facial room. The place was pretty and the spa area was very nice but I could have done with none of that if they actually gave me a good service on what I was paying for!

I had some young girl, younger than me and I'm in my 20's lol give me a facial. I explained to her, as I do to ALL my facialists wherever I go that I have very sensitive skin. She cleanses me with an abrasive salicylic acid scrub then proceeds to steam me and pop my pimples with a needle! She squeezes the hell out of my face causing me to tear the whole 45 minutes I had to be there and then put some sort of finalization cream on my face that burned.

I walked out of their hanging my head in horror because I was all red, blotchy, pale white like a ghost. I was embarrassed to walk past the hair salon people which was my only escape out of this place after she tortured my face for about an hour. The best part, she then had the nerve to pull me into one if their consultation rooms and try to sell me the salicylic acid scrub she used on my face that I was in pain about!

If you know anything about skin care products and have a remote idea about sensitive skin, why in the world would you put any kind of acid let alone an abrasive scrub on someones face who is super senstive!?!?! I would like to believe this person didn't go to school for this based on her complete lack of knowledge about skin. Which should be astonishing in itself that your going to this "high end" salon and paying a much higher premium for a facial then anywhere else and getting an inexperienced and obviously uneducated person working on you! It makes me wonder how places like this stay in business. Seriously. Stay as far away from this place as possible for your skin's sake!
