Harmony Day Spa

Ooh! I came here back in May to get an upper back massage and stretch. I felt like going to sleep when he was done (sorry, I don't remember his name but I think he may be the only male there). I was given water before my appointment and asked if I need more water upon leaving. The atmosphere and energy was calming and relaxing. I'd definitely recommend for those experiencing lower and upper back pain. The prices are accommodating and decent.

First time here and would absolutely go back. A calm, relaxing massage and left with great nails and eyebrows.

Such a wonderful place with the most lovely people. I had a facial there with Christi and she was so gentle and considerate - I had the most relaxing 60mins! Sam had an initial consultation with me and gave me such brilliant advice on how to improve my skincare journey going forward. Thanks xx

Had the best massage here. The place was probably the cleanest spa I've been to, the massage therapist (cindy) was great. it was quiet and I did not hear people (not even sure if it was just me there). Would definitely go back

Beautiful clean salon, with beautiful, kind, welcoming staff. I suffer with anxiety and I have always been too nervous to get a treatment but I have now had two amazing treatments with the wonderful Agnes, she is such an amazing beautician, she makes me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this salon and I am looking forward to going back.

Amazing experience, I went with the 90 minute facial especially after all the stress of 2020. Amy and her staff are always a pleasure they treat you like you've known them forever. I have had facials done in the past but never by anyone as knowledgeable. My skin has been dry and cooking professionally over heat everyday doesn't help but yesterday gave me major confidence. Thank you ladies highly recommend if you need to relax and some glow!

Amy was very knowledgable and I felt very relaxed throughout my treatment experience. I went for microcurrent facial and loved my results! Even my husband noticed immediately!

The massage and facial I received were first rate. Both rhe masseuse and the facialist were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The facialist did not try to sell me products, although they clearly have a full offering. There is only one drawback and that is this is on the second floor above a beauty salon. While nicely appointed, there is less of a spa feeling than you get in a freestanding, larger facility.

If you want that, this is not for you. The prices are the same as a larger spa, but given the services are of equal or better quality, this isn't a concern for me, but it is something you should know

This spa is my happy place! Amy is incredible - she is always up to date on various skin and body techniques and I've never walked away less than completely thrilled with the results. She customizes treatments to her client's needs and never tries to oversell products. I trust both her skill and her advice immensely!

I enjoyed my visit at the Harmony Day Spa. The staff was kind and courteous. It was clean and a welcoming environment. Amy my masseuse was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with after care at home. Definitely would recommend this Spa and will be going back soon.

Your spa is very pretty, clean, organized, it smelled nice, and was welcoming. I got greeted as soon as I came in and was offered water. Cindy was very nice, gave a great massage and focused on the areas of pain. She created a very relaxing environment

My wife and I went in for facials and were treated like royalty! Cold bottles of water, hot coffee, fresh fruit, and scones welcomed us as we entered. The lobby smelled amazing and had a calming ambiance. The person who did my facial was named Treasure and she was absolutely amazing! My wife also loved the woman who helped her. I highly recommend Harmony Day Spa and I'll definitely be going back!

I always travel to Harmony Day Spa for all my beauty treatments. They are extremely good value for money. Staff is always professional and helpful, treatments are great quality and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

Every time I go to Harmony Day Spa I am never dosappointed. I always come away feeling so calm and relaxed. The staff are amazing and very helpful and there is always such a lovely calming atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience and I shall continue visiting this lovely place for as long as I can.

Me and my wife love coming hear excellent customer service and treatments. massage was great and my wife recently enjoyed hear eyebrow threading and massage which I treated her too. Staff are fabulous and very welcoming. Highly recommended from someone that loves a good massage and prices are very reasonable for the area.

I've received tons of massages, but WOW this one was so good that I am reviewing it right away. Cyndy gave me the best deep tissue I could've asked for. She was attentive to all the places that needed it and always made sure she was applying the right amount of pressure I desired. She used the hot stone in extremely sore places, making it even better! The spa itself, owner and staff are just as amazing. Clean, friendly and uplifting environment. Highly recommend!

Helpful staff with unique products for joint relief. Small quiet place. Deep tissue massage done by cyndi was lovely. A little sore afterwards. Hopefully that means it worked. Possibly will go back for a facial.

Disgusted in how I have been treated whilst paying for a treatment @HarmonyDaySpa - I have recently moved to Royston, I needed a new salon for treatments, so I booked in for eye lash extensions. While having this treatment a member of staff failed to mentioned a pot of glue was next to my head, she then left the room whilst my eyes where shut I turned my head and the glue fell onto the side of my scalp which caused my head to burn, not only was my head burnt the treatment of the lashes was poor especially considering I had shown a photo of how I normally have them, I expressed I wasn't happy she told me the glue would brush out.

The glue did not brush out I was left in agony with burns on my scalp, I rang @HarmonyDaySpa the owner @Patricia told me to come down one day after work it then took an hour of my evening to remove the glue, she said she would call me back to arrange an appointment to fix my lashes however I did not receive a call, I then kept calling finally @Patricia took my call and said she has no space for me at least for another 3 weeks this would be now 6 weeks from the original appointment, I expressed I was really unhappy and this was not acceptable she then put the phone down on me without resolving the issue!

I then went to the shop with a formal complaint asking for a refund for the injury I had received, the poor customer service and all the time wasted! @Patricia told me I would not get a refund. I would not recommend having treatments here, especially as they are unable to resolve any issues denying everything, however I have photos of my burnt scalp!

In my eyes if your staff injure a paying customer as well as taking so much of their time, this needs to be resolved or a refund needs to be given, if I went to @Topshop and bought a shirt & it had a burn mark in I would take back to get a new one or a refund. DISGUSTING TREATMENT FROM @HARMONYDAYSPA, DISGUSTING & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had my sister's baby shower spa day here today and we had a lovely time! Thank you so much for making it so special! The treatments were fantastic! I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Amy does amazing facials! She is always super pleasant and welcoming, the spa is clean and very relaxing. My skin feels fabulous after having a treatment at Harmony! I need to get a massage here soon!

For those of you that are coming here for the first time, just know that Harmony Day Spa is located in the back of the building on 10 Brookside Ave, on the second floor (right above Henri Le Salon). Came here for a facial this morning. absolutely loved it! To begin, my appointment started on time. Rarely do I have a spa appointment anywhere that is on time, so this was appreciated. Amy was friendly and super knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good recommendations for products to use on my skin, without giving me a hard sell on any products.

She took her time with the extractions, and explained each step of the facial process as she went along so that I was aware of what was going on. I left feeling refreshed and with my skin glowing. Would definitely recommend.
