I'm disappointed by the way they handle defective merchandise/returns/exchanges. I ordered six fitted sheets and they all arrived with brown spots. Contacted MW and was told to email pictures and I'd hear back from the manufacturer. Heard nothing. Three weeks later, I called MW and was told that the manufacturer was going to send replacements. Was told someone would follow up with the manufacturer.
I asked if I should expect a phone call or email with an update. Was told no, the sheets would just arrive. It's been 4 weeks since I emailed the photos. No sheets. No refund. No expectation of follow-up.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Got a confirmation from my bank $651 purchase was made. 2 weeks later no package. I call they have no history of me even attempting to make said purchase. I'm not screwed without supplies and they won't even give me free expedited shipping for their systems errors. I loose out on the discounts I had with the order placed too. I'm livid.customer service was very poor, offering someone free expedited shipping would've been more appropriate.

Massage Warehouse does not care about their customers. I was there to pick up an order I needed quickly and forgot to order a few other things. They would NOT let me pay and grab the things I needed. Dawn Rogers (not sure of her name spelling) was the person who said she would not help me and I would have to wait at least 30-45 minutes before I could get the additional items.
I was there in person ready and willing to pay for 2 face cradle covers and she just did not want to help me. I am sure if I was a VIP customer I could have gotten my items right away, but it is obvious I don't matter to them. So, I will no longer be their customer and I recommend everyone find a different place to get massage supplies.one where you get faster service and have better customer service. I already ordered my missing items from a different place with no hassles.

My wife ordered a set of ocean colored sheets, they sent sage.twice. After we accepted their return label and sent the sheets back in efforts to get the correct color of ocean, they sent sage again. When I spoke with a customer service manager named Dawn, she just said I'm sorry you're not happy with color, the colors vary, we've been battling this the entire time I've been here (10yrs) and there's nothing we can do about it.
I'll send you a return label and refund your money, or you can go through all of this again or you can keep the sheets and be unhappy with them. I'm not going to compensate for any of your inconvenience! After a few minutes of me pushing the issue, she offered 10% off and said that was just to try and get me off the phone! I would not recommend do business with this company to anyone! Find your supplies someplace else!

I ordered a bolster and paid extra to get it in 3-5 days. I needed it for a client that I was seeing 8 days after I placed the order. As I was checking the tracking it was set to arrive in 5 days, then it sent me a message it was running late but would arrive the following day. All day the site showed it was still arriving that day with no further updates.
It finally came 2 days later. Meanwhile I sent massage warehouse an email the day it finally showed up and it took them 10 days to respond to me.claiming it was still within the time frame becuase it business days which is not the point when the site was never updated and it showed it arriving until it didnt. Taking 10 days to repsond, what time of customer service is that? I will not order from them again. Hopefully they get their issues worked out moving forward.

I had only ordered from Massage Warehouse once or twice before (quite awhile ago), but after my last order I know to never risk using them again. I placed an order for supplies I need in order to operate my business back in November, and after two weeks of no updates I reached out several times as I was running out of product and hoped to get an estimate shipping date (the worst-case original shipping date on the order had passed).
Numerous emails were unanswered, I tried calling twice in the evening and sat on hold for almost 20 minutes before giving up each time. I finally sent to request to cancel the order as I had to go with another vendor in order to continue operating my business. After I had canceled the order, Massage warehouse charge my credit card and mailed it. When I reached out about it that was also left on answered.
I finally was able to get someone on the phone who told me that if I didn't want the product I had to return it at my own expense, even though the order had been canceled. I was also told they don't answer emails because they get "thousands and thousands each day" and "answering them would be impossible". (This is in regards to the two email addresses provided on both their order forms and their website for customers to reach out to.) Normally I would bite the bullet so I don't have to deal with this kind of stress, but the product is quite heavy and I am an independent business owner doing my best to make ends meet.
The couple people I emailed with stopped responding and the person I spoke with on the phone said they are not authorized to take returns unless the customer pays shipping, regardless of the reason. There are enough reasons to be stressed in the world. Ordering from Massage warehouse is absolutely not worth it. The Internet gives us plenty of other options for quality vendors who understand what customer service is.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I sent over 3 credit applications since December 16, 2021. It's now January 14, 2022 and still no response. Sometimes when you call you will be hung up on. Email response can be way longer then a 2-3 day response time. If someone is out sick in the corporate sales department they literally do not have another person that is knowledgeable enough to be a replacement.
I had high hopes for this company because of their product selection but judging from the past comments and lack of help with my credit application, I would not recommend them. They also have an outdated credit application process. They still use paper! You literally have to download the application. Fill it out. Scan it, and fax or email, it back. In the age of technology, "Why is a company still doing this?" I try so hard not to use Amazon because of their company culture, but I see why people do.

I was a loyal MW customer for years. Got all my oil, lotion and linens here. Recently ordered some flannel sheets. All my sheets are the same color for a reason. It's easy to interchange them as needed. I could have ordered another color through another company for less money with free shipping but I wanted to stick with the same company and color I've been ordering for years.
But the color that arrived was nothing like what I had expected. When I called about returning or exchanging them they said I would have to take pictures to prove that the color of the sheets was wrong. Then they told me I would have to ship them back at my own expense. They also charged me extra to ship to a residence, which has never happened before.
I prefer to receive items at my home rather than my office as it is more secure. I was really disappointed in the way they responded when I called. There was no real attempt to maintain me as a customer even when I stated I'll be doing my business elsewhere in the future. I have been a loyal customer since 2004. Not anymore. In this day and age of free shipping and easy returns, I wanted to stay with the company I knew and trusted for so many years even when I had to pay extra to ship them to my home as well as to get them here in a reasonable time. I would expect even a fraction of the same loyalty in return when I call and state that I'm unhappy with my order. I'll be finding a new supplier.

I purchased a massage table in September 2021. It came and all was well. Yesterday I received an email confirmation for the same massage table that I purchased in Sept 2021.except I did not make another purchase. Nor have I visited the massage warehouse website since September. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. Be wary of purchasing from this company. Very disappointing, as I've heard good things from other customers.

This company has s poor customer service. I ordered a bunch of massage supplies for my business. When I noticed that 2 of the same essential oil I ordered (I ordered one), I quickly emailed them (as it was after hours to call), to take one off. The person (Brian), said it was at my end and that when I received them to start a return. Now I emailed right after the order was made and it wasn't shipped until a day later.
He could have easily taken off the oil. So I had to call and spoke to a rude woman. I also had ordered the Amber Green Tea Mint massage oil. It smelled awful. I was asked to find a lot number and to call back. No lot number and as far as calling back, good luck to me. It was difficult getting them on the phone in the first place. I will find a new supplier.

If you order, call to confirm *even if* you get a confirmation number. I was waiting for my order, finally called when it became past the time it should've arrived, only to be told they could only see part of the info for the order but someone at their co decided it shouldn't go through? Or something? I don't know they were very weird about it and seemed confused, could not tell me if my card had even been charged, refunded, or anything, but if it had been charged it would "go away" which was an odd choice of words.
Regardless they had all my contact info and did not bother to let me know, so I waited weeks, and now I have to order elsewhere and continue waiting. Not the end of the world but definitely subpar.

Order arrived damaged. Would not replace or adjust price. Bottles of massage oil deeply dented so as to not function properly. Trying to use or squeeze to press out dents caused product to squirt out and wasted it. I sent photo they requested and spoke with supervisor who was very rude. Told product was ok even though the bottles were severely dented.
I'd ordered items in past without this issue. Supervisor argued with me and blamed it on shipping and and then blamed me for not being able to get dents out of bottles. Unbelievable.

Website is very slow and shipping is even slower. Website will tell you that an item is available and ready to ship when you place the order. Once the order is submitted and paid for, then you are notified of a back order, which seems happen on most of their items. Not a very customer friendly company. You must pay for shipping on all returns (which is generally about what the item cost).

Placed an order Oct 30. I only received one of my two shipments and the essential oils all arrived cracked as they had been inappropriately packed for shipping. I called for replacements and still have not received them. My second shipment, according to the post office, was damaged and sender was notified, but I still have not had any communication regarding replacement. I will not be wasting my time and placing orders here.

Apparently when they fixed the problem with their website, the order I was trying to place went through. I emailed them and explained what happened and requested that one of the orders be canceled. The next day, I received two shipping confirmation emails. I called and was told that one of the packages would be intercepted. It wasn't. I returned one of the packages without even opening it. It's been about 5 weeks since they received the return and I still haven't been refunded.

I am a massage therapist for over 35 years, and have been a customer for as long as they were in business. I have purchased massage tables, table heating pads, moist heating pads, Linens aroma therapy, stones.everything massage related. I have used a particular massage lotion for many years. I couldn't find it on their website, and found it on Allegro Medical.
I specifically knew that the manufacturer of the Massage FX lotion, have gone to a new, but similar label. I specifically ordered the old green label, because I know this is a superior formula to the new one. The new formula was very inferior. I had no idea I was really ordering from massage warehouse. When I received the 2 gallons I immediately found out that MW sent the wrong lotion.
I told the customer service I wouldn't use this lotion and wanted my money back because on the website I ordered the Green label. They told me to send it back unopened, which cost me $40.00 plus the original 8.95. So I paid almost $50.00, for massage lotion, that only cost $56.00. I still haven't received my money back, and after being a customer for decades, I will no longer order from them again. I don't know who's running corporate, or if they are even reading all these complaints.it's too bad, but they are terrible customer service.

Crooked organization! If you buy something from them, be sure you're going to keep it, and I don't know how they'll treat you if you need to return due to malfunction. I purchased a towel steamer, and saw that it was too large for the space I had for it. Their return policy states that if returned within 30 days, no restocking fee will be applied.
I returned in 15 days, and they charged me 50% ($75) restocking fee because they claim that the box was damaged. $75 for a box! They claimed that the damaged box means that it now can't be resold. There are other platforms to get you items that do fair business. Steer clear of this company.

This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a table from them Dec 30th. Supposed to arrive, Jan 13th. Almost a month later, & still no table! I had to call & get an update on it, and they said it's the manufacturers fault. I asked what they are doing to keep their customers happy since this is ridiculous amount of delay, and she basically said I could change my order or I could cancel.
Neither are an option for me, so it's basically tough stuff. So delayed order, no update on telling me when I would get the chance to receive the item, and does nothing to keep their customers coming back. And I won't be back

Massage Warehouse is trash. I would not give business to Massage Warehouse for any massage related supplies. T In the time of covid, it's been especially hard for small businesses to do better when ordering from companies that did not specify back order time/delivery and that are selling products that have not been vetted/tested or compared to a control sample for QC.
My company ordered over $500 worth of items from this company at the beginning of April. We gave them slack because everyone was searching for hand san & cleaning products so a little wait was expected. T Three months later.we still didn't have everything we ordered. In June we picked up 16 cans of 19oz Lysol (4 - 4packs) from BJ's for $60.
When asking for an RMA to return 10 cans of $11 - 16.6oz disinfectant, we are getting the run around because they didn't fulfill the order in 30 days for PayPal to approve the funds. Not the customer's fault but we are required to pay to ship these items back that have not been charged to our account. Simple transaction. I asked for an RMA for the last 62 days and now I will not order from them again and I suggest you shop around before you give them your hard earned money.

What a horrible company. My 5 month pregnant wife ordered a product from Massage Warehouse to help with pain relief 5 days ago. When the product was ordered, the shipping was said to be 3-5 days and their website said nothing about a multi-day fulfillment period prior to the shipping time. She has yet to receive a shipping notification, and when we called to ask about the status of the product we were told they have no idea where the shipment is or when it will arrive.
We were given the USPS tracking number (which was never sent to us prior) and it said that the order is in pre-shipment and has not yet arrived at a USPS facility. We asked about cancelling the order, and they told us that they couldn't do that because it could be shipping at any moment, even though they have no idea where the shipment currently is.
We were told we could send it back for a refund, but would have to pay return shipping. This is a disorganized, dishonest mess of a company and I implore you to take your business elsewhere!

I ordered four Brown sugar scrubs from this retailer. One of the four leaked all over the box and was about 2/3 full on arrival. I emailed customer service and have never heard anything back. I even sent them pictures. At this point, I would say I don't really expect any resolution. If they are exponentially cheaper than anyone else you are looking to buy from, then I would consider them. Otherwise I wouldn't buy anything from them since they can't seem to ship their products in a safe fashion. I uploaded pictures of all the oil that leaked out.

I spend too much money on supplies to be nickel and dimed by a huge company especially when there aren't very many other massage supply places to shop with.

VERY DISAPPOINTED- to say the least. Horrible customer service. I purchased a portable NRG massage table for traveling. Do not purchase this item if you are expecting quality. I have been practicing for many years and this is truly a piece of the junk, along with the travel case. The flimsy vinyl like material is sure to melt in my car as I transport. Poorly designed straps.
Cheap buckles. Absolute junk. Most concerning is when I had my first (and only) client on this table and the table made a loud pop noise. Not comforting. NOT professional quality. When I spoke with customer service about the product and my wish to return it (days after receiving it), they said that an open product is not returnable. WTH?! If I were to return the product (on my own dime) they would only return "1/2" of the money. WHO decides this. Is this really policy?
The "manager" continued to boast and defend their customer service and quality product-disvaluing my contrary opinion. Appalling. In addition, the website advertised for this table to include a free bolster. I did not receive this. Apparently, I clicked the "wrong" item (exact same table- different item number appears when you order). Good business practice would to have understood my unhappiness with the entirety of the experience and attempt to sound genuinely concerned. Rectify it.

I will NEVER order from this company again. I placed an oil order 2/20, my card was charged on 2/21. The confirmation email said that I would receive an email when my items shipped, I did not. The order confirmation also said that my items would be shipped Fed Ex ground, with an estimated delivery date of 3-5 days. I called today (2/26) because I still hadn't received the shipping email or my oils after being charged a week ago.
The call rep and supervisor I spoke to were unpleasant and unhelpful. They didn't care that my oils were now taking 2 WEEKS to get to me. They said the estimated arrival date for my oils is now March 2nd and that it was actually shipped USPS ground. They didn't offer to refund my shipping or apologize for any inconvenience. I expected more from this company. Sorely disappointed. Do not recommend at all. This was also the first (and now last) time I have ordered from them.

I ordered 2 of the Saltability Himalayan Salt Sole Glass Jar with Spoon and Chunks (Item No: 200 0032) on 11/16/2018. When I opened the box I noticed that the jars did not have the cork lid as advertised on your website, and on my confirmation email ". a cork top and wooden spoon for stirring the sole". If you use a metal lid the sole will turn black and acrid tasting.
It is often warned not to use metal with sole. This is why I ordered the ones with the cork top. I also called and waited 20 minutes trying to get through to someone and listening to all of these advertisements and still could not get through, and this was during normal business hours. Quite annoying! I also wrote an email message to through the website and got no response. Also, the order did not come with "chunks rather smaller salt crystals (not that that matters too much, but another false advertisement).
Then I finally got through to a Matt on customer service, and explained to him what happened. I even told him if ha still had any salt jars left with the cork top I would do an even exchange. He said he would check with the warehouse. Then he said if he didn't he would send me a return label to send back the product minus the shipping. I asked why I would have to pay for shipping when I was the one who received the falsely advertised product, and he asked me to hold on for a few minutes.
After waiting again on hold he got back to me and said everything would be refunded including the shipping if they could not replace the original order with the correctly advertised product. My original order was in November, called and could not get through a few days after receiving the order, sent a message in November that was not returned then finally got through with a call.
I then waited for a few weeks. My girlfriend's birthday was December 10th and I did not hear back from anyone. Now it is after Christmas and I decided to try back and spoke with a Denise. She appoligised and sent me a return FedEx label right away. No I am filling out this survey. It is interesting on their survey that they have 5 dots going across the rating for me to select, but the dot does not tell you what value you are selecting.
I am guessing the rating goes from left to right, furthest left being "1" and so on. But they want you to become a member first. I think I will stick with Yelp. Anyway, I would give a zero or negative 1 if I could. Horrible customer service. Anyway, I will have to see if they even return my money. You can believe I will check this and how long it will take.

I placed an order, had a family medical emergency, and chose to cancel the order about 12 hours after it was placed. Massage Wearhouse chooses not to give their customers cancellation numbers, and also chose to charge my card and send me the merchandise anyway. It has been a month since they fraudulently took money from my account for a non-existent order.
My credit card company told me Massage Wearhouse aggressively insisted that the charges were pre-authorized and stole money from me. Massage Wearhouse refused to send and delayed emailing shipping labels to me so that I would go past their policy date of return and then they charge a restocking fee. Massage Wearhouse has not credited my account and I am turning them into the Attorney General office for theft from my bank card.
It was not until I let the supervisor Jessica know that I would do a complaint to the AG's office that she quit denying that I had cancelled the order. She admitted they do not give any verifying information that an order was cancelled. This is a large company that had been in business for over a decade. This is deliberate misconduct, misbehavior, violation of consumer trust, and I needed to let people know of this so they can protect themselves from this unscrupulous company that instead of doing honest business persists in their illegal and immoral conduct. Jessica repeatedly lied and mislead me about my cancellation of an order that according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations I had the right to cancel the moment I placed it and up to 14 days after the day I received the goods.
The supervisor Jessica originally told me on the phone that my order could not be cancelled and I would have to pay the large shipping fees to return an order that Massage Wearhouse sent even though I cancelled or I have to pay them. They need to go out of business. What a horrible company and their ethically challenged workers and management.

I've used massage warehouse off and on for 7 years now and have been less than impressed with their selection and customer service. Their sheets are subpar and never last more than a month. In particular, their flannel sheets are not worth what they're charging. After one wash they shrink too much to fit a standard massage table. I've left a review of their sheets but it never appeared on their site which makes me question all of their "good" reviews and how many low star reviews never get posted.
The only items they sell I would recommend are their selection of creams and oils. You can get a good deal on them sometimes but wait for a sale which they have almost continuously.

Do NOT buy from here, go straight to the manufacturer. I purchased a cupping sat for $223 when I got the cups I opened them and four of them were missing two were broke so I called and I told them what had happened and they said since I admitted to opening the product which means the box that showed up on my front door that now they couldn't do anything about it and they had to call the person that manufacture of the cups to call me.
No refund no nothing I said listen I only open the box to see what was in it and I could tell that these were broken and missing no one ever called me a refund was never issued so when I called back to complain again they just hung up on me. Unfortunately within that same order I ordered $129 cellulite cream one day I went to work and I opened it it it turned yellow and stunk to high heaven's.
I literally wasted hundreds of dollars with this company I did call Bon Vital and told them what had happened and they said they can only replace it with the same cellulite cream I really didn't want that back since it went rancid so fast but then they never even replaced it so I was out 130+ tax on that as well. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life I have never been treated so horribly go to Amazon put them out of business because they took hundreds of dollars for me never replaced either product and I refuse to buy from them ever again didn't even give me a credit wouldn't talk to me just multiple hangups and I am not that hard to please whatsoever I've never had a call A company like this. Look for an honest company with good morals because this is not it. They are originally a company called Script for Chiropractors I think. beware

I placed an order for 6 bottles of soap. A package of 4 bottles arrived. (The other 2 were back ordered). When I opened the package, it was the wrong product. I called Massage Warehouse to see how to get the order corrected and if the order could now be expedited. (I was told that it could not). The rep said that an email would arrive from both Fed Ex and Massage Warehouse with a shipping label.
I received the email from Fex Ex (none from Massage Warehouse). I chose the option on the Fed Ex email to have the Fed Ex office scan from a barcode on my phone. I went to the the Fed Ex office only to find that my town's office did not have the capability to scan from a phone. I went back home to choose the other option for printing the shipping label myself. Didn't work and I found the text explaining that once you chose an option you could not go back to choose the other option.
I called Massage Warehouse again to explain the situation. I was told that another label would be sent out to me, but that it was the last time that a label could be sent. I originally ordered correctly and paid promptly. It was their mistake, it has been mine time wasted and the experience has left an impression that I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere. Update: I had to call several more times with ongoing issues, but finally a rep improved the situation by crediting back the cost of the incorrect shipment. Appreciated that and increased the review by adding a star.

I purchased $350 worth of products.2 days later and they held double that on my bank account. When I called to ask what the extra charge was for (I thought my account had been hacked), they said they always hold double funds. But, I shouldn't worry because the hold will be off in 1-2 business days. WT*?! That was never made known to me ahead of time.
Who does want hundreds of dollars of THEIR OWN money held for even 1 day?! On top of that, 12 of the items I had ordered were canceled for some reason and I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't called. Not an email or anything to let me know not to expect them.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! Our office purchased a stool for our massage therapist that we were told was backordered and we would not be receiving it for a few months. We put it in the back of our minds and let a few months pass then contacted them to follow up. The representative we spoke to said they had sent the stool out 8 days after we placed our order and that it had been delivered.
I told her that we had never received the order and asked if they would send a replacement but she declined saying that it was sent and delivered and because a few months had passed we couldn't file a replacement claim despite the fact that if they had not told us it would take a few months we would have been keeping an eye out for it and would have filed a claim soon. Needless to say we spent $100 including shipping for a stool we never received. Terrible customer service, we will never be using them again.
