New and clean facility with nice staff. It was also great receiving a 25% discount. However, I asked for a deep tissue massage and got a gentle Swedish massage. No firm pressure throughout the entire 90 minutes. Thank goodness it was the same price.

Today Friday 13th my wife and I had a Maturity couples package( full body). My massage was actually awesome but the reason I scheduled the massage was my wife is 7 months pregnant and she was complaining about her feet swelling up and lower back pains. Her technician did not touch her feet at all. I'm horrible upset after I tipped $50 cash. I want a full refund because now I have to do her feet at home after I paid $250 dollars total

I went for my mother, to treat her, and the experience was great and she enjoyed the massage. The only complaint she had was that the water cups didn't seem professional, a small bottle of water would've done much better than a tiny water cup

I came to the Sandy Springs location (Barfield Rd) of the Buckhead massage company and LOVED my experience. I haven't gotten a ton of massages in my life, but this was definitely my favorite. The woman who I saw, Michelle, was awesome! An hour long massage is super thorough and plenty of time in my opinion. She was thoughtful with my injuries and so wonderful. This place was extremely clean, professional, and luxurious. When I get another massage, I'll come back.

Amazing couples massage! Will be coming back twice a year to get readjusted and relaxed! Such a pleasant experience and comforting with educated professionals.

Verona was terrific. I went in for an hour deep tissue massage and wanted to relieve muscle tension from exercise and an injury a couple years back. What I got was the best message and advice from my therapist. She was able to detect and work on the needed areas. The salon itself seemed quaint, peaceful and professional. The location and signage were a small challenge but once inside felt comfortable.

The room was kinda small but enough space for what was needed. The warm message table was the bomb! I need one of those at home. While I have had head to toe messages before this excluded glands but I preferred she work on my tight Glutes and Piriformis syndrome. I would go again soon if not leaving the area; however I plan to send my mom for her birthday gift if not sooner. When back in the area I will go again. Four stars for the location but a five star experience.

Wow, this place is great. Easy parking (no garage parking necessary). Scheduling was a breeze, be mindful that they will need a deposit for an appointment. We booked a 90 minute couple massage with Verona and Shaquis and it was great! We were raving about the massages all night. Temperature of room was good, it was dark with soft music playing. Deep tissue was firm with hot towels.

My only recommendation for improvement is not to wash linens during the massage as it can be heard in the couple massage room. At one point during dryer cycle, my massage table was vibrating! We will be back for two hour massages.

Words cannot express the awesome incredible massage received from Christine she has magical hands. I tried them the first time and had someone else who was not so good and decided I was not coming back but my bestie suggested I try Christine and boy was she spot on. Christine is the best and I am hooked. She really has worked magic cause I have a bad case of neuropathy and she has really helped. Kudos Christine you are awesome

I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. I booked an appointment on phone for my fiancee as a surprise on her birthday. When she went there they told her that there is no such appointment even after showing the confirmation email with therapist name and time mentioned. Ruined the special day for her. They never informed before about the appointment is cancelled or not in their system.

When I called them they were rude and started questioning me ton of questions like name of the person you booked the reservation(not sure why should I be knowing that) when I had a legitimate booking done from their massage center over phone. I still haven't got any response - poor customer service and bad experience from this place. Never coming back again.

My husband and I just got a massage with Christine and Shaquis. It was amazing! One of the best massages we've ever gotten. The place was nice and clean and staff was friendly too.

Absolutely awesome experience. The place is not in a high traffic area, it's setup for peace. The decor is minimum and simple. Honestly it was a very relaxing, refreshing, welcoming atmosphere. I'd ABSOLUTELY come back and I'd tell 10 friends to schedule an appointment. The massage was great but the service was even greater!

Oh my goodness this place is Amazing! From the booking, to the actual massage EVRYTHING was top notch! I was having issues breathing because of my seasonal sinus flare up but my massuse reccommended some Eucalyptus oil and it made the experience even better! My wife and I got a couple's massage and we both left feeling amazing! It made our anniversary trip even better!

I've been traveling for work the past two weeks and desperately needed a massage. Their website made it super easy to book appointments. The gentleman at the front desk was super sweet. The massage therapist was AMAZING-- very communicative and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I did the couple's massage for my birthday and I HIGHLY recommend this place. I am a physical therapist and was very impressed. The masseuse had excellent hands, used great massage techniques, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of anatomy and muscles.

Let me first start off by saying, "BEST MASSAGE EVER"! Even though I was about 5-10 mins late, due to that Atlanta traffic, I didn't get that side eye of, "You're late". The receptionist was very nice, cordial, and understanding. Second, JEFF WAS AMAZING! He truly has hands from heaven! Very professional, knowledgeable, and focused on those key areas. Ahhhh mazing I came in for a birthday swedish massage and it was absolutely Ahhhh MAZING! the massage table had a heating pad that soothed my soul . The massage was very pleasant the environment was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean a well I'll definitely be back

Fantastic service! We went for a couples massage. We had Casey and Katie. They both were very friendly! My husband and I were very pleased with the massage! They Both asked did we have any special requests and also anything we didn't want done. The massages were EXCELLENT! Both to my liking. My hubby was snoring so I know he really enjoyed his massage lol.

As far as covid protocols I say them constantly wiping and constantly making sure things were appropriate for covid. Everyone had on masks and they got you back to your room right away. Highly recommended!

Called for a last minute appointment (literally within an hour) and the team was extremely accommodating. I got a Swedish massaged mixed in with some specific muscle work and it was absolutely incredible. I suffer from severe back spasms and Gigi, the masseuse, was aware of this and was very in tune to my pain. This salon is a hidden gem and I'm so glad I found it. Definitely will continue going. As the piano music played, April played a symphony all over my body ( ".")! She popped and massages ALL of my pain. I felt like a delicate puff pastry dough being made into a beautiful treat to eat with a dash of confectionary sugar sprinkles on top. You think I'm kidding ( ' -' ). I can see why they are rated #1 in ATLANTA! Holy mother of the stars I'm coming back to them, EVERY. TIME. So, keep that massage table warm for me April, because I'll be back no doubt lol!

I found this place a few months ago and was very impressed with the service and the price was fantastic for a 90 minute massage. I have only had massage treatments from Verona but am sure the others are great. I'm a long distance runner and Veronica did an amazing job working through some serious tough spots. They also use BioFreeze which is very therapeutic for sore muscles. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here and definitely recommend if you want a great massage and aren't wanting to spend a fortune to get it.

It isn't cheap but they do a great job. Their signature house massage is awesome, and the therapists clearly know what they're doing. I've been seeing Lita and she is excellent and so sweet. I am considering investing in a gift certificate for a series of massages because it makes it a little bit cheaper. Supposedly they also run specials via Facebook and email (and Twitter, which I don't use), but I have yet to see any.

I've had massages, and being in town for a few weeks for work, it's always a gamble finding a place when you need a quick fix. I found BMC online, and called to book an appointment for that evening. Well, it was more than I could have expected! Not only was the reception warm and inviting, but I had an amazing experience. The massage was firm, and my therapist listened to my verbal cues and my breathing to release tension that had been building for weeks. It's a beautiful thing when you find a therapist who enjoys her craft and my only wish is that this place existed in Chicago! I'll be back every time I visit Atlanta!

This is my favorite hidden gem of a massage spot. Sure, we can all go to Spa Sydell, but I kind of like the non-hoopla, no pressure atmosphere of this tiny place hidden off of Piedmont Road. I tend to hold all of my tension in my neck and upper back and I've been absolutely delighted with the four masseuses I've visited here. Once, I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep - it doesn't get much better than that! They offer 60- and 90-minute sessions as well as gift certificates. Next time you need a hands-on session that will leave you calm and rejuvenated, check them out.
