Sweetgrass

I visited Sweetgrass Spa for my birthday yesterday and I'm so glad I chose this spa! Everyone there were super friendly and welcoming, it's absolutely beautiful in there and such a relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk in. I got my massage from Tania, and I just have to say, she's amazing, you have to book with her. She's amazingly sweet and was incredible in regards to the massage, I felt like I was on a cloud by the end of it. I definitely will be coming back and already started telling my friends to come visit! Thank you ladies for making my first experience such a good one!

I brought my mom to this gem of a spa on Mother's day weekend and from the initial booking to saying goodbye our total experience was nothing short of incredible. The spa is beautifully designed and relaxation is the theme. We had lunch 1st (highly recommend the Sweetgrass salad and the salmon) We enjoyed a glass of wine while we sat in our plush Sweetgrass robes and slippers our exact size.

We went on to enjoy the pool, hottub and sauna. Our massages and facials done by Tanya were completely transformational! Thank you Melissa for being the perfect host! Adelle was super accommodating. Thank you for your amazing hospitality you have helped to create beautiful memories that will last a a lifetime. Can't wait to see you all again soo! PS those cookies on our way out were to die for and absolutely the icing on the cake;)

Terrible service and felt racial discrimination. Paid lots of money for Terrible services with the exception of the Massage. Felt neglected and treated as racially profiled based on the colour of my skin and my party. Made arrangements 1 month in advance for services and lunch. But, when arrived Nothing was organized or prepared and wasn't even given a menu to decide what to order for lunch.

Staff had coloured people working but felt as if I nor my party was not entitled to be there or treated as we could not afford the prices for lunch as the Server kept repeating the prices of things over and over Again when we were fully aware the costs involved. Called the manager and left messages but have not received a phone call or response back.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SPA. Waste of money and time. Would Never recommend this Spa. old facility with Lousy customer service and over priced and parking is not a option. Paid parking

Amazing spa experience and such a pleasent atmosphere. Recieved a gel pedicure and my technician was so nice and did an amazing job. Staff at the front were also friendly and made my experience relaxing and fun. Would 10/10 go back!

I'm a newbie when it comes to spa treatments such as a body polish. Shadi took such good care of me and did a great job on my mani. The atmosphere was comforting, relaxing and safe. A couple hours at Sweetgrass was the perfect start to a mini mid-week vacation in the city.

I try to come here with my mom wherever we drive down to Toronto. We live that it's a woman's only spa especially considering that my mother wears a hijab. The massages are always great and the team is so nice. I dropped my phone into the pool and it does (my fault) and they were so helpful! Printed a map with directs to get out of Toronto as well as letting me use there phones and stay past their hours until I could figure out another way home.

I recently went for a facial at Sweetgrass spa - from the moment I walked in a felt welcome and at ease. Once I was changed and in the facial room, I feel like I was given the best experience! From the cleansing, the the mask and extractions - and also all of the massages that were incorporated in the process. My skin looked and felt amazing! I will def be back!

Love it here. I've been to other spas and keep coming back to this one because it's so cozy and the customer service is amazing. I went on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all.bit was great because I didn't feel rushed at all and felt very taken care of. I booked the ayurvedic massage with the abdominal add on and loved it. I knew I had bloating and Tanya who performed the massage was so knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed the experience and can't wait to come back!

This was my first time at Sweetgrass so I decided to treat myself to a manicure/ pedicure. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me warmly and the decor was very nice. Shadi, my nail technician was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My only feedback is that they do not have fans to dry the polish on your nails. I waited in the lounge for 30 minutes after finishing the manicure/pedicure and my nails were still not dry so as a result, my nails were either chipped or smudged when I got home. A disappointing ending to an overall pleasant experience.

I had my bachelorette here and it was a perfect day. We had drinks, amazing food and the spa services were so relaxing. Everything was clean and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making the day so special!
