I called this company several times to send me a quote for an upcoming event. They said they sent it but I never received anything. Then they said they were having issues with their server so they were going to send my quote to an employee's personal email to forward to me. Never received the quote. I called back asking if they could just tell me over the phone a range or estimate for my event.
They said they would get back to me. No answer when I called back the next day. Now it's been two days and they have blocked my phone number. I guess this business doesn't want business.

One of the most terrible customer service I have ever dealt with. Our very first scheduled massage, the therapist was a complete no show. Absolutely unprofessional, we organized this event at our company to only tell them it cannot happen. Then giving them the benefit of the doubt, because I understand things do happened. We had them come in for two events after that, to only deal with their therapist reaching out to me for their paycheck, and then threatening to call all of our employees looking for their paycheck. Unbelievably the level of unprofessionalism this company has. It's disgraceful to know customer service of this level exists.
