Tina's Salon & Day Spa

Three of my grown children collaborated and surprised me with a day-at-the-spa. I arrive at 9:30 am at Tina's Salon & Day Spa and stylishly dressed and wearing fabulous shoes, Tina welcomed me and quickly ushered me to the back where I then experienced my first professional full facial. I was quite nervous upon arriving, but Tina's demeanor was engaging and I soon felt at ease and gabbing away.

Yet it didn't stop there. Once I was finished. I was yet introduced to Michelle who was equally as spry; and Michelle's soothing touch, was the treat of my life - Her magic fingers found there way into every stiff muscle and joint and she made me feel as if I was floating.as she introduced me to a full body massage. All I kept thinking is that EVERY woman deserves this.

Once complete I was presented with a delicious salad and water served in a wine glass. Sitting on the very comfortable couch, I marveled at the contemporary decor of pales lime colored walls accented with silver framed mirrors of all sizes along with truly stunning art work. Again, I thought, EVERY woman deserves this. I completed my lunch and yet moved on to have both a pedicure and a manicure from Cathy.

I have had both at other establishments, but never did I experienced both a sugar scrub and a hot-stone-massage all up and down my shins and calves. Yet a third time, I thought, EVERY woman should experience this. From the friendly, inviting professional atmosphere, down to even the music mix of mellow pop culture artists along with symbiotic sound of piano, jazz and 60s/70's hits made for a simply wonderful experience that I will not soon forget and is now on my 'can't live without' list along with my morning coffee. Thank you ladies - You are AMAZING! I will surely return!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I had my first pedicure and a foot detox. The experience was wonderful. I was greeted by Stacey at the front desk who made me feel comfortable and beyond taken care of. Yasiry did the foot bath and Pedicure, the experience was fantastic, beyond expectation I will be back! 10 out of 10! If you need a place who does lashes I would definitely recommend! Tina saved my lashes and before I came to Tina I had got them done at another salon and just three day's they fell off. I got in the same day I called as well. The environment is so warming, the staff is super nice, the salon is clean. Just over all worth it. Will be going back for my refil.

Recommend for sure! It was a great first impression and loved the cute decor and chill vibe. Tina the owner did my lashes and they look great! She did exactly what I asked and was very professional and on time. I was calling around places for a while this week since I'm only in town for a short time and they were able to get me in the next day! Bed was super comfy (pretty much just fell asleep throughout it) Great overall service and team. Thanks!

I am new to the area and have been going to Tina's Salon and day spa for lash extensions. Tina did my set and fill. She is fantastic! Very professional, peaceful environment, and a wide variety of services. I am really looking forward to trying a pedicure there and maybe getting henna on my brows! Shortly after my first appointment, I received a hand written post card in the mail, thanking me for choosing Tina's, and saying she hoped im enjoying my new lashes.

Its definitely the small things that count! I will be a Tina's salon and day spa customer for a long time! I also love the little zen garden and pond out back with a turtle and some fish!

Krystal put full highlights and a toner on my hair. She also gave me the cutest cut that frames my face so nicely. I am beyond satisfied with the outcome and I will be a loyal customer. I moved to Berks 3 years ago and I've had the hardest time finding my new hair home until I went to Tina's. Krystal does beautiful work. I can't wait to try some other services they offer. I usually go for Eva, who is the only person that does my hair. I absolutely love her work and how passionate she is with what she does. I also went to Teresa for my eyelashes. Very sweet, she did an amazing job, my eyelashes were not dramatic which was what i wanted. The only reason i didn't give my experience 5 stars is the owner Tina. She is extremely rude and if it's not HER clients then she disregards their needs and what is convenient for them.

I wanted to breastfeed my son in the back, for privacy since men do go there. She told me to go to the front that someone was paying for services. I told her, i don't want a man to see my breasts and i am also paying for services. She flat out slammed the door and didn't even bother to try to find me a private room. With all the empty rooms in that salon, she did not care about my religious beliefs or my privacy. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate!

I just went back here this week for a touch up on my eyebrows. I am beyond in love with my new eyebrows and I look forward to getting many more services here. Thank you Tina and the lovely girls at the front desk for making my visits great.
